Thank God for our Aussie 7s women - for without them there would have been no pod this week.
Join Mitch & Lachie celebrating the world champion SVNS superstars after a thoroughly whelming analysis of two horribly predictable Aussie qualifying finals across the ditch.
How did the Brumbies slide so far from their early season success? Have the Reds actually improved over three years under Les Kiss? And where we will riot if we don't get a Hurricanes v Chiefs decider?
Luckily there's Round 1 of the W to chew through as a palate cleanser with a drought-busting Brumbies win on top!

The Super Rugby Finals have arrived with Australia's flag flying limply in a decidedly Kiwi breeze.
Dane Sherratt from Kick On Rugby joins Lachie to unpack the regular season as Mitch takes a well-earned breather.
It's Queensland who have usurped ACT as the top Aussie dog - Reds finishing in fifth after a BP win over the Drua and the Brumbies' upset loss to Moana Pasifika.
But neither side is looking the finished product ahead of the looming Kiwi qualifying finals.
Did your Aussie club pass or fail in 2026? Are the Tahs really that cooked? What hopes for the Force after breaking even?
And are we any bloody hope of ending a 0-21 finals record across the ditch this weekend? Tune in for all that and more.

Another season over for the NSW Waratahs and Western Force without playing any finals footy. The Reds and Brumbies seasons continue on, but for how long?
The Brumbies (5th) took down the Waratahs (7th) 21-14 in Sydney on Friday night before the Reds (6th) nearly slipped up against Moana (11th) 31-33 on Saturday afternoon. The Western Force (8th) held off a determined Fiji Drua (10th) on Saturday evening but failed to claim a vital wining bonus point to keep their season going
Will the Reds and Brumbies rest players for Round 16 of Super Rugby Pacific? Did the Waratahs and Force deserve to play finals in 2026?
All this and more in this week's podcast!

With two weeks of Super Rugby Pacific remaining, Aussie fans are facing more questions than ever before.
The Brumbies and Reds remain in the top six - but only just after the Tahs (7th) and Force (9th) closed the gaps with vital wins over the Drua (50-35) and Reds (19-14) respectively.
Queensland coach Les Kiss was left red-faced after a swathe of Wallaby resting came back to haunt his side while the New South Wales backline seemingly sparked to life without injured superstar Joseph-Aukuso Suaalli.
What about the Force undoes a Queensland side (barring a woeful lineout) - and where has that attack been from the Tahs?
Join Mitch and Lachie to unpack all the Round 13 and ask - which Aussie teams will make the finals in 2026?

Lachie's taken the week off to mourn the Reds loss to the Chiefs on Friday night so Mitch has called in the big gun - John Ferguson from Off The Ruck and RugbyPass
Tune in this week as the gents cast their eye over the Aussie results from Super Rugby Pacific Round 13
Were the Reds robbed of a famous victory against the Chiefs by a few dodgy ref calls? Do the Waratahs have the worst attack shape in the Super Rugby? Are the Brumbies hitting their straps at the right point of the season? Who is the key player integral to the Force's success the past few weeks?
All this and more in this week's pod, tune in!

The boys are back from their post-Super Round haze and geez there's a bit to unpack here with less than a month to SRP finals.
Two Aussie derbies in Round 12 meant a double-points weekend for Reds and Force fans while the Tahs are on thin ice and the Brums look shaky in sixth.
Are any Aussies a genuine chance come finals or will we be making up numbers?
On a cheerier note, Super Round was a blast and we cannot recommend it highly enough - our full breakdown + tips for 2027 and beyond!
Also floating around - ANZAC Day Test rugby, Wallaroos wobbles and a few U20 sneak peeks - tune in for the whole kit and caboodle.

We’re 10 rounds into Super Rugby Pacific 2026 and still seemingly destined for an Aussie semi finalist to die trying across the ditch!
Luckily we’ve got one of our Kiwi cobbers - Duncan from Boomfa Vintage - to join us and unpack the latest news and views, including a historic Drua win in Canberra, the Force stunning the Crusaders, an ugly (but important) Tahs win and a couple of cracking NZ derbies.

When the Kiwis lose - Super Rugby wins!
Queensland are the flavour of the week after bouncing back to snap their two-game losing streak and roll the defending champions while the Brumbies are on Infinity stone away from going going full Thanos gauntlet snap on the NZ sides.
Meanwhile we've got wet weather Test footy to unpack following the Wallarooos wild Pac 4 opener against Canada and a long-awaited Zac Lomax debut as the Force fall agonisingly short in Fiji.
Lachie's on his high horse, Mitch needs a roof for his house, we're a day late and more than a few bucks short.

Mitch and Lachie are back from the Easter break! They have dusted themselves off after the Reds and Tahs both got smashed and have managed to pull together a somewhat coherent review of Super Rugby Pacific Round 8.
They look over the team lists for Round 9 and wonder - how many points can the Reds concede before the Aussie rugby community consumes itself
Finishing things off with a preview of Wallaroos vs Canada

NSW fans rejoice - for the Year of the Tah might be unofficially back on!
Mitch is grappling with the sweet fruits of NSW's victory in Canberra and what that means for Aussie rugby's Super hopes as a whole.
Meanwhile Lachie tries to sidestep the Reds' horror show in Wellington by rightly talking up the Wallaroos' rusty opening Test win over Fijiana.
And spare a thought for the poor bloody Force after pushing the Chiefs for 80 brutal minutes in Perth only to miss the bonus point.

We’re nearing the midway point of Super Rugby’s regular season, Test footy is almost back and there are grave concerns for Mitch’s wellbeing after another NSW implosion.
Boys looked good for an Aussie sweep this weekend before the Tahs lost the plot despite a 12-point lead over the Blues - lucky the Brums and Reds got it done in a pair of thrillers.
Slipper owes Tooley free beers for life after pipping the Chiefs, Reds look genuinely red hot following their fourth straight win, and NSW have some naval gazing to do.
Also how about those Wallaroos?! The girls return next Friday and we’re here to bring the hype!

Round 5 of Super Rugby Pacific dished up some serious heat with 25 minutes of thrilling rugby making up for a flat opening 55 in the Reds-Tahs derby.
What's your stance on Triston Reilly's no-try? Is Carter Gordon just a cool guy who loves match-winners? What's an Isaac Henry and where can I get one?
Meanwhile Rob Valetini gets his 100 against the Drua despite the Brums going down in Ba while the Force went frustratingly close again across the ditch in Napier.
Also how good was that final round of Six Nations and how big are the stones on Tommy Ramos?
Join Mitch and Lachie to break it all down.

We’re a month into Super Rugby Pacific and no closer to finding out which Aussie team will be sacrificed in a NZ semi final.
The Reds roll down to Canberra and commit late-night robbery in the 81st minute while the Force and Tahs are dealt two very different - but equally painful - Kiwi lessons.
How’ve they missed that Daugunu knock-on? Who won out of Wilson and Cale? And what have the Tahs got to do to keep Suaalii on the bloody paddock?
Join Mitch and Lachie for a thoroughly centrist dissection.

Would we say the lid's off? Is this what success tastes like? Can the Kiwis support five franchises? And is James Slipper the Wallabies' answer at #10?
Ponies are running hot after doing it late against the Blues while Reds and Force were rocks and diamonds in banking their first wins of the season.
Mitch and Lachie break it all down with varying degrees of success and state biases.

Giddy up nerds - these Brumbies are the real deal.
Who else is flying high after watching the ACT pile 50 points on the Crusaders in Christchurch to mark James Slipper's 200th with a 50-24 win?
Join Mitch and Lachie to dissect an incredible Round 2 of Super Rugby Pacific that saw the Brumbies and Waratahs keep their top-two ladder rankings while the Force slipped to the bottom after a tough loss to the Blues.
26-year hoodoos broken, more Jorgensen and Cale highlights - it's a juicy episode and Lachie's had a few cans before hitting record.

Super Rugby Round 1 is wrapped, the Ponies and Tahs are on top, and Max Jorgensen is rather good at rugby.
Join Mitch and Lachie to dissect a massive opening weekend that saw NSW end their four-game losing streak to Queensland with a thumping win while the Force flopped hard after teasing success all pre-season.
Charlie Cale's hot, so are the Highlanders and there's lots to like about Moana post-Ardie!
Plus, do we already know the next All Blacks coach? Probably not. We'll see. Maybe...
