There is nothing like autopilot to get an increase in salary. You need to ask your supervisor, HR or manager to be granted an increase. The annual review meeting is one opportunity to ask for a raise. But any other date is fine as well.

    Listen to this episode ...

...when you’re unhappy because our salary has not gone up for a few years
... when your salary has not developed as you've hoped it would ... if, by accident, you've discovered that your colleague gets more salary than you (even though he or she is not as capable as you are)

I want to call your attention to the one deadly mistake you must never ever make if you want a pay increase.

đŸ€” How do you do this without risking a good relationship?

đŸ€” How do you do this without appearing money-hungry?

This hack is congenial. Of huge value.

If you find it helpful please share it with friends or colleagues who deserve more pay as well.

Next week I'm sharing further hacks to make your negotiation about a salary increase a huge success. If you want to make sure you don't miss any episodes, get the new episodes directly in your inbox. and/or subscribe.
