I'm excited to share this brain hack concept of Your First 100 in a jar.
Every one of us logically knows how to get from here to there on pretty much any goals we have.
But why do people need trainers? Coaches? To tell them to eat veggies instead of burgers? We each know what is good for us and what it takes to achieve a Goal but the resistance of our primitive brain is real.
In this episode, I'll teach you a brain hack to be your trainer if you wish by using this concept of doing the same things over and over at least 100 times until your primitive brain gives up the fight and gets on board with a new habit.

This week I want to share with you my approach to weight loss
If you are someone who struggles on the hamster wheel trying to shed some pounds and never seems to get there.
Or you found a “ miracle pill” that shed all that weight for the wedding or that beach bikini vacation…and gain it all back.
I believe this fresh perspective of looking at weight loss can help you to see weight loss with a different lens.
Logically you can see if you follow this perspective you can shed the weight that you have been wanting to shed, will shed, and stay off permanently.
This is not a magic pill or a done-for-you approach.
It requires you to put in the work yourself and you must want it bad enough.
Permanent results require permanent actions, not temporary solutions like diet.
In this episode, you will learn about:
-what causes overweight?
-what do you need to shed the weight permanently?
-what hormones are involved in weight loss and how to manage it.

"Let people be who they want to be" is a kind of lesson that we can get good at in all areas of our lives, regardless of circumstance.
In today's episode, I shared 2 personal experiences with the aspiration that they may turn on the light switch where you can hone this lesson in your own life if that's what you desire.
The benefit of this lesson is to help you respond to life versus react to it.
I don't know about you but I choose to respond versus react anytime I could.

In this episode, we're delving into the concept of life's 50/50 duality – the balance between positive and negative experiences that is hardwired into our primitive brains. You'll discover that while we can't change our brain's tendency to focus on the negative for our protection, we can gain awareness and leverage over it.
The 50/50 duality of life serves as a mental framework that allows us to view the world with the recognition that both positivity and negativity coexist. This perspective helps us grasp the need for equilibrium between the two, to gain a deeper understanding of our existence.
By embracing the idea that both positive and negative emotions are integral to the human experience, we can consciously navigate life with greater insight and resilience. Join me as we explore this concept and empower ourselves to live a more conscious and balanced life.

It's like the uncomfortable space between who we are without trying and who we want to be. When we're moving from one place to another, we often have to become a new version of ourselves. This can feel uncomfortable because our instinctual brain wants to keep us safe. It will try to convince us that change is scary and risky.
The river represents the steps we need to take to overcome obstacles and achieve the results we desire. There are usually many steps and different ways of thinking, feeling, and acting between our starting point and the new version of ourselves we want to become. This whole process, in the middle, is what we call the River of Misery.
Im here to support you. Reach out to me @ [email protected] to schedule a free mini coaching session.
Now, go ahead and take that leap into the river! 🙂
