It's official: Fiona Harvey, aka 'the real Martha' from Baby Reindeer, is suing Netflix for a massive $170 million dollars in what the lawsuit calls the "biggest lie in television history" - a plan which she first mooted on Uncensored.
The lawsuit - which Piers is in possession of - was filed in California at the end of last week.
It states that Netflix spread "brutal lies...because it was a better story than the truth, and better stories made money". As a result of "malfeasance and utterly reckless misconduct, Harvey's life had been ruined."
The streaming giant, however, isn't rolling over. Far from it.
In their first public comment, they said: "We intend to defend this matter vigorously and to stand by Richard Gadd's right to tell his story."

June is Pride Month, a time for acknowledging and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community across the world. It’s surely a worthy cause, but Piers Morgan has a question to ask; Why do the LGBTQ+ community enjoy an entire month of events and attention, while other minority groups usually only get a day?
To discuss, Piers brings collegiate athlete and author Riley Gaines, journalist Ernest Owens, LGBTQ+ comedian James Barr and columnist Esther Krakue together on Uncensored. James and Ernest furiously defend Pride month, and argue that people like Piers are actually a reason it’s necessary. Riley comes at the discussion from a different angle, saying that deference to LGBTQ+ activism is leading to unfairness and a lack of opportunity in women’s sports.

This week marks an historic moment in US judicial history.
A courtroom saga that has captured the nation's attention, with one of the most politically-divisive figures in America facing federal charges.
It’s the trial of Hunter Biden; the first child of a sitting US president to become a criminal defendant.
One of the many controversies about President Biden’s son in recent years was the family’s failure to acknowledge their seventh grandchild until last summer.
Lunden Roberts is the mother of five-year-old Navy Joan.
Her forthcoming memoir - “Out of the Shadows: My Life Inside the Wild World of Hunter Biden” - teases their “rollercoaster” relationship.

Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States of America, has made history as the first president to become a convicted felon. Found guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in his historic criminal trial in New York, Trump is expected to be sentenced on July 11th, and questions surrounding how this could affect his presidential campaign are now sharply relevant.
Piers Morgan brings journalist Emily Matlis, Young Turks cohost Cenk Uygyr, former Congressman George Santos, podcaster Vincent Oshana, lawyer Michael Van Der Veen and Trump’s former National Security Advisor John Bolton to react to this landmark ruling. Can Trump run for president now? If he wins can he serve from prison? What will his supporters do?

Professor Scott Galloway has a veritable lifetime of experience in marketing and business, and quite a few uncomfortable truths to share on Piers Morgan Uncensored.
He debates Piers Morgan on whether the youth should ‘pursue their dreams’ - and surprisingly argues they should have a sober conversation on the realities of the job market. He also paints a dark and dreary picture for the future of young people with a slew of statistical data to back it up. Lastly, he tells Piers "young men are paying for the sins of their fathers" and that masculinity needs to be re-embraced. That being said, Scott makes it clear that the rhetoric of supposed manhood gurus like Andrew Tate, is just thinly-veiled misogyny.

In this fiery debate on women's sport, Piers Morgan brings James Barr, Esther Krakue, Tomi Lahren and Francesca Fiorentini onto the topic of trans athletes, ignited by the news that transgender sprinter Aayden Gallagher was booed for winning gold in the Oregon Girls 200m State Championships last week.
Esther and Tomi are indignant at what they see as males replacing females in women’s sport, while Francesca says she’s ‘embarrassed to be a woman’ when other women 'freak out' about trans athletes. The row boils over into an analysis of American Football player Harrison Butker, who used his address at Benedictine College to tell women that their most important title is homemaker

Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by aviation expert Richard Quest to analyse the tragic story of a Singapore-bound Boeing 777 aeroplane that encountered turbulence leaving a British pensioner dead from a heart attack and others critically injured.
Richard explains to Piers Morgan that this incident is actually a small part of a larger pattern, telling him "Boeing has a big problem" when it comes to safety. Piers pushes Richard, who claims that while there are systemic issues with Boeing, he worries more about pilot training than the technology itself.
Richard then turns the questioning around to Piers, asking him what he makes of Rishi Sunak announcing a snap general election in the UK for July 4th.

Piers Morgan speaks to Israeli President Isaac Herzog as the shadow of war continues to darken the Middle East. President Herzog reacts to the news that Ireland, Norway and Spain will officially recognise the state of Palestine by the end of this month, calling it a "futile step" that "won’t help" Palestinians.
He also comments on the recent death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, claiming they are not celebrating in Israel - but makes the point that the UN mourning his death illustrates the ‘rotting of the institution’. Before saying goodbye, President Herzog claims he cares about the Palestinian people, and even says he’ll take Piers’ complaint on the rights of journalists in Israel to the relevant authorities.
