  • On Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. This was a great week for President Donald Trump’s policy initiatives! He began the week with his first significant policy achievement - Panama reversed its deal with China. Trump's second and third policy successes came from Canada and Mexico, both of which capitulated to his demands on border issues, recognizing their greater dependence on U.S. trade. Trump also signed executive orders to withdraw funding from three U.N. organizations and established a sovereign wealth fund, all accomplished by Monday. This administration's pace is unprecedented. Also, an activist Federal judge blocked Trump's attempt to fire USAID workers. If the President of the United States cannot manage his own staff, it indicates a significant issue. The entrenched bureaucracy seems determined to protect its interests. Later, Trump revoked Biden's security clearance and access to daily intelligence briefings. Is Biden still receiving daily intelligence briefings? He might be sleeping through them. Finally, all roads lead back to education. Trump's teasing about getting rid of the Department of Education is very stimulating.  We had a great education system, and we let it go to crap.

  • On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. There was a significant cost associated with illegal immigration during the Biden administration. Reports indicate a 700% increase in crimes committed by illegal immigrants in the U.S. from the beginning to the end of Biden's term. The left keeps saying illegals are less likely to commit crimes than U.S. citizens – that’s not true and it’s the taxpayer who has to pay for this.  The good news is America is becoming safer and more affordable under Trump. Also, the USAID report is starting to shed light on government operations. If there's corrupt spending within USAID, what might be occurring in other agencies? DOGE could be exactly what America needs. Later, President Trump is known for his deal-making approach. One of his first deals was to sign tariffs against Canada and Mexico if they didn’t take steps to secure their borders. Since Canada and Mexico rely so much on us for trade - they freaked out and caved.

  • On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson from the Ben Ferguson podcast fills in for Mark. It's a blessing that President Trump didn't win in 2020 - he wouldn't have been able to accomplish what he's doing now. Consider DOGE - it wouldn't have become a thing in 2020. Trump might not have signed an executive order banning men from women's sports, but he did so today. Americans are pushing back against transgender policies. This is a focused President with a team around him that supports, rather than undermines, his efforts. Later, Democrats have returned to their familiar strategy of impeaching Trump. When they refuse to accept the voters' choice, they resort to impeachment. The underlying reason for these impeachment calls is their frustration that Americans are discovering how much of their tax dollars are being spent on wasteful projects. Also, Pam Bondi was sworn in as Attorney General and her first action was to freeze funding for all sanctuary cities. This move is aimed at upholding federal immigration law. Afterward, it was no accident that Benjamin Netanyahu was the first foreign leader to meet with Trump; it sent a clear message to the world that America stands with Israel. Finally, what might be the biggest scandal in news media history has come to light: Politico and the AP have been receiving payments from the federal government. I believe we can all agree that taxpayer dollars should not be funding these news organizations.

  • On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, WMAL’s Larry O’Connor fills in for Mark. Over the last two weeks, President Trump has demonstrated what can only be described as Einstein-level genius. The left has reverted to their old tricks, but now they've shifted their focus of hatred, venom, name-calling, and fear-mongering away from Trump. Instead, they're targeting a man who wasn't even elected to office - Elon Musk. Trump has cleverly set up Musk as an untouchable stalking horse. Previously, Democrats adored Musk - he was their hero, particularly for his work with electric vehicles. Also, if it's true that NJ Gov Phil Murphy is providing shelter to an undocumented immigrant in his home, he might be acting outside the law. This goes beyond sanctuary cities; it suggests he's running a sanctuary home. Later, Trump rolled out the idea that the U.S. should relocate the Palestinians, and then take over the Gaza Strip, which will "create an economic development that will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for the people of the area.” Trump changed the terms of the conversation - no one is even suggesting a 2-state solution right now.

  • On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson from the Ben Ferguson podcast filled in for Mark. Canadian liquor stores began removing American liquors from their shelves, only to return them shortly after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau backed down to President Trump. The question on many people's minds is why Trump imposed tariffs on Canada. The concern was that with the Southern border secured, drug trafficking and illegal immigration might shift to the Northern border, necessitating tighter security there as well. This move was more about national security than addressing a trade deficit. Afterward, in this term, Trump's approach differs from his first; he now recognizes the deceit and understands the political game. Trump acts like a human wrecking ball, but in a constructive way, aiming to dismantle government inefficiencies. His battles are focused on safeguarding America and prioritizing American interests. Later, USAID employees were instructed to avoid their Washington, D.C. headquarters following Trump's decision to close it down, which caused the left to lose their minds. This move was part of Trump's mandate to highlight and eliminate fraud, waste, and the misuse of taxpayer funds. Finally, NJ Governor Phil Murphy implied that he’s harboring an illegal alien in his house. But now Murphy’s team says that’s not true.

  • This week on the Mark Levin Show, if you want to learn about birthright citizenship, the wrong place to go is the Sunday shows. Listen to this show if you want to understand the 14th Amendment, its history, what it was based on, and the people who were involved. Margaret Brennan is on Face The Nation to advance her leftwing ideology. She claims a Reagan Judge in Seattle shot down the Trump executive order on birthright citizenship. That Judge was appointed by Reagan as part of a compromise. President Trump has come into office and wants to slash the government and control the bureaucracy. But the swamp doesn’t allow the people’s will to take hold. We have a massive federal government, and it grows and grows. The judiciary has become an arm of a massive, centralized government, protecting its interests against Trump. Judge Loren AliKhan, a Biden appointed Judge, temporarily blocked Trump’s plan to pause federal aid spending. AliKhan is an extremist leftist who thinks she can decide what the President can do or not. The war against President Trump has not stopped. We can’t let our guard down; he still has a whole bunch of cabinet nominees that have not yet been confirmed. Trump should get the people he wants, but the Democrats will try and stop all of them. The Democrat Party rejects the Judeo-Christian principles upon which this nation was founded; they promote the ideas of the Marxist. The Democrat Party hasn’t changed, and they won’t because it is an anti-American ideological operation. Why do we believe that when government does something it’s better than the private sector? Also, stop using the phrase big pharma; we all sound like Marxists. Little pharma can’t produce the medicine you’re taking. Many of us wouldn’t be alive but for big pharma. If we break them up, then nobody going to invest in the medicines we need.

  • On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the plane that crashed was filled with fabulous people.  The most logical suggestion by experts is that these helicopter pilots were focused on the other plane and didn’t see the plane they hit. More information is being gathered and investigated and hopefully, there will be more answers available. Later, in breaking news, a plane on medical assignment crashed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There’s very little info right now. The reporting so far is that two pilots, two doctors, one patient, and one family member on the plane have died. Then, President Trump is releasing some FBI agents, and the media is very upset.  Everything Trump does is questioned or has racial undertones – the media will never change. The deep state needs to be purged because Trump can’t trust them. Trump is serious about reining in this out-of-control government. Afterward, Democrats have no plan for the border, crime, or taxes. They don’t have any ideas on how to govern to help America.

  • On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Democrats in Congress are more upset with what President Trump said about DEI than the crash that happened near Reagan National Airport. Accidents like this happen when the government wastes trillions of dollars on their left-wing woke demands instead of dealing with a staffing shortage at the air traffic control towers. The ideology of the left is killing people. If the government is going to run air traffic, they better do it right. Can you imagine the disaster if the government was in charge? Afterward, Sen Thom Tillis convinced Pete Hegseth’s ex-sister-in-law to come out against Hegseth to convince Republicans Senators to vote no on his nomination. Thankfully, it backfired. Why did Tillis vote for Hegseth after he tried to do all this damage? Now, those in North Carolina know who he really is. Finally, Rep James Comer calls in to discuss his investigation into sanctuary cities and his new book, All the President's Money: Investigating the Secret Foreign Schemes That Made the Biden Family Rich.

  • On this special episode of Liberty and Learning, Mark Levin and Dr. Larry Arnn, President of Hillsdale College, embark on a compelling exploration of the political landscape in America. As they reflect on the significant shifts that have occurred under Donald Trump's administration, it becomes clear that this is a defining moment in American history.

The episode begins with Levin and Arnn discussing the unprecedented changes in government bureaucracy. They highlight how the federal government has expanded its reach and influence over the years, moving from a mere 12% of the gross domestic product in 1930 to a staggering 51% today. This shift has led to the emergence of a comprehensive regime that regulates nearly every aspect of American life, raising concerns about the erosion of civil rights and the accountability of government to the people.

One of the central themes of the discussion is the choice facing the American people: should they embrace constitutional governance or succumb to bureaucratic administrative control? Levin and Arnn argue that the current trajectory of the government is unsustainable and that a return to accountability is essential for the preservation of liberty.

As the conversation unfolds, they delve into the concept of common sense and its role in effective governance. Drawing parallels between Trump's approach and the historical context of previous presidents, the hosts emphasize the importance of practical decision-making that takes into account the needs and desires of the American people.

In conclusion, this episode serves as a thought-provoking examination of the challenges and opportunities facing America today. With a clear call to action, Levin and Arnn inspire listeners to engage in the political process and advocate for a government that is truly accountable to its citizens. Tune in to this enlightening discussion and join the conversation about liberty and learning in America.

Liberty and Learning with Mark Levin and Larry Arnn is a 10-part series, hosted by veteran broadcaster and constitutional law expert, Mark Levin, and his good friend, Dr. Larry Arnn, President of Hillsdale College, dives deep into the founding principles of the U.S., as Americans face both crisis and opportunity. The Democrat Party hasn’t changed, and they won’t because it is an anti-American ideological operation. Later, the DOJ is said to be discussing dropping the case against NY Mayor Eric Adams. This was a petty case from the beginning. Robert Jackson once said it’s dangerous when you have prosecutors who focus on the man and not the law. They are the most dangerous people in any society because they have the power to indict with a grand jury. Afterward, Trump signed the Laken Riley Act and Trump announced up to 30,000 illegal immigrants will be sent to Guantanamo Bay. Finally, Professor Steven Calabresi calls in to discuss his new book, The Meese Revolution: The Making of a Constitutional Moment. The Meese Revolution is about the former attorney general's brilliant and courageous revolution to reinstitute the Constitution in our legal and justice system.

Judge Loren AliKhan, a Biden appointed Judge, temporarily blocked Trump’s plan to pause federal aid spending. AliKhan is an extremist leftist who thinks she can decide what the President can do or not. Also, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has ordered the Defense Department Inspector General to investigate Gen Mark Milley's actions to “undermine the chain of command” during Trump’s first term, which could result in Milley being demoted and stripped of a star. He’s also pulling his security detail and clearance immediately. Later, the Senate Democrats, led by Chuck Schumer, just delivered for the Hamas front group CAIR and worldwide terrorism and prevented a majority vote on sanctioning the American-hating, Israel/Jew-hating ICC, which is led by Marxist-Islamists.  The Democrat Party has crossed a redline from which it can never recover. Afterward, Caroline Kennedy calls her cousin, RFK Jr., a 'predator' before his HHS hearing. Predator?  Perhaps Caroline is confusing RFK with Uncle Teddy. Now, there was a predator.  They hate RFK Jr. because he campaigned for Trump.  Finally, Professor Sadegh Zibakalam is a very brave man. He gave us an inside look at the Iranian people, who are rooting for Benjamin Netanyahu and Trump. He was indicted by Iran for saying that young Iranians are praising Netanyahu as a hero.

Margaret Brennan is on Face The Nation to advance her leftwing ideology. She claims a Reagan Judge in Seattle shot down the Trump executive order on birthright citizenship. That Judge was appointed by Reagan as part of a compromise. He’s a liberal activist and a Biden sycophant – not a Reaganite. Also, Acting Attorney General James McHenry has fired the prosecutors who worked for special counsel Jack Smith. This is a good first step, but only a first step. Smith must be held legally and ethically responsible for what he did to our country. Later, today is the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. So many millions lost their lives as they were horribly and systematically murdered. It’s being reported that 8 of the remaining 26 hostages being held by Hamas are dead. The left will blame Benjamin Netanyahu for the dead hostages because he wouldn’t give into Hamas' demands. Sick.  Afterward, Republican RINOs in the Florida legislature, led by the hapless House speaker, watered down Governor Ron DeSantis's immigration enforcement bill intended to support President Trump's deportation policy. DeSantis calls in and explains that this watered-down bill should be called the swamp act – it doesn’t help Trump at all. The DeSantis immigration deportation reform agenda needs to be pushed and passed.  Finally, President Trump should get the cabinet he wants. If this is the team he wants, he should get it after his enormous victory.

  • This week on the Mark Levin Show, Joe Biden issued last-minute pardons right before Trump was sworn in. He pardoned Leonard Peltier who killed FBI agents. He also pardoned Anthony Fauci, Gen Mark Milley, the January 6 committee, and his family members. Joe Biden never met a murderer whose sentence he did not want to commute -- depraved! Apparently, if Leonard Peltier were a Proud Boy, the media would be more upset with his commutation by Biden, even though Peltier was imprisoned for his role in the cold-blooded murder of two wounded FBI agents. Or Biden's commutation of dozens of horrible murderers in our federal prisons. Can any Democrat or media surrogate tell us why Biden commuted sentences for murderers on the way out the door? Later, the hate America Attorney General’s in blue states and the hate America press want you to believe that birthright citizenship is in the Constitution. It's not in the Constitution. It’s not in any of the legislative history for the 14th Amendment It's not in the 1866 Civil Rights Act. The idea that if you're born in the U.S., you’re automatically a citizen is a sham. Why don’t we put tariffs on Qatar and Saudi Arabia? Qatar for funding Hamas, which murdered American citizens, and Saudi Arabia for ripping us off on oil prices, helping drive up the cost of gasoline for all Americans. If it’s good enough for our allies, it’s good enough for these Arab countries.

  • On Friday's Mark Levin Show, 2 reporters are revealing Politico’s Hunter Biden cover-up. They were told they couldn’t write about the Hunter Biden laptop story.  Politico is a perfect example of the abuse the media does by not reporting what's going on. We don’t have a free press anymore; these newsrooms are controlled by left-wing kooks. Also, there is a vote set to confirm Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defense. Republicans Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins are undermining national security by voting no. It’s not clear what Senators Mitch McConnell and Thom Tillis might do.  Afterward, President Trump explains that FEMA needs to be overhauled or cut completely. He’s right, FEMA has become a burdensome, bloated bureaucracy. Trump thinks like a can-do executive and bureaucrats are not used to it. Later, Iran could be weeks away from a nuke. Iran is on its back thanks to the Israelis. Israel can attack their nuclear sites, but they are still being held back. There should be no deal with Iran; if we make a deal with them, they will get nukes. Then, these politicians in California didn’t take care of the basics to protect their communities from wildfires. They mismanaged water resources. Conditions on aid is necessary to save lives in the future. Finally, Heritage President Kevin Roberts calls in to weigh in on Trump’s January 6th pardons and the President’s 100-day agenda.

If it’s good enough for our allies, it’s good enough for these Arab countries. Also, the IAEA says that Iran is accelerating their uranium enrichment program. If the U.S. is going to talk to Iran they’ll need to talk very fast and every deal Iran has made has been nothing but subterfuge to buy time. Now, there’s no time left. Later, a federal Judge ruled after 25 minutes of arguments that Trump’s executive order to restrict birthright citizenship was unconstitutional. This judge knew what he wanted to do - temporarily block Trump's order no matter what. Afterward, Democrat members of Congress keep trashing Pete Hegseth as a drunk. There should be background checks for them, just so we can make sure none of them are drunks, cheats, spies, or reprobates of other sorts.  This would be especially useful for Senators, who are in the apparent business of smearing and degrading presidential nominees they disagree with.

The idea that if you're born in the U.S., you’re automatically a citizen is a sham. President Trump’s executive order should be effective enough to end birthright citizenship but there will be an activist effort against this saying that the Supreme Court set a precedent. Also, President Trump is remaking the federal bureaucracy right before our eyes. What Trump is doing, across the board, is courageous and more conservative than President H.W. Bush or President W. Bush. The 3 most conservative presidents of the last 100 years are Calvin Coolidge, Ronald Reagan, and Trump. Later, the Bernie Sanders Marxist crap has gotten us to where we are today. Look at your paycheck stub - is a billionaire taking your money? No, it’s the government. No company creates inflation – it’s the government.  But Sanders’ answer is more government, just get the billionaires.

Can any Democrat or media surrogate tell us why Biden commuted sentences for murderers on the way out the door? We have hypocritical Democrats in 2020 against preemptive pardons, then Biden pardons his family. Biden has now set a precedent; Democrats burn down traditions then they complain about it. Later, the 11th-hour effort to stop Pete Hegseth has begun and you better believe the Democrats have colluded behind the scenes to do this. Now, Democrats have an affidavit containing new allegations that Hegseth’s ex-wife feared for her safety from abuse, but Hegseth’s ex-wife says it never happened. Republicans must rally around Hegseth against this setup. The scandal is not Hegseth, it’s the Democrats. Afterward, no, Elon Musk didn’t give the Hitler salute. It’s the Democrat party with their history of antisemitism.  Finally, Trump’s foreign policy team needs to make sure they do not in any way help create yet another terrorist regime, this time a Palestinian terror state. They also need to eliminate Iran’s nuclear sites.  And beware of the terror-supporting Qatar regime, that funded Hamas to the tune of $1.8 billion, protected its leaders for years, and is funding radical, pro-terrorist, antisemitic groups in our own country and in our colleges and universities.

  • On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump was officially sworn into office today. Trump gave a truly historic speech. It was a speech to the American people, not a State of the Union speech as the media want you to believe. Also, Joe Biden issued last-minute pardons right before Trump was sworn in. He pardoned Leonard Peltier who killed FBI agents. He also pardoned Anthony Fauci, Gen Mark Milley, the January 6 committee, and his family members. Peter Schweizer calls in and explains he wasn’t surprised that Biden pardoned his family. This acknowledges that they have legal liability. Later, the ADL is a disgrace. Led by a former Obama special assistant, they smear Elon Musk with this outrageous claim about him using a Nazi salute. The ADL gives cover to the most loathsome Democrats, including Biden, under whom antisemitism massively expanded in our country. Musk has made special trips to Auschwitz, Israel after Oct. 7, and made statements on behalf of Jews and Israel. Afterward, Julie Kelly calls in and explains that Trump just signed a full pardon for every J6’er. They already started releasing them from prison.

  • This week on the Mark Levin Show, President Biden is taking credit for the achievements of others like Benjamin Netanyahu and the IDF. Biden undermined Israel every step of the way. If there is a hostage deal it’s thanks to Trump and Netanyahu. Does the supposed hostage deal being pushed by the United States require Israel to release scores of terrorists? Reports say that there's enormous pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu to allegedly release multiple scores of Palestinian terrorists and convicted criminals in exchange for the hostages, even if it means the collapse of the Netanyahu conservative government. Hopefully, this is not true. Despite all the announcements and news reports this Israel/Hamas ceasefire deal isn’t even completed on Israel’s side yet. And there’s reportedly significant opposition there to releasing 3,000 terrorists, among other things. The U.S. would never release thousands of terrorists in a deal. Americans were furious when President Biden released 3 terrorist leaders from Gitmo. This is not a peace treaty or a permanent ceasefire. Later, Several decades ago there was a special law passed to give Congressional staffers a special privilege. Congressional staffers could get career civil service jobs if their House or Senate member was defeated. Landmark Legal Foundation demanded this absurd privilege by denied – and it was. Can you imagine what would happen if that was still the law today?

  • On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden can’t leave the office quick enough. He now claims to have amended the Constitution. Biden announced that the Equal Rights Amendment is the “law of the land,” despite the Justice Department and the U.S. archivist saying the President could not ratify the Constitutional amendment. Biden is lawless then he lectures us about the rule of law. According to Democrats, you can do anything if it’s in pursuit of the radical left agenda. Also, Ambassador Danny Danon calls in to discuss the Israel/Hamas ceasefire. This is not a peace agreement; Israel keeps the right to go into Gaza and finish off Hamas if necessary. Danon says they are determined to finish the job but will pause to get the hostages back.  Later, Democrats keep telling us we have to fix our immigration laws, but they’re not broken.  We have very detailed immigration laws which work if they are enforced. The problem is Democrats lack of virtue and lack of execution - its intentional.  It will be important to have a Governor in the DHS position – Kristi Noem will be fantastic. Afterward, a unanimous Supreme Court upheld the TikTok ban. It can still survive; it just needs new American ownership. We can’t allow China to control Americans' data.
