Self-coaching is the ability to tap into your own inner wisdom to work out what the best path is for you personally. As our lives become more ambiguous and complex, it’s a skill that has never been more relevant and important.
Cristina Loaiza, marketer and Founder of the FUTURES Network, speaks to Sarah Ellis about how to build self-awareness and use practical coaching techniques and tools to get unstuck, and shares some of her own experiences of coaching herself and others too.
Sarah is the co-founder of Amazing If, an award-winning career development company with a mission to make work better for everyone.
