Dan boasts a 50-year journalism career that spans the gamut from broadcast analyst and commentator, to writer, author, and entrepreneur. He has won awards for writing, editing, graphic design, and public service from the Garden State Journalists Association), the North American Travel Journalists Association (NATJA), and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Dan is author of 40 baseball books, founder and president emeritus of NATJA, and co-host/executive producer of the weekly TRAVEL ITCH RADIO show. They have a GREAT conversation about Dan's books and upcoming projects and he gives his Atlanta Braves Mount Rushmore! All this and more!!

I have been at the forefront of the smart home world having worked closely with the likes of the Consumer Technology Association, CNET, CEDIA, Lutron, Nest, August and Amazon Alexa.
He was honored by PR News as the 2010 "Lemonade Maker," earning the award for leading Coldwell Banker public relations efforts to great results despite the recession's negative impact on the real estate market. It was also an honor to be invited to speak at the 2016 Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) International Conference on "Partnerships as the new PR."
He also taught public relations for several years and am most proud of my 2002 baseball book, "The Hit Men and the Kid Who Batted Ninth."
