He is the fourth youngest player to win his second green jacket (Tiger, Jack, Seve). We have a jam packed pod this weekend as Akshay Bhatia wins the Valero, Nelly Korda wins the LPGA Match Play, and Lottie Woad claims the 5th Augusta National Women's Amateur.
We start in San Antonio where Bhatia won in a playoff over Denny McCarthy after McCarthy's back nine 28 (!!) to force extra holes. We talk Akshay's career outlook in light of his second win on tour and try to make sense of McCarthy's incredible run of birdies before his chunked wedge in the playoff. We also talk Rory, Spieth, and a few other notes ahead of the Masters.
Then it's on to Las Vegas (30:00) where Nelly Korda wins for the fourth consecutive start as she defeats Leona Maguire to win the LPGA Match Play while Lottie Woad birdies 17 and 18 to win the ANWA (44:00).
