As the Marketing Manager for two of the largest players in the NZ Equine feed industry, Dunstan and Fiber Fresh, Paxton has managed to combine her passion for horses with her profession. A super competitive show jumper herself, she literally lives and breathes horses from dawn until dusk.
If all that isn't enough to keep her on her toes, she's also a member on a number of voluntary boards, helping to keep both the sporthorse and racehorse industries progressing forward.
We're honestly really inspired to be working alongside Paxton, and I was stoked to chat with her on all things marketing and equine in Episode 7 of the podcast. -
As an Olympic silver medalist and a 3x World Champion in the sport of BMX, Sarah Walker knows a thing or two about success. She's obviously pretty good at her sport, but what a lot of people don't know is that's she's also an epic business woman, brand builder, and house builder as well - all contributing to that success.
This chat looks at the business behind being an athlete. From the importance of knowing your brand, forging strong partnerships and financing the dream, to setting goals, believing in yourself, and facing fear and failure.
I loved jamming with Sarah on her journey, and came away inspired to push my limits in both business and life! -

In three short years, Debs has changed her entire life and built an epic business in StokedNZ. She's learned, implemented and grown at a seriously rapid rate, all while staying her humble and hilarious self. This episode has too many golden nuggets of wisdom for me to be able to name. We yarned and laughed about a tonne while Debs shared her wisdom on building a business and life she loves, her love for data and resulting knack for marketing, and the tonne of lessons she's learned along the way. She's a bit of a guru, and not to mention an all-round legend, we had a great time recording this and I'm 99% sure you're going to love it (1% just accounting for a weird anomaly).
