Hiko is the youngest tāne Māori competing in Crossfit in the elite mens division. He recently competed inTorian Pro which is the best of the best in Aotearoa and Australia, which was his second time making it. His main focus this year was being Māori and utilising the aspect of whānau and mātaraunga Māori.
Hiko also shares how his whānau incorperate the Maramataka and how they come toegther to celebrate during Matariki. Hiwa i te Rangi is one of the 9 stars of Matariki who is linked to dreams and aspirations. Hiko speaks into his process as an athelete to achieve the goals he has set for himself.

He also shares how his journey relates to the wind element using kōrero related to Ururangi, which is one of the 9 stars of the Matariki cluster that is linked to the winds as well as pūrakau of Tawhirimatea, who is the god of all winds.

Brad Kora is part of L.A.B which is one of the biggest bands in Aotearoa that has been creating the most enjoyable music over the recent years. He has a depth of experience of over 20 years in the music industry as he was also part of Kora when they stormed on the scene in the early 2000's.
