    As Chief Executive of McLaren Racing, Zak Brown has overall responsibility for the business, including strategic direction, operational performance, marketing and commercial development. Zak leads McLaren’s direction and involvement in professional motorsport, spearheaded by the McLaren Formula 1 team. Operating at the pinnacle of global motorsport, McLaren uses the white heat of competition to drive innovation and develop synergies across the group, including but also in Formula E, Xtreme E, IndyCar, and F1 Academy.

    In 1995, he founded JMI, which grew to become the largest and most successful motorsport marketing agency in the world. When JMI was acquired by CSM, a division of Chime Communications, in 2013, Brown became the company’s Chief Executive Officer. He then relinquished that post to embark on his journey at McLaren in the winter of 2016. A passionate racer, collector and enthusiast, Zak also sits on the board of Cosworth Engineering and competes and races as a partner and driver in Anglo-American racing team United Autosports.

    John "Dragon" Teichert is a retired U.S. Air Force brigadier general, an inspirational leader, a keen strategist, a passionate innovator, and a national security expert. John retired as the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, responsible for worldwide international engagement on behalf of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force while leading the services’ entire $240 billion security cooperation portfolio. Prior to that, John was the Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché to Iraq, leading on the front lines in the most challenging environment. He has been an F-15E combat pilot, an F-22 test pilot, the commander of Joint Base Andrews, and the commander of Edwards Air Force Base.

    John has written and spoken extensively on leadership, innovation, technology, national security, security cooperation, cross-cultural relationships, risk management, resilience, and international affairs.   • Today on Move the Ball®, Jennifer discusses the challenges and opportunities that come with being a member of the 2024 NFL Draft Class. Listen in as Jennifer talks with wide receiver Ryan Flournoy about his college football career, his training, his aspirations, lessons he learned (on and off the field) to be successful, and how we can apply them to business and life.

    Coming out of HS, Ryan Flournoy had zero Division 1 college football offers. Through persistence, his journey took him to a number of football college programs, and he finished his last two seasons of college football playing at Southeast Missouri State (SEMO). While at SEMO, Ryan had 1,823 receiving yards, 13 touchdowns and averaged over 15 yards per catch. He also received All-Conference and All-American honors while helping his team reach the playoffs in 2022. As a team captain, he showcased his prowess as a wide receiver and Ryan led his team in various categories including receiving yards (839), receiving touchdowns (6), and receiving yards per game (89.5). His impressive performance also extended to national recognition finishing 21st in the nation in receiving yards.

    Austin Reed has been considered one of the most prolific passers in college football during the 2022 and 2023 seasons. Austin started his college football career playing for West Florida where he led the team to a Division II National Championship. During his time at West Florida, Austin threw for 4,089 yards, 40 TDs, and rushed for an additional 6 TDs. Austin then transferred to Western Kentucky, and during the 2022 season, he led the country in passing yards with 4,744 yard, where Austin ended that season off as the New Orleans Bowl MVP, passing for 497 yards and 4 touchdowns.
