In this episode I sat down with Hapana's CEO & Founder, Jarron Aizen. Hapana has been on a run recently, with a recent $17m raise boosting their ability to offer their comprehensive gym management platform to global franchises.
We talk about humble beginnings and the crucial pivot that has led them to become the powerhouse Hapana is today. We discuss the challenges of offering a global product to their customers that operate on many different levels (global HQs, country master franchisors, franchisee groups, locations, etc.) especially in the context of running payments.
