    Carey Jaros brings passion for our Purpose — Saving Lives and Making Life Better Through Well-Being Solutions — to her daily work at GOJO (the makers of Purell). Her focus is on continuously extending GOJO leadership as a market-making, growth-oriented Company that cares about the health and well-being of people worldwide and within its walls. Carey joined GOJO in 2014 as a board member, then held executive roles as Chief Strategy Officer – where she oversaw Marketing, Product Management, and Innovation – and as Chief Operating Officer before becoming President and CEO in January 2020.

    As an operator, investor, and board member, Carey has worked on and in more than 50 organizations— from established public and private companies, to startups and non-profits. Prior to GOJO, Carey was the President of Walnut Ridge Strategic Management Company, and was a Vice President at Dealer Tire, a large privately held tire distributor. She spent the first 12 years as a management consultant at Bain & Company.

    Carey is a Board Director of Grocery Outlet (NASDAQ: GO) and an Advisory Board Member of venture-backed menstrual products startup Aunt Flow. She also serves on the Boards of The Cleveland Foundation, University Hospitals, and Laurel School.

    Carey received her A.B. in Public Policy from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She and her husband live in Northeast Ohio with their three children.

    Ralph A. Gigliotti, Ph.D., serves as Assistant Vice President for Organizational Leadership in University Academic Affairs at Rutgers University. In this role, he directs the Office of Organizational Leadership and provides executive leadership for a portfolio of signature leadership programs, consultation services, and research initiatives. Ralph regularly partners with campus leaders on projects of strategic importance, and he serves as an executive advisor for senior academic leaders across Rutgers in the areas of change leadership, crisis leadership, organizational strategy, and continuous improvement.

    He holds part-time faculty appointments in the Department of Communication (School of Communication and Information), Ph.D. Program in Higher Education (Graduate School of Education), Department of Family Medicine and Community Health (Robert Wood Johnson Medical School), and Rutgers Business School. He is author and editor of 10 books and nearly 50 journal articles and book chapters on topics related to organizational communication and leadership in higher education.

    GC Myers is a contemporary painter from the Finger Lakes region of New York. He came to painting in mid-life and quite by accident, as a result of an accident that occurred while building his home in the early 1990s. Since that time, his recognizable landscapes, known for their strong colors and moods, are avidly collected here and abroad.

    Over the years, he has had over 60 one-man exhibitions at galleries across the country which represent his work. These solo exhibits have taken place at galleries in New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and California.

    In 2012, Myers' work was featured in an exhibition, "Internal Landscapes: The Paintings of GC Myers," at the Fenimore Art Museum in Cooperstown, NY.

    Marianne Crosley retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cleveland Leadership Center after leading the civic education leadership development and civic engagement organization for 14 years. Under her leadership programs to build civic leadership in Greater Cleveland grew significantly to reach 600 individuals across generations annually.

    In addition, she launched SPARK, an annual leadership conference, and Accelerate, an annual civic pitch competition. Prior to assuming the helm at the Leadership Center she served as the founding Executive Director of Summer on the Cuyahoga. This economic development initiative attracts young talent to Northeast Ohio.

    She has received numerous awards, including Crain's Cleveland Business Woman of Note, Smart Business Progressive Woman, Non-Profit Executive Director of the Year, and the Lifetime Legacy Award from the Association of Leadership Programs. She is passionate about creating positive community change and has leadership roles on several non-profit boards.

Day holds appointments as Professor of Psychological Science and Leadership and serves as the Academic Director of the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College in California (USA).     Cathy Carroll learned about family business leadership the best way you can – by leading her family business. After a twenty-year corporate career, she left United Airlines to lead her father’s business and instantly recognized a difference between leadership in a family business vs leadership in a large corporation.

    Dr. Lisa Marie Kerr is an Associate Professor in the College of Leadership and Ethics at the U.S. Naval War College (NWC). She joined NWC in September 2022 after a 30-year career in civilian higher education focusing on student success, learning assessment, and leader development. Dr. Kerr contributes to executive leader development for the U.S. Navy. Her scholarship focuses on effective facilitation for learning among mid-career and executive military leaders.

    Dr. Liz Cavallaro is currently a tenured Associate Professor of Leader Development at the U.S. Naval War College (USNWC), in Newport, RI.     With over three decades as a thought leader, author, speaker, and consultant, Betsy is a renowned expert on emerging leadership trends and women’s leadership.     Dr. Tim O’Brien is a Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School where he teaches Exercising Leadership and Developing People in degree programs and chairs the Leadership for the 21st Century and Art & Practice of Leadership Development executive programs. Tim designs and delivers leadership development programs for government, business, and non-profit organizations across the globe. His research interests focus on the complex challenges people hope to address, the understanding they bring, and the meaning-making they need to address those challenges. This lens on leadership development emphasizes self, group, and organizational awareness over content and discrete skills. How to develop and cultivate that self-awareness is the primary concern of Tim’s research. His teaching methods are experiential, collaborative, and reflective in nature and help participants develop the insight, inquiry, and purpose they need to meet the demands of the challenges they face.

    Before his appointment at HKS, Tim was a leadership consultant for INSEAD Business School’s Management Acceleration Program and faculty for the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Programs in Professional Education. Tim graduated from New York University and earned his Ed.D. in Human Development and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He earned his 100-ton captain's license directing sail-training programs aboard traditionally-rigged wooden schooners in the Atlantic and Caribbean.

    Dr. David Reyes serves as the Talent & Leadership Development Manager at Southwest Airlines, overseeing the Leadership Development Programs strategy and execution. Before his work in Talent Development, he served in administration in higher education and continues to teach as an adjunct professor for Communication and Leadership classes.

    Martin Gonzalez is the creator of Google’s Effective Founders Project, a global research program that uses people analytics to uncover what makes the best startup founders succeed and shares their success formula with the world. He has run leadership courses for thousands of tech startup founders across seventy countries in the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe. He is a frequent lecturer on entrepreneurship, organization design, and people analytics at Stanford, Wharton, and INSEAD. He is also the author of the bestselling book, The Bonfire Moment: Bring Your Team Together to Solve the Hardest Issues Startups Face.

    Martin is a principal of organization and leadership development at Google. He works with Google’s senior leaders to shape team culture, develop their people, and expand their leadership, so they can build cool things that matter. In his ten years there, he’s worked with leaders across Google Research, DeepMind, Technology & Society, Responsible AI, Pixel, Fitbit, YouTube, Search, Maps, Android, and Chrome, to name a few.

    In 2023, The Aspen Institute recognized him as a First Movers Fellow, honoring his pioneering work at Google. In 2024, he was featured on the Thinkers50 Radar List, a prestigious recognition dubbed the "Oscars of management thinking" by the Financial Times, highlighting emerging thinkers expected to significantly influence future management thinking.

    Before Google, he was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and a product manager at Johnson & Johnson.

    Martin has studied organizational psychology and behavioral science at Columbia University and the London School of Economics. He’s a serial immigrant, having lived and worked in New York, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, and Manila, where he is originally from. Today, he lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Bea, and three kids: Noelle, Jaime, and Andrea.

    Dr. Carla Ortega Santori is the Strategic Initiatives Manager at the Doerr Institute for New Leaders. Prior to this, she developed learning and development strategies at a leading healthcare company in Puerto Rico. Carla has worked as an Executive Recruiter and volunteered as an AmeriCorps VISTA.

    She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University and a B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University. Her doctoral dissertation studied the psychometric properties of the Passion for Work scale in a Puerto Rican population.

    Dr. Dennis McCunney works in the Center for Student Success at East Carolina University and serves as an adjunct faculty member in political science and adult education. He started at ECU in 2012 as director of the Volunteer and Service-Learning Center, where he expanded the center’s scope to include leadership education, global learning, and civic engagement programming. He led ECU’s first effort to become classified as a Leadership for Public Purpose university through the American Council on Education.

    His professional and research interests include public service and leadership development, organizational development, intercultural/global learning, and campus-community partnerships.     Dr. Megan Reitz is Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, Oxford University and Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Dialogue at Hult International Business School. She focuses on how we create the conditions for transformative dialogue at work and her research is at the intersection of leadership, change, dialogue and mindfulness. She is on the Thinkers50 ranking of global business thinkers and is ranked in HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers listing.

    Megan has written Dialogue in Organizations and Mind Time and she has just published Speak Out, Listen Upwhich is the second edition of her bestselling book Speak Up, with Financial Times Publishing. Speak Up was shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year 2020.

    Megan is a contributor to Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. She has presented her research on the BBC, CNBC and Deutsche Welle and she writes for numerous academic and practice-based journals. Her research on employee activism was nominated for the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea Award 2021 and her TED talk on the topic has been viewed more than one and a half million times.

    Dr. Mansour Javidan is a multiple award-winning and bestselling author and executive educator whose teaching and research interests span the globe, Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University received his MBA and Ph.D. degrees from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota. He is the Garvin Distinguished Professor and Executive Director of Najafi Global Mindset Institute at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.

    Mansour is currently the Project Director and Principal Co-Investigator of GLOBE 2020, working with a team of 426 researchers studying culture change, leadership ideals, and trust dynamics. The project has received close to $1.5 million in funding and has completed data collection from over 60000 managers and professionals in 144 countries.

    He has designed and taught executive development courses and workshops, conducted consulting projects, and made presentations in over 40 countries. Published in the best journals.

    Mansour’s article on global leadership recently received the Decade’s Best Paper Award (2006- 2016) by the Academy of Management Perspectives. Dr. Javidan has been recognized by Stanford University as among the top 2% most cited scientists in the field of business and management in the world in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. He was also recently recognized as among the top 100 most influential (i.e., top 0.6%) authors in Organization Behavior in the world. Mansour was awarded the 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award by the International Leadership Association.
