This week's episode is particularly close to home for Dylan because his guest, Luis Lalanda, is a school teacher who taught Dylan’s daughter. Luis is also the president of Caldas Rugby Club, where his son plays, and Dylan is one of their coaches. Luis, who is also an avid kitesurfer and saltwater addict, talks to Dylan about the club's history, its diverse community of both foreigners and Portuguese, and what makes the Silver Coast of Portugal so special.

Our latest guest Fred Young is originally from the UK, is a retired engineer a grandfather to five. In 2015, Fred had a heart attack while on holiday and it was then that he decided to make a change. It was then that he decided to retire and move to Portugal where he has been living happily ever since with his wife.
