After we experience an energetic shift or an emotional breakthrough, we often feel amazing in the moment. But then, a day or two later, reality sets in, and we’re hit with this wave of exhaustion, sadness, or emotional confusion. This happens because we’re integrating new energy, and our system needs time to adjust. It’s almost like a detox—things come up, and it can feel uncomfortable.
So if you are feeling low, remember this will pass, surrender to it, rest and feel the shift afterwards!!!

In today’s episode I’m sharing a mini sound bath for you to enjoy it.
A couple of tips
- pause whatever you are doing, make sure you not driving too, take a couple of nice deep breaths to centre your awareness and bring your mind to now.
- place one hand on your heart and one on your belly
- try to listen this to the end, some of the sounds (especially my voice) will go dissonant at some times. If this trigger you, breathe through it. Enjoy!
