In this week's episode, David interviews Lauren Pluim who is a social media professional that has spent time covering the game of baseball at both the collegiate and MLB level. Lauren shares about her time working for Cal Poly State's baseball team and then the Anaheim Angels as their MLB Social In Game Coordinator. She goes into interacting with players like Mike Trout and Albert Pujols and also what it was like to be there when the Angels threw a combined no-hitter on a night they were remembering pitcher Tyler Skaggs.

Devon is currently a full-time student pursuing her Masters Degree in Analytics and Statistical Modeling at Northeastern University. She also graduated from the University of Tampa with a finance degree and played on the soccer team there. Devon has worked for organizations such as the New York Yankees (in Tampa), the Tampa Bay Lightning, and the Florida Panthers. Devon also shares about being a woman in the sports world and her ultimate career goal of becoming an NHL GM!

In this week's episode, David interviews one of the sports broadcasting legends. Chip Dean was one of the original 43 employees at ESPN who worked all the way up to eventually directing Monday Night Football and most of the other top ESPN broadcasts. Chip shared about some of his favorite experiences from working at ESPN and about covering some of the most notable sports moments from the past 40 years.
Chip talked about how his time playing quarterback prepared him for the directors chair. He noted the similarities between the quarterback being like the director calling the different shots and affecting what happens on the field or in the broadcast.

In this week's episode, David interviews Tony Huynh, who is a Digital Designer for the Orlando Magic. Tony is originally from St. Louis, MO and is a first generation college graduate with a degree in sport management. He is also a self taught graphic designer. Tony shares about how working his graphic design job at Mizzou Athletics along with some other freelance opportunities while being a full-time student helped prepare him for the opportunity he has now with the Orlando Magic.
Tony also talks about his experience freelancing for the College Football Playoff and being at the National Championship game in 2018 when Clemson beat Alabama.
Tony shares about how to grow as a designer and how to set yourself apart as a designer from everyone else.

In this episode of the podcast, David interviews his college friend Dave Stuart who has experience working with both Liberty University's Mens D1 Basketball and Hockey Teams. Dave has his undergraduate degree from Liberty University in sport management and is also currently pursuing his masters degree at Liberty in sport management with an emphasis on coaching. His career goal is to become a Division 1 college basketball coach one day.
In this episode, Dave tells about how he got involved with the Liberty basketball team. He also shares how the team went from being the youngest team in all of Division 1 basketball and loosing their first 13 Division 1 games in 2015 to becoming a conference champion contender every season. David and Dave also talk about the current sports culture and give some predictions regarding the ongoing NHL and NBA playoffs along with some MLB predictions as well.

Nick is from Hickory, NC and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Before ending up with the Hornets full-time, Nick had a season long internship with the Hornets digital team.
