But within my team I want to let myself be me. But I don’t think that’s being received very well? But authenticity is important to me so I don’t want to dull my shine. But I feel like I should for the sake of my career?"

  • Losing someone you love and the grief that comes with it, will change you forever. Everyone's journey with it is unique and cannot be compared, but there is a shared bond that can be found with learning how to live with the reality you'll never see the person who means so much to you again. We all have to find our ways to cope and adapt to that new reality, and while sometimes we go on detours to get there, today's guest, Ally Artis, is a beautiful example of how to channel that grief with creativity and purpose.
