We focus on work, relationships & family but that doesn't have to come at the cost of our health & fitness. Here we speak about structuring training blocks, planning your weeks, working around events and how to keep consistent.

Do you have the correct diagnosis for your recurring back pain? If you've been giving the diagnosis before that it is posture related, your glutes/core is weak, your muscles are overactive or your disks are the problem, you've most likely been misled.
Chronic back pain is rarely a biomechanical issue. Instead it's at a neurological level. We speak on the cycles people go through looking for a diagnosis and how this creates a bigger problem.

Are flare-ups always a bad thing? Can you use them to your advantage at times? If so, when and how would you do that?
In this episode, we answer those questions specifically and talk about when it is important to strategically create a flare-up as well as how this can benefit you long term. When you are trying to overcome a chronic back injury or recurring pain, sometimes this is a necessary evil. But it doesn't have to be all bad.
Learn about why we use this exact concept in our Back Pain Back To Exercise Group Program.

We then discuss how you can adapt these same patterns to your own life and use it to improve your tolerance to pain overtime.

In this episode of the podcast, we look at my time in Argentina & up to date in Brazil. I speak about the difference in the two cultures, my experience integrating from one into the other, the people, the energy and the way of life.
I also speak on why, I think, Brazil as a country, has been able to develop skills to such a high degree - from football to surfing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu to Brazilian Muay Thai.
What parts of the culture, have I seen, that I feel, that may contribute to this?

Here we discuss the impact blame can have on our health and happiness and the control we give it over circumstances.
I speak on my own recent experience of blaming an injury for not participating in an activity. Afterwards, when I looked at it deeper though it had much more to do with me being uncomfortable in the situation than it did the injury.
This happens to us all and if it goes unchecked it can have a real impact on our lives.

In this episode of the podcast, I reflect on my time spent growing up in the pub & restaurant as well as the different type of people that used to come in. I noticed in there that there was a huge difference between those who aged "poorly" and the ones who were aging healthy.
Much of it had to do with the mindset they had towards life.
