You know what I'm talking about. Pouring our energy into relationships or situations where the care and effort aren't reciprocated.
First, let's acknowledge that it's natural to want to be liked and to make people happy. It shows you have a big heart.
But here's the thing: there's a fine line between caring and overextending yourself for those who barely acknowledge your efforts. Think about it.
