  • It’s been five years since a life-changing moment in the emergency room, which sparked my journey of self-reflection and self-discovery. Looking back on these past five years, I’m in awe of how much I’ve grown—and how much I’ve learned along the way.

The journey hasn’t been without its challenges, setbacks, and realignments, but through it all, I’ve come out stronger, wiser, and ready for what's next. This reflection reminded me of the current viral trend of “meeting your younger self for coffee,” and as I reflect on various seasons of growth, today I'm sharing an intimate conversation with a version of myself from almost 15 years ago during some of my darkest days.

As I wrap up this episode, I’m also taking a short break to reset and recharge, so I can come back even more focused and energized to bring you the next phase of this journey. But don't worry—I'll be back soon, ready to dive into everything that's coming next!

So grab your favorite drink, settle in, and join me for this heart-to-heart with my younger self, reflecting on how far we've come and what lies ahead. And don’t forget to stay tuned—I’ll be back with even bigger things to come!

  • One month into the new year, let’s talk about something that’s often overlooked but completely life-changing—self-worth. We set goals, chase achievements, and build confidence in different areas of life, but if we don’t truly believe in our own value, those wins can feel hollow.

In this episode, I’m diving into the difference between self-confidence and self-worth, inspired by Jamie Kern Lima’s book Worthy. Especially as moms, we often pour into everyone else before ourselves—this conversation is your reminder that you are worthy, just as you are.
