  • As the episodes progress, we get closer and closer to the actual date that we release them on compared to the date they were recorded. But we are still a few months behind.

With that in mind, this episode was recorded in late Spring 2024, but is being released today, October 1st 2024. The reason this is apt is because in this episode, there is much talk around the topic of sobriety.

And why is October 1st related to Sobriety? Well in Ireland, it is the first day of the month of STOPTOBER, when lots of people experiment with stopping drinking for one month. And coincidentally, Stephen was recently interviewed for the Irish Independent around the topic of Sobriety and that article is also released today!

So lot's of sobriety talk and familial addiction talk today.

    We wish you peace.
