In this episode of NoCode Explorers, we have Maryssa Salomon, founder of TravelTrunk.
Maryssa created the app all by herself when she discovered the no-code tool Bubble. She had previously struggled a lot with hiring developers - something she shares in this interview. Her amazing attitude made Daniel call her "one of the most resilient, resourceful and unstoppable founder I have ever met". Isn't that awesome?
Her product, TravelTrunk, came from Maryssa's own experience. Its purpose is to help people organize the financial part of traveling - especially when sharing with others. TravelTrunk helps travel partners prepare what they want to spend and split the expenses in whatever way they want. It also has the best UX Daniel has seen for a Bubble app until this episode!
We hope you enjoy this conversation and have lots of gains for your journey.

In this episode of No-Code Explorers, we have Tim Brophy, co-founder of OneDegree Careers.
Did you know that there is something called the "student loan crisis" that has surpassed 1.8 trillion dollars in the US and is growing every day? And, at the same time, there is a whole category of highly paid professions that don't require a college degree?
That important social incongruency is what united Tim Brophy and Gabe Bensimon, co-founders of OneDegree Careers. After more than one decade in the Construction and Healthcare industries, they witnessed uncounted high-paid opportunities that don't require college graduation. They named those professions "skilled careers". And decided to share these opportunities with the world through OneDegree Careers.
They then decided to create the platform using Bubble. They wanted to be able to launch it fast and iterate with speed. And that is the story Tim Brophy shares with Daniel Weinmann in this amazing interview.
We hope you enjoy this conversation and have lots of gains for your journey.
And remember to share your questions, thoughts, and insights with us!

In this episode of No-Code Explorers, we have Jonathan Timianko, founder of PierShare.
While Jonathan Timianko worked in technology and corporate consulting, his family moved from New Jersey to Florida to a house on the water with a dock. But they had no boat.
One day someone requested to rent the dock. Jonathan had no idea that this was a thing: people kept boats at other people's houses. That is what sparked the initial idea for PierShare.
To make the MVP, Jonathan used only Bubble with no code at all. He also knocked on 3000 doors to get his first clients!
PierShare allows boaters to search for, discover, and secure great dock spaces in their local communities. PierShare combines a fully integrated, secure platform with easy-to-understand docking payment plans.
We hope you enjoy this conversation and have lots of gains for your journey.

One of the special dispositions we respect the most in founders is this: to be unstoppable. Although what this means exactly will vary from context to context, generally it shows when someone is driven by purpose. We all have to reroute from time to time, but we shouldn’t lose track of our dreams.
Well, that is something that becomes amazingly clear when you meet June Swatzell.
At the beginning of 2020, June launched OrganicNearby. Its mission is to make healthy and safe food available to consumers at large, connecting them with farmers, local producers, and providers. But June had almost no technical skills to pull that off. What she had was her tireless disposition, which drove her to dive into the startup community many years before to learn the way of things and to create meaningful connections that made her dream closer to becoming reality.
And, after trying to do it with regular coding, she made it all happen with #nocode. Check out the chat she had with our CEO, Daniel Weinmann, to know all about it!
- June's background as an entrepreneur, and as a community activist with the mission to change lives
- OrgnicNearby: what it is and how it came to be
- The choice of using Bubble to create the product
- The differences in the search for a developer that works with code and one that works with no code
- The beauty and the benefits of a mission-driven startup
- What are the challenges of building a product with Bubble?
- How long am I going to take to launch an MVP using Bubble?
- How far will OrganicNearby go without code?
- How is the product maintenance currently done?
- The different people and behaviors of the startup community
- The founder's previous experience with regular coding
- No code in the futureWe hope you enjoy this rich conversation! And, please, share with us your questions, thoughts, and insights.

- What are you able to do with no-code solutions?
- Why is it important to get intimate with your product?
- What are your options in the no-code ecosystem?
- The next step to growth and sustainability.
- How learning to operate your tools can give you speed?
- The value you provide to the users of your product.
