I've been a member of the Honourable Company of Cancer Patients for over five years now and, amazingly, I'm still alive, and against the odds. I have a blood cancer, Multiple Myeloma, and I didn't expect to live this long.
I waded through the tough grind of chemotherapy and dealing with physical disablement. I went down, nearly fell through the cracks, and found myself emerging from a dark tunnel around three years ago.
I found myself starting a new life - well, kind of. I have no idea how long I am to live - it could be next month or five years. But I found a reason to be alive.
This is for cancer patients and people with serious or terminal illnesses. It's not about the medical stuff: it's about the experience of cancer and what it can do to us. Deep in our soul.
This is my fiftieth podcast from the far beyond. The rest are on Spotify or on my site at www.palden.co.uk/podcasts.html - I'm leaving some (I hope) interesting thoughts before I go back to the stars.
Love, Palden

This is part two of the sixth Aha Class, held in Penzance in February 2025. It's all about what happens after you die, and how this reflects on our lives now.
Life takes on a very different hue when we're leaving it. First we go to the 'holding bay' where we detox, decompress and defragment after an intense life on Earth. When we've sufficiently got over all that, we're ready to progress through the 'pearly gates' into a completely different world. That's what this talk is all about.
With love, Palden.

This is part one of the sixth Aha Class, held in Penzance, Cornwall in February 2025. And it's all about dying.
We get born and then we get dead. Things happen in between that we call 'life'. Seen from the viewpoint of the Other Side, our lives are short, rather like a dream, and what happens during our lives takes on a very different hue and meaning when seen from there. After all, we were just visiting Earth.
Part Two of this talk follows. With love, Palden.

A History of West Penwith's Prehistory
Part Four: The Iron Age in West Penwith, Cornwall
Following the megalithic period, things changed in Britain and, eventually, the Iron Age, a new culture, came along. This is the story of the way the Celtic period unfolded in West Penwith, Cornwall, finishing with a brief history of medieval times in Cornwall.
Fourth in a series about Penwith's prehistory (a short audiobook).
-
A History of West Penwith's Prehistory

Third in a series about Penwith's prehistory (a small audiobook).
-
A History of West Penwith's Prehistory
Part Two: The Neolithic in West Penwith, Cornwall

There are plenty of interesting geomantic snippets in this talk, though it's mainly a proposal for a longterm research project into the subtle-energy patterns and behaviours of ancient sites in West Penwith in Cornwall.
Penwith is dense with ancient sites and it's a nice potted area for research like this - and there are quite a few prehistory maniacs living here, to do such work.
Though this is primarily addressed to people in Penwith, this proposed project could be of interest to people elsewhere. I hope it sparks some thoughts and initiatives in the coming time.
If we're working with subtle earth energies, we need to get to know how they work, by systematically studying the way they actually operate - and from a psychic-intuitive, geomantic viewpoint.
I'm happy with this talk, and I hope you enjoy it.
Love, Palden.

The Shining Land and how and why it shines. Belerion is the ancient name of West Penwith in Cornwall. In Penwith we have more ancient sites per square mile than anywhere in Europe.
This is the first part of a talk given at the Aha Class with Palden, on 18th December 2024 in Penzance, Cornwall.
I propose that the whole of West Penwith is one big ancient site (an enormous cliff sanctuary). Why did ancient Penwithians bother to build so many quoits, stone circles and cairns? What was their thinking and what were they seeking to achieve?
In this hour-long talk I go into the sacred technology of Neolithic and Bronze Age Penwithians, and what drove them to build ancient sites.

A few things I learned from the Council of Nine.
This is about extraterrestrial civilisations and their relations with planet Earth, and what we on Earth need to do, as a planetary race, to prepare ourselves for meeting up with them, sometime in the future.
That's the first half, and in the second half we look into some interesting questions about ancient sites, collective resonance, our soul-roots in other worlds and... dragonflies.

I have had various kinds of contact with ETs over time, and they're part of my spiritual genetics.
I had a close encounter at age 22 in Wales, followed by a series of metaphysical experiences, and in the 1990s-2000s I was deeply involved in crop circle research. In 1992 I wrote a book on behalf of some non-earthly cosmic beings, the Council of Nine.
I share a fascinating overview of the ET situation, on why we're all here, what Planet Earth is here for, and how none of us started our soul-journey here on Earth.

Power Points in Time goes into peak periods and times of amplified, pattern-setting possibility - and some of the astrology that's involved in identifying such times.
This is about solstices, equinoxes and cross-quarters, cycles of the Moon and line-ups of planets. The ancients made use of both temporal and spatial power points to raise their magical-spiritual game, increasing the possibility of changing the way that life and nature operate through innerwork with the fundamental forces of life, spirit and nature.

Part One of an Aha Class on Time: Peak Periods and Cosmic Rumblings.
This is about being born, dying and going through life, and the predicament of living on an intensely gravitational, dense world, yet one with a remarkable range of experiential possibilities available for human evolution.
It's about the Tibetan bardos - waking life, dreaming, altered states, being born, dying and the after-death state - and the passage of the soul through different kinds of experience. These are very different kinds of experience, yet it is the same soul that experiences them.
However, since accelerating our evolution involves a choice of the soul and a turning in the deepest seat of consciousness, only some of us choose it.

Part Two of Two.
A personal talk about the deeper, wider stuff around activism, creativity, working for justice, changing society, planetary healing, resolution and nudging things along, in any and all of the spheres of activity we might choose to work in, local or global.
Observations and anecdotes about playing our part in change and the unfolding of history. It's about us, the helpers, the people seeking to do something to benefit the wider whole.
It's about real-life questions concerning personal risk, life-purpose, commitment, psycho-emotional issues, burn-out, energy-management, holding true to your beliefs, and tricks for getting through. And what is this all for? What is our true aim? What constitutes success? How's about when it all goes wrong or takes far too long?
I have done decades of work in community and social activism, planetary consciousness work and working in conflict zones, with feet in the lifestyle, political, green and spiritual camps.
This is about helping the world as part of our spiritual path, fulfilling the Great Work - and the toughest part, making it a life's work and staying with it over time.

...and why ETs have spindly legs.
A wide-ranging talk by Palden in Glastonbury in early September 2024, with the Inner Light Community.
It's all about consciousness and levels of reality. Palden speaks about ancient sites, the awareness power of groups of people, close encounters, altered states, consciousness engineering, crop formations, otherworld beings, cancer, dying and a few anecdotes from his life.
A thoughtful journey through the alternative realms of reality.

The Vine of Death | Part Two
At the Ayahuasca ceremony, the Grandmother came to me, or I went to her, and I surfed a rather big, surging wave.
Ayahuasca, an Amazonian tree-vine, is called the Vine of Death because, while you don't actually die, what happens resembles the experience of dying and it's good practice for it. For me, as a cancer patient, that journey is not far away. I definitely got some practice.
The Grandmother is the spirit or goddess of ayahuasca, to whom we are challenged to yield, to receive her teaching and blessing. I met her, and she treated me gently, then to give me a big shake-up.
Four men from three countries, plus a magic cat, travelled a light-year or two in the otherworld and returned, and this is part two of the story as seen through my eyes.
This is a very personal story, with some tears and chuckles thrown in. It's probably best to listen to part one first.

Well, it's not that bad, but there's meaning in the name. I've just been to an Ayahuasca ceremony, to seek some truth and resolution, and the Grandmother came to me, or I went to her, and I surfed a rather big, surging wave.
Ayahuasca, an Amazonian tree-vine, is called the Vine of Death because, while you don't actually die, what happens resembles the experience of dying and it's good practice for it. This, of course, is rather useful to me because, as a cancer patient, that journey is not far away. I got some practice.
The Grandmother is the spirit or goddess of ayahuasca, to whom we are challenged to yield, to receive her teaching and blessing. I met her - we all did - and she treated me gently, then to give me a shake-up.
The journey was very much about resolving and re-weaving some key threads in my life, shedding some baggage and opening to the future. Yes, a person at the end of their life does have a future - in a way, quite a big one.
Four men from three countries, plus a magic cat, travelled a light-year or two in the otherworld and returned, and this is the story as seen through my eyes.
It's in two parts, covering the first and second days of the ceremony. This is a very personal story, with some tears and chuckles thrown in.
Those of you who know me or have been following me, or who have been listening to or reading my cancer story, Blessings that Bones Bring, might find this interesting. If you're new to my blogs and podcasts, I have no idea what you'll think of this one, though I hope you enjoy the ride!
This is part one, and part two follows soon. 33 minutes.

Down here in Penwith we get a lot of wind - we're stuck out in the ocean and it loves blowing us away with its power and glory. It's one of those things that happen in parts of Planet Earth. And that's what this is about. Conditions on Earth as seen from the outside.
In coming months I'll tell you more about things I learned from the Council of Nine - this is the first of a few. What they taught was so multi-dimensional that it's difficult to cover it all briefly. In this podcast I present one aspect of it, for your consideration.
It's all about how our planet was set up and the larger picture on our current global situation, which is the consequence of the application throughout history of human free will. People might legitimately ask, 'How can the Universe be benign, and how can God be Love when we see things like Gaza happening?', but there is a simple answer.
It is a product of human free will. And collectively as a planetary race we need to apply our free will to deconstruct such tragedies and make them obsolete.
Recorded in May 2024, down in the bluebell woods below our farm. The wind sounds like a powerful gale, but actually it was simply a brisk Cornish ocean breeze rattling in the leaves of the trees. 37 mins long.
With love, Palden.

Recorded at an Iron Age Courtyard House up the hill on our farm.
It's all about life in the Iron Age in Cornwall, 2,000 years ago. This was the Celtic period - though the Celts were a culture, not one people. In West Cornwall many of them were descendant of the people of the Bronze Age.
This is about life and reality systems in our time, in the Iron Age, and also in the Bronze Age and the Neolithic - how people saw life and the world in each of these times, and what we can learn from it now.
30 Mins. With love from Cornwall. Palden.
