Olia Hercules is a Ukrainian-born, London-based chef, food writer, and culinary storyteller renowned for bringing the vibrant flavours and traditions of Eastern Europe to a global audience. Olia trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine and went on to work as a chef de partie at Ottolenghi, later becoming a sought-after recipe developer and stylist. Her debut cookbook, Mamushka (2015), won the Fortnum & Mason Debut Food Book Award and earned her the Observerās Rising Star accolade. Sheās since published celebrated cookbooks including Kaukasis (2017), Summer Kitchens (2020), and Home Food (2022), each weaving rich cultural narratives into home-style recipes. In response to the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, Olia co-founded the #CookForUkraine initiative, raising over Ā£2āÆmillion for relief efforts and earning prestigious awards from Observer Food Monthly, the Guild of Food Writers, and 50āÆBest Restaurants. Featured among British Vogueās Most Influential Women of 2022, she continues to advocate for her heritage through writing, teaching, and activism. She hosts workshops, writes for major food publications, and has just released her latest book Strong Roots, a family memoir exploring Ukraineās history and hope through generations. Ute Lemper is an internationally celebrated German singer and actress. She first gained international acclaim playing Sally Bowles in Cabaret in Paris, a performance that earned her the MoliĆØre Award for Best Newcomer. She went on to star as Velma Kelly in Chicago in both the West End and on Broadway, winning the Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical and a Theatre World Award. Her early career also included key roles in Cats in Vienna and Peter Pan and The Blue Angel in Berlin. Ute has become an international cabaret icon, renowned for her interpretations of Kurt Weill, Marlene Dietrich, Ćdith Piaf, and Astor Piazzolla. She has performed at prestigious venues such as La Scala, Lincoln Center, and the Sydney Opera House. Her recording career includes over 30 albums, with standout projects like Ute Lemper Sings Kurt Weill, Illusions, and Punishing Kiss, featuring songs by Elvis Costello, Tom Waits, and Nick Cave. She was named Billboardās Crossover Artist of the Year in 1993/94. Her film work includes notable roles in LāAutrichienne as Marie Antoinette, Peter Greenawayās Prosperoās Books, and PrĆŖt-Ć -Porter. She also provided the German voice for Ariel in Disneyās The Little Mermaid and Esmeralda in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. With multiple Grammy nominations and a ballet created for her by Maurice BĆ©jart, Ute Lemper remains one of the most dynamic and influential performers of her generation .

Petroc Trelawny is best known for being the host of BBC Radio 3ās Breakfast show for 14 years from 1998. In April 2025, he transitioned to co-host āIn Tuneā alongside Katie Derham, succeeding Sean Rafferty. In 1992, Petroc joined Classic FM as its inaugural afternoon show host, later moving to London News Radio and co-presenting BBC GMRās Breakfast Show. Miranda Raison is perhaps best known as Jo Portman in BBCās Spooks. Miranda has most recently been seen leading Britboxās hit show Sister Boniface Mysteries which she returns for series 4 in 2025. Next up she is leading David Hareās new play Grace Pervades as Ellen opposite Ralph Fiennes at the Theatre Royal Bath in June 2025. Peter Fincham was the Controller of BBC One from 2006 to 2007 and ITVās Director of Television from 2008 to 20016. Before that, Peter was the Managing Director of TalkBack Productions where he oversaw the creation and production of programmes such as The Day Today, Knowing Me Knowing You with Alan Partridge, They Think Itās All Over, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, I'm Alan Partridge, Smack the Pony and Da Ali G Show. TalkBack was sold to FremantleMedia in 2001 and Peter became the chief executive of the newly formed Talkback Thames. Since 2017 heās been the co-CEO of Expectation, the makers of Clarksonās Farm and highly successful and multi award winning comedy, Almaās Not Normal. Ben Hart is a magician best known for reaching the grand final of Britain's Got Talent in 2019, finishing third. He has returned to the programme several times, on BGT: The Champions, America's Got Talent: The Champions, and Britain's Got Talent Christmas Spectacular. An award-winning performer, heās also a writer, inventor, and designer of magic tricks and illusions. At the age of 16, Ben won the prestigious "Young Magician of the Year" award from The Magic Circle. He wrote and starred in Killer Magic on BBC Three, Ben Hart's Life Hacks with the Voice, pranking the celebrity judges of The Voice UK, including Boy George, Paloma Faith and Ricky Wilson, appeared in a regular slot within Now You See It on BBC One hosted by Mel Giedroyc. Heās also been in the Sorcererās Apprentice on CBBC, The One Show and multiple times on This Morning. Ben has written and performed 7 solo shows, each premiering at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and has performed as part of Impossible, playing two seasons at the NoĆ«l Coward Theatre in London's West End. He is currently preparing his new show for Edinburgh which heāll be premiering at the Palais Du VariĆ©tĆ© (Assembly George Square Gardens from 30 July to 24 August 2025. Heāll then be touring it all over the country, including performances at the famous Wiltonās Music Hall in London, in September .

Alexei Sayle is an actor, author, stand-up comedian, television presenter and former recording artist. He was one of the leading figures in the British alternative comedy movement in the 1980s, becoming the leading performer at The Comic Strip, in Soho. In 1981, he wrote and performed the radio series, Alexei Sayle and the Fish People, for which he won a Pye Radio Award. This was followed by Alexei Sayle and the Dutch Lieutenant's Trousers, and two series of Lenin of the Rovers, a 1988 comedy about Britain's first communist football team. He returned to Radio 4 in 2016 with Alexei Sayle's Imaginary Sandwich Bar, which has run for five critically acclaimed series so far. His first high-profile television appearances were on Central Independent Television's late-night alternative cabaret show O.T.T. and several appearance in The Young Ones. Heās had his own shows, three series of Alexei Sayle's Stuff for which he won an International Emmy, two series of The All New Alexei Sayle Show (1994ā1995) and one series of Alexei Sayle's Merry-Go-Round On film heās appeared in The Secret Policeman's Other Ball, Gorky Park, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, The Supergrass, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Carry On Columbus, The Legend of the Tamworth Two, and How to Build a Girl, among others. Heās also been in Dr Who, The Comic Strip Presents, Selling Hitler, Tipping the Velvet, Bremner, Bird and Fortune, Rob Brydon's Annually Retentive, Miss Marple, Horrible Histories, New Tricks, Toby City, Casualty, and lots more. Heās written two short story collections, five novels, including a graphic novel and a radio series spin-off book, as well as columns for various publications. Christopher Macarthur-Boyd presents the comedy podcast Here Comes The Guillotine with Frankie Boyle and Susie McCabe. 2024 saw Christopher release his debut stand-up comedy special Oh No! with 800 Pound Gorilla Media. Helen Atkinson Wood is an actress and comedian, best known for her role as Mrs. Miggins in Blackadder. Helen and Mike have been best friends since University. They went on to record seven series of Radio Active for BBC Radio 4 which transferred to BBC television as KYTV. They toured the world together as part of that team, which included the late Geoffrey Perkins, Philip Pope and Angus Deayton. Her other notable roles include The Young Ones, Joking Apart, Doctor Who, OTT, Girls On Top, Absolute Power, Kiss Me Kate, The Comic Strip Presents, The Lenny Henry Show, The Craig Ferguson Show, and she has been a guest on QI, Have I Got News For You, Sarah Millicanās Support Group, Watercolour Challenge and Celebrity Boat Race. She is a travel writer and is married to the writer and director, John Morton.

Liz Guterbock is an award winning actress, stand up comedian and voice artist. Her television highlights include Armando Iannucciās hit sci-fi comedy series Avenue 5 on HBO, Channel 4ās āFor the Love of Cars,ā and CBBCās Victorian Drama series āHetty Feather.ā Liz has worked extensively as a voice artist, having lent her voice to commercial campaigns for King and Amazon as well as character work in video games like Pillars of Eternity II and Payday 2. Sheās received multiple nominations for stand-up comedy and in 2023 she was listed on The Guardianās 10 Best Jokes of the Edinburgh Fringe and was Number 2 for Daveās Joke of the Fringe. Liz was nominated by some of the countryās best promoters as one of 10 stand-up comedians on Union Jack Radioās āOnes to Watchā list. She was a finalist in the 2021 British Comedy Guide Pro Performance Awards, a nominee in the 2021 Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year Awards, and a finalist in the Funny Women UK Awards as well as a BBC Radio 4 New Comedy Award nominee. Liz will be performing again at the Edinburgh festival this summer with her new show, Nice, which she describes as her sophomore hour of stand up, in which she needs all her LA toxic positivity to remain nice despite the world increasingly being run by bullies .

David Hepworth co-presented Live Aid on the BBC in 1985. He was also one of the presenters of the BBC rock music programme The Old Grey Whistle Test. David launched and edited magazines such as Smash Hits, Q, Mojo, Just Seventeen, Heat and The Word, among many others. He has won the Editor of the Year and Writer of the Year awards from the Professional Publishers Association and the Mark Boxer award from the British Society of Magazine Editors. Charles Collingwood is best known for playing Brian Aldridge in the BBC Radio 4 soap opera The Archers for the past 50 years, since March 1975. He is married to Judy Bennett who played Shula Hebden Lloyd in the series from 1971ā2024. Charles started his career, having left RADA where he trained, in Childrenās Television, starting with The Raven and the Cross (1974) and The Secret Garden. He was the score-keeper on Noel Edmonds' BBC One quiz show Telly Addicts, co-hosted the Southern Television quiz show Under Manning with comedian Bernard Manning and appears occasionally on BBC Radio 4's Just a Minute. He was the subject of This Is Your Life in 2003 .

Limahl is best know as the lead singer of 80s band Kajagoogoo, who enjoyed the instant fame of hitting the top of the charts with their debut single "Too Shyā. This was followed by two more Top 20 hits "Ooh To Be Ah" and "Hang On Now" (all of which he co-wrote). Limahl then struck out on his own and hit the charts again with his first solo single āOnly For Love,ā quickly followed with the Giorgio Moroderāproduced worldwide smash āNeverending Storyā, the theme song from the hit film of the same name. In addition, āNeverending Storyā and āToo Shyā were featured on hit TV shows Black Mirror, American Horror Story and Stranger Things. Limahl has returned with his first single release in over 5 years, a reimagining of the 70ās classic āA Horse With No Nameā thatās out now. The track, originally recorded by America, reaching No 3 in the UK charts, is Limahlās first ever cover.

Sam Nicoresti is a writer, performer and award winning comedian. Sam was the Winner of the Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year 2021 and was nominated for Best Compere at the Chortle Awards in 2024. Sam is known for her blending of stand-up, surreal theatre, film and music to create one-person shows that explore consciousness, identity, and cosmic horror. Samās first show 'Bedtime' was a midnight cult-hit at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2018. And In 2019 Sam followed it up with 'UFO', a show about trans-dimensional loneliness which transferred to The Soho Theatre in 2021. Her debut special Wokeflake, is getting rave reviews and available now to watch for free on YouTube. Samās new show Baby Doomer is previewing now. It was nominated for Best Show at Leicester Comedy Festival and will be at the Edinburgh Fringe 30th July -24th August, 17:40pm at The Pleasance Courtyard, as well as various dates around the UK after that .

Jessica Martin is an actress, singer, and illustrator. Specialising as an impressionist, her television roles have included Spitting Image, Copy Cats and The Bobby Davro Show. She featured as the werewolf Mags in the 1988 Doctor Who serial The Greatest Show in the Galaxy, and provided the voice of the Queen in the 2007 Doctor Who Christmas special, "Voyage of the Damned". On stage, she starred with Gary Wilmot in the West End show Me and My Girl for two years at the Adelphi Theatre and then on a national tour. She went on to play leading musical roles including Mabel in the 1996 production of Mack and Mabel at the Piccadilly Theatre, Nellie Forbush in South Pacific, Mrs Lovett in Sweeney Todd, Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard and the Lady of the Lake in the national tour of Spamalot. Her autobiography, as a graphic novel, Life Drawing: A Life Under Lights, was published in 2019 .
