  • Leading with Kindness and Shifting Perspectives on Motherhood

Vancouver-based coach and facilitator Cayley Benjamin grew up as the daughter of entrepreneurs and she always knew she would end up one herself.

Cayley shares with us her career journey, how she learned about Matrescence, and why itā€™s important for all humans to understand the process of becoming a mother.

  • There are no rules to interviewing.

I know that interviewing comes quite naturally for some. And for others, they overthink every question asked and question every response. Did the interviewer mean this or this? Did I say the right thing and answer the interviewerā€™s question? It can leave candidates with the feeling, am I doing this right? And maybe even start thinking, Iā€™m just not good at interviewingā€¦

Iā€™m here to tell you that you have everything it takes to interview powerfully. Every. Single. Time. And, owning your interview šŸ˜‰ starts with embodying the philosophy that there are no rules in interviewing.  Listen to this episode and learn three tips to support you in owning your next job interview.
