  • I know there are times we all feel like we aren’t welcome, that we don't fit in, or maybe simply feel like we're an imposter and that we don't belong in a space. Today's episode is to help you claim space, raise your voice, and let yourself be heard. My guest will provide the tools, insight, and give you the permission to claim your space.

She is the #1 bestselling author of A Woman's Guide to Claiming Space: Stand Tall. Raise Your Voice. Be Heard (named Maria Shriver’s book of the week), she has devoted her life to empowering women to live and claim the space they deserve.

  • As we begin to close off this year, I imagine many of you, if you are like me you begin to think how quickly this year has gone by and thinking of all the things you set out to accomplish and what did or did not come into fruition. I believe there is great value gained in reflection. Although sometimes during this busy season of the holidays we find it harder to truly take the time to do this. I also believe that we must be intentional with our time and energy to achieve any results in life, so I like to make sure I intentionally take time for myself, pause, reflect, and prepare myself to enter the New Year powerfully. I have found my own process that I like to do that really helps me gain clarity, bring peace, and intentionally enter the new year.

For the last few years now I have been using a 4-step process to help me close off the year powerfully and then enter the new year intentionally. This process I call My Intentional Year. Through this process of reflection you get to revisit this last year and get a full scope of what accomplishments you have had, what lessons you have learned, and as well what may have gotten in your way of your goals. Moving into the process we get to release any feelings or regrets and move into setting our intention for the next year to come. I have found this process to be so helpful, I wanted to share it with you today.

Get ready to learn the power of leading with intention, how to end the year off peacefully and enter the New Year powerfully.

In this episode you will learn:

Why leading with intention is essential for creating anything in your life The process of reflection Why we should celebrate all our wins, big and small The process of release What are you letting go of The process of renewing and creating Setting your intention
