Fitzpatrick was taken to Phoenix, AZ January 2023, during that time he was reported missing. He was located in Tucson, AZ at the end of January 2023. Fitzpatrick was picked up by relatives from Tucson, AZ and taken to Phoenix, AZ. He said he did not want to return home (Navajo Reservation). He did not stay long in Phoenix. His mother was updated on his wellbeing through relatives that were living in Phoenix, the updates stopped because the relatives returned back to the Navajo Reservation. Since April of 2023, Fitzpatrick mother has not heard or seen her son. Fitzpatrick is possibly living a transient lifestyle in Phoenix, AZ. He was reported missing in August of 2023 by his mother.

The bodies of two employees of an auto salvage yard were found by fellow workers on April 5, after they were reported missing by family members.
San Juan Country Sheriff's Office deputies were called to Highway 64 Auto Salvage around 9 p.m., where they determined that the men, Anthony McCants, 26, and Candrick Begay, 31, were apparently homicide victims.

On January 1st, 2020, Selena Not Afraid went missing at a rest stop after having just attended a party the night previous. The girl, who was 16 years old, was a Native American, and was a part of the Crow tribe, who predominantly reside in the state of Montana. After a search that lasted for about three weeks, her body was found just southwest of the stop. It was determined that she died of natural causes (hypothermia) and it was ruled accidental. After almost three years, her family continues to search for answers.

Damien Nieto was last seen with friends at a residence in Teesto, Arizona on the evening of March 25, 2022. He disappeared with another Navajo man from Dilkon, Micheaux-Michael Begaii. There was a report of a shooting incident at the residence the following morning, and the case is still under investigation.
Three days before Niedo and Begaii disappeared, a Hopi woman, Keisha Kootswatewa, also disappeared from Teesto. Due to the timing, there is speculation that the cases may be related. All three remain unsolved.
