We did it! Season 3 has officially made it to the finish line with no surprise baby arrivals… yet. But Bonnie is READY. She’s got her new runners on, the Super Noodles stocked up, and she’s already a full centimetre dilated - just ask her doctor.
Meanwhile, Lottie’s busy preparing Bonnie for all the joys still to come: the newborn scrunch, the first steps, and somehow spending your entire paycheck in Leisureplex before getting pelted with water balloons on your day off.
And while Season 3 comes to an end, we'll be back with a brand new member of No One Else Will Listen very soon.

Bonnie's still pregnant! At least she has time to squeeze in all the cinema dates. But who's doing bits in the back row? Lottie is that you?!
The sisters then spiral into the rapidly growing question: how much AI is too much AI? From chatbots to full AI influencers with cult followings, are we okay? Are we already too far gone?

Law enforcers, please get in touch. Bonnie has a long list of things that should be illegal, and she’s ready to make some changes.
At the top of Lottie’s list? Collecting someone from the airport without a phone. Not for practicality, for the romance of it. Nothing says “simpler times” like wandering around arrivals in a blind panic, hoping you spot a familiar face before a full blown menty b.

If anyone deserves a trip to Coachella, it’s Lottie. She’s long overdue a festival experience where people don’t use her sleeping area as a toilet… or a bonfire.
Meanwhile, Bonnie feels like she’s basically been, partly from consuming every inch of Coachella content online, and partly because this stage of pregnancy is indistinguishable from the world’s worst hangover.
For now, the sisters are living vicariously through Babs on her American adventure (psst… Babs, step away from the mechanical bull).

Lottie’s under the weather this week… and that’s the only thing she’s under (much to Fabio’s disappointment).
Meanwhile, Bonnie’s pregnancy is delivering daily surprises, some in the form of unexpected bodily changes, others in the form of random men knocking on her front door. All welcome anyway!
Lottie does her best to prepare Bonnie for what’s still to come, from the chaos of the maternity ward to the unexpected friendships you make in the women around you. That is if Bonnie isn’t too busy recording the podcast mid-contraction.

Maybe you don’t need therapy, maybe you just need an exorcism. Preferably performed by a dentist.
This week, Lottie’s deep in TikTok witch territory while reality TV has Bonnie in a chokehold. But Bonnie is spending her weekend on egg hunt duty, while Lottie tries to find a parade to insert herself into (tractor pending).

Bonnie’s counting down the days until the big day - the day she finally gets the gas and air in the hospital (sorry, Fabio). Meanwhile Lottie is reminiscing about her own big day as she celebrates her wedding anniversary.
The sisters chat all things weddings: what they loved about their big days, what they’d change, and the details they spent far too much time stressing over. They also tackle the controversial questions; should kids be allowed at weddings? And does every guest deserve a plus one?

This week the girls take on the wild west that is the internet. Whether you're a pregnant woman just trying to cool off on holiday, or a teenage boy looking for a role model, the internet always seems ready to throw you off course.
After watching Louis Theroux’s documentary on the manosphere, the sisters chat about the strange corners of the online world shaping young minds today, and why raising kids in the age of algorithms feels slightly terrifying.
They reminisce about simpler times, when the only evidence of your teenage antics was the disposable camera from the teenage disco, and if the photos turned out blurry, your reputation was saved.

Welcome to Miami. Bonnie’s belly is growing… horizontally? And Lottie’s hair is growing. Full stop. Miracles happen in different ways.
This week, the sisters chat about the constant changes women’s bodies go through, and why speaking about them matters. Because sometimes one honest conversation is all it takes to remind someone else they’re not going through it alone.
They then reflect on experiencing loss and trying to figure out how to navigate grief without much of a roadmap. While talking can help, they also recognise that everyone processes grief differently.
For Bonnie, it’s about keeping her dad’s spirit alive in everyday chats with friends, and for Lottie, it’s leaning into dark humour and proudly joining The Dead Dads Club, because sometimes laughter really is the best medicine.

It’s the first in-person recording of No One Else Will Listen! And the sister's are up-close-and-personal.
Lottie threw Bonnie the baby shower of dreams. Gorgeous décor, emotional speeches, and a catering plan that was 99% sushi. For a pregnant woman. Minor detail. Crisis averted (eventually), and no expectant mothers were harmed in the making of this party.
The sisters debrief the big day before spiralling into the Traitors finale (they don't know what to be tinking), and asking the world's most pressing question right now: where is Jim Carrey?

When it rains, it pours. Bonnie’s having twins! Except they’re not identical. One is a human child, and the other is her sunglasses brand.
Not only has Bonnie been growing an actual baby, she's been a one-woman-show in launching her very own business, Studio 92. Good thing her pregnancy app has been there to hold her hand every step of the way! Now if only there was an app to tell her when her company is the size of a watermelon, or which manufacturer to use.
Meanwhile, Lottie has decided the baby shower is happening whether Bonnie makes it home or not. Snowstorm? Act of God? Irrelevant. The show will go on. Lottie has a cartwheel to do.
The sisters discuss the chaos, the trauma, and the unhinged drama that toxic reality TV brought to our screens. Were we entertained? Yes. Were we psychologically altered? Also yes.

Season 3 is here - and we’re back with a bang bump!
Bonnie opens up about her fertility journey, from the emotional rollercoaster of IVF to the pure joy (and slight disbelief) of pregnancy. She shares how they surprised the family, the mental toll that fertility treatment can take, and the unbelievable support that carried her through it all. It’s honest, it’s vulnerable, and if you’re on a similar path, it's a reminder that you’re not alone.
The sisters chat about the mix of excitement and sheer fear that comes with impending motherhood, and how important it is to have your people around you when life feels that big.
Meanwhile, Lottie’s busy planning Bonnie’s baby shower. And listen, after organising the hen, this should be a breeze. Fewer willy straws, more tasteful décor... vagina coasters perhaps?

It’s the season finale! And honestly… it couldn’t have come at a better time. Bonnie’s knee-deep in moving boxes and battling the winter uglies, while Lottie has just lived the best week of her LIFE. No, not the Cover Girl moment - her house got a deep clean and she’s never been happier. It's out with the old and she's ready to say goodbye to the Year of the Snake.
To wrap up the season, the sisters spark some early Christmas family drama with a festive round of “Who’s Most Likely?” (Ryan siblings, this is your cue to stop listening). Then comes the real chaos: a heated debate over the only Christmas question that matters - turkey or ham?
Looking ahead to 2026, the girls are already planning their return for Season 3… because let’s be honest, No One Else Will Listen!

Bonnie and Lottie are coming down with something, but don’t panic, Lottie’s got a “remedy”... and yes, it involves toilet talk (because of course it does). It’s that time of year: head colds, Elf on the Shelf, and reflecting on the past twelve months - though honestly, must we?
The sisters look back on their wildest Christmas memories, including the year someone stole Christmas. And no, it wasn’t The Grinch - it was Granny Maureen, who popped her clogs and stole the show. But in true Ryan fashion, the show must go on, just try not to trip over everything swept under the rug on your way to the Christmas tree!

He’s behind you!!! No, not Bugsy Malone - it’s Franklin Jonas… yeehaw! Bonnie got a surprise show from the Bonus Jonas, and let’s just say… howdy, partner.
Sadly though, Bonnie's dancing boots are off for this year’s family panto trip as she'll be sitting this one out. So if you spot Lottie at this year’s Gaiety panto, please - help her locate the nearest toilet so she's not squatting in the aisles during the first act.
And this week’s big debate: what’s worse, sweating through a grey t-shirt, or eating a kangaroo testicle? According to Bonnie, it’s a tough call.

It’s full-fledged chaos in the Ryan family this week as the Christmas arguments have kicked off... in November. And we need your opinion: do gift cards ruin the Christmas magic?
Lottie shares the most unattractive trait in a man, and no, it’s not wearing ankle socks with dress shoes - it's even worse.
Meanwhile, Bonnie’s heading to the Jonas Brothers concert, praying they recognise her in the crowd. Maybe this is her chance to reignite her singing career and finally join the band as the Bonus Jonas.

Lottie's losing her marbles this week - she couldn't find her way home without Google Maps and she lost her diary! Not just any diary... THE diary. Thankfully, with a quick prayer to St. Anthony (and a charitable bribe), it resurfaced just in time to remind her of her appearance on the 6 o’clock show, where she chatted all things peri- and menopause. Most people loved it… but of course, the keyboard warriors came crawling out of their caves.
Bonnie shares her own experience receiving thoughtless comments around starting a family. She gets real about the struggles she's been facing, in hopes of spreading awareness and creating a safe place for anyone else on a similar journey - so no one feels alone.

Lottie’s been fighting demons this week - and no, not the Halloween kind. Neither head lice nor bum worms are welcome in her home, but she’s ready in her hazmat suit just in case (think of the hair extensions!!).
On a deeper note, the sisters open up about the hardships that shaped who they are today; from the impossible standards placed on young girls in the performance industry to the lasting scars left by bullying.
As always, they pull each other through it, and remind each other (and us) that no matter what life throws your way, all you really need is one good friend.

Just when you thought the birthday celebrations were over, Bonnie swoops in to steal the spotlight. As she enters this new era, she’s questioning her career path; is it time to get back on stage and answer her true calling? (Watch your backs, Westlife).
Meanwhile, Lottie’s been juggling it all, back-to-back birthdays, 17 different pumpkin costumes, and, wait for it, her new boobs (she wishes). Someone take her back to Thanksgiving dinner on the Upper East Side with Serena and Blair.
Psst... is it too soon to talk about Christmas?

The verdict’s in on Molly Mae’s documentary, and let’s just say the reviews are in the toilet… literally.
Lottie’s birthday has come and gone (along with everyone else’s who was in Kinara that night). Meanwhile, Bonnie’s been hit with a wave of homesickness watching her family and friends actually enjoy their lives without her - how dare they?! Not that she’d get an invite to Elliott's party anyway.
Lottie opens up about her difficult birthing experience, and no, not the ogre scare (but phew!) - while Bonnie reflects on HER most prized possession… a cool pop. Honestly, valid.
