There’s no slowing down for the travelling world golf circus after one of the most enthralling finishes of the year at The Players in Florida. The PGA Tour moves just down the road to Innisbrook’s Copperhead course and the Valspar Championship while the DP World Tour is in Singapore for the Porsche Singapore Classic. There’s one tournament that will dwarf all others this week and that’s the PGA Tour’s flagship event, The PLAYERS at TPC Sawgrass in Florida. It’s the 50th staging of the event and while several of the game’s biggest names won’t be in attendance those that are will no doubt put on a great show. While that’s going on in the U.S the final event of the Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia season plays out at The National Golf Club in Victoria with six players still a mathematical chance to play their way to the DP World Tour. And finally, the Asian Tour stages another of its International Series events, this time in the casino city of Macau.
