    The Mirage of Modern Economics

    Kurt Wallace sat down with Chris Rossini, co-host of the Ron Paul Liberty Report and a voice from the Rand Paul Institute, to unravel the tangled mess of America’s economic landscape. What emerged was a stark contrast between the principles of Austrian economics—rooted in individual liberty and free markets—and the corporatist, state-controlled reality we live in today. The discussion peels back layers of misunderstanding about capitalism, government intervention, and the elusive pursuit of human freedom.

    Austrian Economics vs. the Statist Quagmire

    Rossini wasted no time setting the stage. “Real economics,” he argued, “is free market, private property economics,” a philosophy crystallized by the Austrian school—not because it’s exclusive to Austria, but because its foundational thinkers, like Ludwig von Mises and Friedrich Hayek, hailed from there. This stands in opposition to the centralized planning championed by Keynesians, monetarists, and the Chicago school, who cling to mathematical models and the illusion that a handful of bureaucrats can steer an economy.

    “Mathematics isn’t the problem,” Rossini clarified. “It’s the distortion—the false sense that central planners can control something as complex as human action.”

    Austrian economics, by contrast, focuses on the individual—unpredictable, speculative, and free. Entrepreneurs guess what people want, take risks, and sometimes fail. That’s the market at work. Compare that to the “statist economics” Rossini decries, where government officials in “marble palaces” pull levers—raising minimum wages or tweaking GDP—only to pile problems atop problems.

    The United States, Rossini contends, is nowhere near this free-market ideal.

    “The government is involved in everything, every single industry, almost every product, the government is there somehow dictating”

    Yet, the market’s resilience shines through. “It’s a miracle things still function,” he marveled, crediting the market’s inherent power to adapt despite suffocating interference.

    Corporatism, Not Capitalism

    Wallace pressed Rossini on the state of the U.S. economy, asking whether we’re truly capitalist, state corporatist, or Keynesian. Rossini’s answer was unequivocal:

    “We live in a corporatist society.” Forget the muddy label of “capitalism”—what we have is a cozy alliance between big government and crony corporations, stitched together by the Federal Reserve’s monetary system. “That’s the lifeblood, the beating heart of the corporatist state,” - Rossini

    The COVID-19 era exemplified this, with major corporations lockstep with government edicts—often proven wrong—while small businesses, like your local pizza shop, were left to fend for themselves. This isn’t new, Rossini noted, tracing it back to early 20th-century models like Mussolini’s Italy, where state and corporate interests fused. “We don’t have the ideologies of Hitler or Mussolini,” he added, “but economically speaking, it’s the same thing.”

    When downturns hit, the refrain is predictable: “Too much freedom!” Rossini scoffed at the notion. “We don’t have anything close to that.” Instead, government doubles down, entrenching itself further—ironically worsening the messes it created.

    Dispelling the Myth

    How do you break through the myth that America is a capitalist beacon? Wallace referenced the Communist Manifesto’s fifth plank—a strong central bank—and tied it to the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment, which birthed income tax and centralized monetary control. Rossini pointed to history: America’s founding was “radically decentralized,” with states fiercely guarding their autonomy. Post-Civil War, that shifted. “Slavery was gone, but now everybody obeys D.C.,” he said. The result? A homogenized, corporatist sprawl where local flavor is drowned by federal overreach.

    To explain this simply, Rossini emphasized freedom’s essence:

    “It's best to have people make their own decisions as to what they want to buy, where they want to work.”

    Government’s role? Punish violence, force, and fraud—then step aside. Today’s reality is the opposite, with the Fed’s counterfeit dollars fueling a system that prioritizes the connected few over the many.

    The Fed’s Inflationary Scam

    The Fed’s toolkit—printing money and fiddling with interest rates—devalues existing dollars, a hidden tax Ron Paul calls “egregious.” Using a Mickey Mantle rookie card analogy, Rossini illustrated: flood the market with a million more, and its value plummets. “That’s what happens when they counterfeit dollars,” he said. “Eggs are $10 because the money’s worth less—not because hens got greedy.”

    Rossini echoed Senator Rand Paul’s quip:

    “you can't borrow your way out of debt and you can't print your way out of prosperity.” - Rand Paul

    Who benefits? The first recipients—banks, corporations, government cronies—spend the fresh cash before prices spike. The rest of us watch our purchasing power erode. “It’s fraud,” Rossini declared, “unconstitutional counterfeiting,” though the government shrugs off such constraints.

    Tariffs and Trump’s Gambles

    Wallace pivoted to Trump’s policies, notably tariffs and the speculative “gold card” immigration fee. Rossini was skeptical of tariffs, citing historical disasters like the Morrill Tariff (sparking the Civil War) and Smoot-Hawley (deepening the Great Depression). “Egos get involved,” he warned. “Trump says 25%, they retaliate, and it snowballs.” A better fix? Slash bureaucracy to lure businesses naturally—no trade wars needed.

    The $5 million gold card idea—where immigrants or sponsoring firms pay to enter—drew a cautious nod. “Economically, it makes sense,” Rossini said. “If Apple thinks someone’s worth $5 million, they’re not a criminal.” A million such fees could net $5 trillion toward the debt. Still, he stressed citizenship’s deeper value—pride and assimilation—beyond mere economics.

    Doge: A Flicker of Hope?

    The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a Trump-era initiative, aims to cut waste. Rossini praised its intent but doubted its impact if Congress keeps spending.

    “Republicans are thumbing their noses at DOGE”

    he said, citing a House bill bloated with deficits. Joni Ernst cheers empty buildings getting axed yet voted for $95 billion abroad. “We’ll know DOGE works when both parties are furious,” he quipped. So far, it’s just Democrats feeling the heat.

    Empire’s Hidden Cost

    Rossini’s sharpest critique targeted America’s global footprint: nearly 1,000 military bases across 70 countries. “Nobody else does this,” he said. “China has one.” The trillion-dollar “defense” budget props up an empire, not safety. Why? Maybe to enforce the dollar’s reserve status—Gaddafi and Saddam learned the hard way after bucking it.

    “Close the bases,” Rossini urged. “Bring the troops home. That’s America first.”

    Sound Money: The Ultimate Fix

    Echoing Ron Paul, Rossini championed honest money—market-set interest rates and prices, not Fed dictates. Competing currencies, gold, or even crypto could counter the Fed’s monopoly, which “always fails the consumer.” But the will isn’t there. “They need the printing press,” he said of the elite. Public ignorance compounds the challenge, though Ron Paul’s decades-long crusade has sparked awareness.

    “Honest money is the foundation of a free society,” Wallace concluded. “We’ve got a corrupt one now.”

    A Call to Clarity

    Rossini’s conversation with Wallace was a clarion call: America’s woes stem not from too much freedom but too little. Corporatism, inflation, and empire drain us, while solutions—deregulation, decentralization, sound money—linger out of reach.     The war on drugs has raged for nearly a century, leaving devastation in its wake—broken lives, fractured families, and destabilized nations. In a compelling interview on Rand Paul Review, host Kurt Wallace sat down with Martha Bueno—a vocal critic of this failed policy and a key figure in the successful Free Ross movement—to unpack why full legalization of all drugs is not just a libertarian ideal, but a practical necessity. Drawing from personal experience, economic reasoning, and global examples like Portugal, Bueno argues that treating addiction as a health issue and embracing a legal market could end the chaos of prohibition. The evidence is clear: the current approach is unsustainable, and legalization offers a saner, more humane path forward.

    A Century of Insanity

    Martha Bueno doesn’t hold back when she labels the war on drugs “exactly that definition of insanity.” Speaking to Wallace, she said,

    “We have been trying the same war for almost 100 years, definitely past 50, hardcore at least over 50. And it only gets worse, and we’re not getting any better, and it’s never going to get better.” - Bueno

    This echoes sentiments from former presidential candidate Ron Paul, who famously argued that drug legalization is an exercise of liberty, challenging a conservative crowd with, “If we legalize heroin tomorrow, everybody’s going to use heroin?”—a point met with unexpected applause in South Carolina. The numbers bear this out: despite spending over $1 trillion since the 1970s, the U.S. saw a record 107,941 overdose deaths in 2022, driven largely by fentanyl from the black market, according to the CDC. Nearly 500,000 Americans are incarcerated for drug offenses, yet the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) notes that illicit drugs remain widely available. Wallace framed it succinctly:

    “Prohibition didn’t work with alcohol, it hasn’t worked with drugs, and it never will.” - Wallace

    The economic cost is staggering too. The Drug Policy Alliance estimates the U.S. spends $47 billion annually on drug enforcement, yet the illicit drug trade thrives, valued at $150 billion domestically. Bueno’s point is sharp: locking people up doesn’t curb supply or solve addiction—it’s a policy that defies both reason and evidence.

    Addiction as a Health Crisis, Not a Crime

    At the heart of Bueno’s argument is a reframing of addiction. “It taught me that anybody can be an addict,” she told Wallace, reflecting on a family member’s 20-year struggle with meth.

    “They’re not a drug addict because they want to hurt people. They may be a drug addict because they were hurt themselves or because of the addiction being too strong.” - Bueno

    Science backs this up: NIDA classifies addiction as a chronic brain disease, not a moral failing, with 40-60% of susceptibility tied to genetics. Yet the U.S. response is punitive, not therapeutic.

    “Then the government’s like, you know what, we’re going to throw you in a cage and give you a criminal record,” Bueno said. “You complete your time in jail. Your children are without a mother or father

You are now a second-class citizen.” A 2021 study from the Prison Policy Initiative found that 70% of drug offenders struggle to find employment post-release due to felony records, perpetuating poverty and relapse. Wallace highlighted the contrast: “We have AA for alcohol addiction
 but when it’s drugs, not so much.” This double standard—compassion for one, cages for the other—underscores the system’s failure to address addiction’s root causes.

    Portugal’s Proof: Health Over Handcuffs

    Portugal offers a real-world counterpoint. In 2001, it decriminalized all drugs, redirecting funds from incarceration to treatment and harm reduction. The results? Per the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), overdose deaths dropped from 80 in 2001 to 30 in 2019, and drug-related HIV infections fell 95%. Drug use rates didn’t spike—about 1% of Portuguese adults use heroin, comparable to U.S. rates—proving legalization doesn’t mean chaos. Wallace pressed Bueno on this: “What does it look like if we end the war on drugs?” She advocated beyond decriminalization to full legalization, arguing it’s the only way to dismantle the black market entirely.

    The Economic Case for Legalization

    Economically, prohibition is a losing bet, and Bueno’s free market vision offers a stark contrast. “If we incentivize, you know, this black market, then there’s going to be more,” she told Wallace, explaining the “iron law of prohibition”: “In order to move drugs across borders
 it’ll just keep getting stronger and stronger.” During alcohol prohibition, beer gave way to moonshine; today, cannabis yields to fentanyl-laced heroin. A free market approach, she argued, would let adults buy safe, regulated drugs at pharmacies, slashing the $150 billion illicit trade that fuels cartels. A 2020 Cato Institute report backs this up, estimating a legal U.S. drug market could generate $50 billion in annual tax revenue while cutting the $47 billion enforcement tab. Regulated production—think pharmaceutical-grade cocaine from Colombia—would ensure purity, reducing overdose deaths (70% of which involve fentanyl, per the CDC).

    Wallace probed further: “Would you put an emphasis more on [legalization] versus decriminalization?” Bueno’s response was nuanced:

    “If it’s decriminalized, you can possess the drug and not go to jail, but you can’t manufacture and sell it. Ergo, you still have the problem.” - Bueno

    Oregon’s decriminalization faltered without a legal supply chain, she noted, leaving users reliant on dangerous street drugs. Florida’s experience, however, illustrates government’s bungling even with partial legalization. “We see, first of all, it’s just more expensive here in Florida,” Bueno said. “You need a medical card. So you need to spend $75 to the state and two doctor visits, averaging $200 a piece. So you’re $500 deep before you get any cannabis.” Licenses to grow marijuana cost upwards of $25 million, locking out small farmers like Bueno, a fifth-generation farmer herself, who tried and failed to enter the market. “There’s no way for somebody that doesn’t have mega millions to get into this,” she lamented. This cronyist system—favoring big players over free competition—keeps prices high and the black market alive, proving government regulation stifles the very market forces that could solve the problem.

    A true free market, Bueno suggested, would ditch such barriers, letting anyone grow and sell, driving down costs, and funding addiction treatment through taxes—turning a shadow economy into a public asset.

    Government-Created Racism, Families, and Militarized Enforcement

    The war on drugs isn’t just ineffective—it’s a government-engineered tool of racial oppression, Bueno argued. She pointed to its origins, noting how “marijuana” was a term crafted by the state to stigmatize Hispanic communities as drug users. “Every basis of our drug war is based on racism of some kind,” she told Wallace, highlighting how government policies have disproportionately targeted minorities. The Sentencing Project reveals Black Americans are six times more likely to be incarcerated for drug offenses than white Americans, despite similar usage rates—a disparity fueled by federal and state enforcement, not inherent criminality.

    “There’s a crisis amongst people of color with a lack of father figures in the home,” Bueno said. “A lot of that can be attributed to males being locked up in prisons.”

    This isn’t societal failure; it’s government-created racism tearing families apart.

 You either accept the cartel to protect you or you don’t, and then you’re at risk.” The result? Violence and exodus—Mexico’s 2024 election saw 36 candidates murdered. Legalization could let these farmers export legally, stabilizing regions and reducing border pressures, a point Ron Paul’s heroin question indirectly supports by questioning the need for such heavy-handed control.

    Freedom and a Way Forward

    Ending the war means “drugs are completely legal,” Bueno envisions. “Every adult 21 and over should be able to go into their pharmacy and say, ‘I want X, Y, and Z product.’” Wallace asked about consequences: chaos? “There’ll be a lot of people that are going to start trying drugs
 but a lot of people would never touch it,” she replied. “It looks like freedom.” Portugal’s success suggests she’s right—access doesn’t equal abuse.

    The current system—a $47 billion drain, a half-million incarcerated, and a death toll rivaling wars—is the real madness. Legalization, treating addiction as a health issue with 20% of substance users needing treatment (per SAMHSA), and harnessing market forces could save lives and billions.     “The U.S. involvement in Ukraine goes back to 2004 and the Orange Revolution,” he said, spotlighting figures like Victoria Nuland, whose career spans from Dick Cheney’s team to Obama’s administration, embodying the “seamless” transition of interventionists across party lines. The 2004 coup, followed by the 2014 Maidan revolution—“she admits her guilt, essentially, on the intercepted phone call,” McAdams noted of Nuland’s infamous exchange with Ambassador Pyatt—illustrates a pattern of regime change that’s left Ukraine a battleground of chaos.

    This analysis aligns with libertarian skepticism of state overreach, but let’s expand the context. The neocons’ vision, traceable to the post-Cold War triumphalism of the 1990s, aimed to encircle Russia with NATO allies, a strategy crystallized in the 1997 expansion eastward. Russia’s 2022 invasion, while indefensible to some, was preceded by years of ignored grievances—think Minsk agreements flouted and NATO’s creep to Russia’s doorstep, which Trump captured with his blunt exertion, “They expanded NATO right up to his doorstep. Who wants that?” McAdams sees this as less a defense of Putin than a diagnosis: “You have to get the history right
 like a doctor.”

    Today, Russia’s resilience—its GDP outpacing Europe’s despite sanctions, its military rebounding—challenges the interventionist playbook. McAdams warns that Trump’s hinted economic levers, like tariffs, won’t bend Moscow: “Russia is probably the most sanctioned country in the world right now
 It won’t work.” This suggests a global shift: as BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) deepen ties, the U.S.’s unipolar grip weakens, fueling a liberty-minded pushback against meddling empires. The fight here isn’t just Ukraine’s—it’s about sovereignty versus puppeteering.

    Gaza: Property Rights vs. Imperial Daydreams

    Trump’s floated idea of transforming Gaza into an international hub drew a sharp rebuke from McAdams: “You can’t get a title of this because it’s not your land.” This cuts to the libertarian core—property rights are sacred, and any state-led grab reeks of aggression. He ties Israel’s actions—“abominable,” he calls them—to U.S. enabling: “We gave them all the money, we gave them all the weapons, and Joe Biden turned the other way.” This moral hazard, where American support emboldens risky moves, has turned Gaza into a humanitarian disaster.

    Let’s unpack this further. Israel’s campaign, intensified since October 7, 2023, has destroyed much of Gaza, displacing nearly two million people. Trump’s proposal, echoed by Jared Kushner’s earlier musings about “nice beachfront property,” imagines a redevelopment that sidesteps the messy reality of ownership and consent. McAdams predicts failure: “You can’t ethnically cleanse two million people
 The resistance will continue.” History backs him—think of the Palestinian intifadas or even colonial land grabs that birthed endless insurgencies. The 1948 Nakba, when 700,000 Palestinians were uprooted, still fuels resistance; a 2025 repeat would only radicalize a new generation.

    Globally, this resonates as a test of self-determination. If the U.S. or Israel impose a top-down “solution,” they risk not just local backlash but a broader rejection of Western overreach—much like Ukraine’s ripple effects. McAdams’ critique of U.S. policy as a disservice to Israel—“Everyone in the entire region hates their guts”—hints at a liberty paradox: true security comes from negotiation, not domination. The fight for Gaza’s people is a microcosm of a world tiring of imposed masters.

    Europe: Speech Crackdowns Signal a Cultural Reckoning

    Europe’s tightening noose on free expression—epitomized by the UK’s Online Safety Act and Germany’s hate speech laws—drew McAdams’ alarm: “They used the virus as an excuse to crack down viciously
 The mechanism for oppression still remains.” He pegs this to COVID’s authoritarian hangover, when governments relished control. For us libertarians, this is a direct affront to the marketplace of ideas, where speech, however offensive, must flow freely.

    The UK’s 2023 law mandates platforms to remove “harmful” content, a vague term ripe for abuse, while Germany’s NetzDG fines companies for tardy takedowns of “hate.” Post-COVID, these measures have targeted dissent—anti-lockdown voices in 2020, anti-immigration views today. McAdams sees economic fallout: “It lessens people’s ability
 they have to be cautious.” Stifled discourse could drive innovation underground, a “black market of social media platforms.” Europe’s tech lag—lacking a Silicon Valley—might worsen if firms flee such regimes.

    “You’re seeing a backlash,” McAdams noted, citing the AfD’s rise in Germany, Marine Le Pen’s traction in France, and Viktor Orban’s defiance in Hungary. Orban, whom McAdams admires—“through the force of his own will and the content of his character”—has turned a small nation into a symbol of resistance. This mirrors the U.S., where Elon Musk’s X exposed government censorship, a “world-changing event” per McAdams. Europe’s unpopular elites, like the unelected Ursula von der Leyen—“Nobody voted for you,” he echoed India’s Ashankar—face a reckoning. The liberty fight here is about reclaiming voice from the state’s muzzle, a trend that could inspire America’s own vigilance.

    Liberty’s Global Test

    These threads—Ukraine’s sovereignty, Gaza’s property, Europe’s speech—interweave into a tapestry of resistance against statism. McAdams sees Trump as a double-edged sword: his “neo-colonial” impulses (Greenland, Canada, Gaza) clash with libertarian ideals, yet his defiance of elites—“classic Trump
 a master troll”—energizes the disaffected. “The average American doesn’t want to pay $10 for eggs,” he said, nodding to domestic priorities over imperial adventures.

    The 2020s have seen a populist wave—Brexit, Trump’s 2016 win, now Europe’s rightward shift—fueled by distrust in unaccountable power. Ron Paul’s prescience, once mocked, now shapes GOP rhetoric, as McAdams observed: “Everything that he said has been embraced.” This isn’t just politics; it’s a cultural pivot toward self-rule. Ukraine’s war tests intervention’s limits, Gaza’s fate probes property’s sanctity, and Europe’s censorship battles define liberty’s frontier.   • President Trump isn't just a game changer. He’s a world force.

    So far in Trump’s infant 2nd term as POTUS, he’s made moves to reclaim the Panama Canal, take ownership of the Gaza Strip, and purchase Greenland from Denmark.

    Trump also has America’s immediate neighbors in his sights. He renamed the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America and has made overtures that Canada should become the 51st state of the U.S.

    In the latest episode of the Kurt Wallace podcast for the Rand Paul Review–Kyle Kemper, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s half-brother–says plenty of Canadians are on board with the idea of becoming a U.S. state.

    “So, you know, it was Trump,” Kemper told Wallace. “You know, he's something else. And for him to come out with this 51st state talk, it's like, you know, a lot of people in Canada are like, dude, let's go.”

    “Like, there's a lot of people that are like, yes, like, I would love that,” Kemper continued. “Oh, yeah. There's a lot of people. There are a lot of people who recognize that the Canadian government doesn't represent the people in any way, shape, or form. It does not represent.”

    That’s the same way conservatives–i.e., sane–Americans felt under the Biden administration when they were targeted as the enemy of the state.

    Just ask the J6 political prisoners, Traditional Catholics targeted by the FBI, the pro-lifers imprisoned for praying, and the people who lost their jobs because they refused to take the COVID-19 shot.

    Canadian conservatives, too, felt the Wrath of the Woke when Justin Trudeau ordered participants in the “Freedom Convoy” trucker protest to be fined, jailed, and harassed.

    American and Canadian conservatives have a lot in common, but they are not the same. Maybe what Canada needs more than being the U.S. is a common sense prime minister instead of a Woke wing nut.

    Kemper sees that happening.

    “By the time Pierre (Poilievre) comes into office, and I think he’s not just going to win, but he’s going to win by an unbelievable mandate the likes of which has never been seen by a Conservative government,” Kemper told the Toronto Sun.

    By that time, the Trump agenda should be firmly rooted and be in position to help deal with the “the mess Pierre is inheriting.”

    “There is a moment in time now to rethink a lot of the systems,” Kemper said. “We are going to be seeing major system updates in America and Canada.”

    Not a moment too soon.

    Who Is Kyle Kemper?

    The son of Margaret Trudeau, the 41-year-old Kemper worked on the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. independent presidential campaign. He then moved to supporting Trump.

    He’s a cryptocurrency/tech enthusiast who sees a bright future for the U.S. and Canada.

    Kemper believes Trump, Kash Patel, Elon Musk, J.D. Vance, Tulsi Gabbard, and RFK Jr.– among others–will change America for the better.

    He also believes Canada could be great again as it moves away from the WokeTrudeau regime.

    Kemper sees the overwhelming governmental authority in Canada and the “taxation” that eats away at “85% of what people” earn driving people into the dirt or out of the country.

    The idea of Canada joining the United States is a long shot. That doesn’t mean it should be dismissed out of hand. Donald Trump is a pro at making long shots.

    A Canadian Declaration of Independence?

    The people of Canada would have to undergo a revolution to become part of the United States.

    “What would it take for that, though?” Wallace asked Kemper. “Isn't it [Canada] an extension of England still under the Queen?”

    “It requires a declaration of independence, to be honest,” Kemper replied.

    “It would be a revolution,” Wallace returned.

    “It requires a declaration of independence,” Kemper continued. “It probably requires a national referendum executed by we the people and not by we the government because the government will never investigate itself properly or remove itself from power.”

    Just like the Brits weren’t going to just hand over the U.S. before the Revolutionary War. Maybe the Canadians could borrow the U.S. Declaration of Independence. It would suit them.

    When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

    The causes of total government control and out-of-control taxes seem to fit the bill. Remember the Boston Tea Party?

    If the Canucks are going to do it, the time is now.

    “In 2021, over 19.3 million people reported a Christian religion, representing just over half of the Canadian population (53.3%). However, this proportion is down from 67.3% in 2011 and 77.1% in 2001.”

    If the number of Canadians identifying as Christians falls to less than half, the country is doomed. The U.S.–where almost 70% continue to identify as Christians–won't see them as brothers-in-arms but as strangers in a familiar land.

    “So there needs to be like, you know, there needs to be a large scale, you know, movement established,” Kemper said.

    How about the MCGA movement? Make Canada Great Again! It's a revolution without guns. Just look at what’s happening in the U.S.

    Instead of becoming part of the U.S., Canada should position itself to complement the MAGA movement to make North America Great Again.

    Whatever happens, Trump is changing the world map. Canada needs to catch up with the times.

    Trudeau and his Globalism cronies are dead ducks. If Canadians want to fly, they’re going to need a new set of wings. The wings will be made in North America, one way or the other.

    The Trump Effect has rendered a major weapon in the Left’s arsenal impotent.

    The old definitions no longer apply. This has left Deep State bureaucrats and Leftist politicians scrambling for a new identity.

    For decades, the Left has worked hard to scramble traditional definitions so that freedom means licentiousness, and words like “boy” and “girl” can mean anything.

    On the political front, libertarian-leaning Sen. Rand Paul is backing Trump’s nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to head the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

    At first glance, this makes as much sense as a rabbit laying eggs at Easter. The Kennedy family is a Who’s Who of legendary liberals like JFK, RFK, and Ted Kennedy–the opposite of the libertarian call for small government.

    Rand Paul is a big fan of RFK Jr. because RFK Jr. has an open mind that transcends labels. The scientific method requires open minds that can critically assess new information as it comes in.

    This is the opposite of so-called scientists like Fauci who make up their minds before all the facts are in. Paul backs RFK Jr. because he is the opposite of Fauci.

    No matter what you think about RFK Jr., he’s light years ahead of the status quo called the Deep State.

    Liberals believe they know better than the citizens who elected them because, well, the citizens who elected them believe it as well.

    Libertarians, on the other hand, put stock in the individual. This means the government must stay out of the way as much as possible.

    Why would Rand Paul back a lifelong liberal like JFK Jr.?

    One way to boil it down is economics.

    Austrian Economics

    Kurt Wallace recently interviewed libertarian-minded Tom Mullen on the Rand Paul Review podcast.

    Mullen is a writer and podcaster at Tom Mullen Talks Freedom. He knows a lot about economics.

    He also knows a thing or two about RFK Jr. and why some–not all–libertarians back him as head of HHS.

    The interview was wide-ranging, beginning and ending with–at times complex–economics. Suffice it to say that any libertarian worth their salt is an adherent of Austrian Economics.

    Simply put, Austrian Economics is all about how the individual assigns value to goods in the marketplace–not the government and not the means of production. This applies to health as much as it does economics–the individual comes first.

    This flies in the face of the Leftist notion that the government, not the individual, knows what is best.

    The recent resurgence of Austrian Economics is in large part due to the influence of Nobel-winning economist Friedrich August von Hayek and the influential Ludwig von Mises.

    It’s also due to the average American getting sick and tired of a gaggle of incompetent bureaucrats and the politicians in their thrall making stupid decisions and imposing them on the citizens of this country.

    The COVID-19 debacle is a glaring example. Vaccine and mask mandates. Shutting down schools and churches. Forcing people into a crippling isolation that impacted both young and old alike and can be felt to this day.

    In reality, economics, public health, education, religious freedom, and just about everything else are not separate academic disciplines. They are parts of the whole called society.

    Mullen, who has written for the Mises Institute, understands that a government built according to the Constitution would be geared to do nothing else but protect the individual’s inalienable rights–as stated in The Declaration of Independence.

    So, is RFK Jr. a libertarian who values individual rights over government power? Whatever you label him, as head of HHS he will be a big step in the right direction.

    Health and Human Services

    According to the HHS website, “The mission of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is to enhance the health and well-being of all Americans, by providing for effective health and human services and by fostering sound, sustained advances in the sciences underlying medicine, public health, and social services.”

    The way you define “health and well-being,” “effective health” services, and “fostering” the sciences that impact “medicine, public health, and social services” depends on your view of the individual.

    Is the individual equipped to make decisions for themselves, or do they require help from the government when it comes to things like being vaccinated?

    RFK Jr. is against the kind of incompetent government intervention that came with the pandemic.

    “Given the unlikelihood the administrative state will be eliminated anytime soon,” Mullen stated, “libertarian support for Kennedy is certainly pragmatic. It is unlikely anything like what happened in 2020-22 would happen again under his leadership–something Americans of every political persuasion have good reason to worry about.”

    So far, so good.

    “However, much like President Trump on foreign policy, Kennedy could only make marginal improvements to the system,” Mullen continued. “There is no chance of fundamental change because, like Trump, Kennedy believes in the federal leviathan. He just thinks the wrong people have been running it.”

    For Mullen, this means that Trump and Kennedy–though a thousand times better than Biden/Harris and Fauci–are still part of the problem: big government.

    Even if Trump manages to significantly shrink the federal government, it will still be big government and the HHS will still be making decisions that impact the individual.

    There’s no way around it.

    Wallace pointed out in the interview that the federal government is inherently a collective idea necessarily at odds with the individual.

    The Constitution, on the other hand, was designed to protect the individual from the government.

    Quite the paradox. That’s America.

    One thing is indisputable: when the individual is diminished, excellence is lost. The fact that the federal government is the nation's largest employer proves this point.

    In the interview, Wallace talked about an interview with an employee who worked at the CDC for almost 50 years. He asked him about the Ebola virus scare and the fact that it was suddenly not being talked about in the mainstream media in 2013.

    The employee told Wallace that the CDC ran out of PR funding for the virus.

    “This is a guy that worked at the CDC as an epidemiologist,” Wallace said. “He helped eradicate some diseases in Africa. He was a boots on the ground kind of guy.”

    According to the epidemiologist, 1200 people worked at the CDC when he started, and that was too many. At the point of the interview, there were 12,000 CDC employees.

    Enter COVID-19 and you have a proverbial cluster f**k. Excellence goes extinct as mediocrity flourishes.

    The good news is that RFK Jr. values free speech and that means he values the individual, both in voicing their opinions and in being able to make informed decisions by listening to others.

    Trump, too, values the individual. That’s why he is attempting to eradicate DEI and replace it with meritocracy. By the looks of things, he is doing what he can to shrink the federal government.

    Trump’s nomination of RFK Jr. has muddied the ideological waters.

    Everything is in flux because Trump is a change agent. So is RFK Jr. Disruption may be the only way to drain the swamp and tame the federal leviathan.

    Is RFK Jr. a liberal or a libertarian? He’s a disruptor who will help loosen the Deep State’s stranglehold on America.

    Is Cryptocurrency the Road to Economic Freedom?

    Flashforward to 2025: President Trump appointed cryptocurrency champion Paul Atkins to head the Securities and Exchange Commission. Atkins will oversee the agency tasked with regulating financial markets.

    “Paul is a proven leader for common sense regulations. He believes in the promise of robust, innovative capital markets that are responsive to the needs of Investors, & that provide capital to make our Economy the best in the World,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

    “He also recognizes that digital assets & other innovations are crucial to Making America Greater than Ever Before.”

    By “Greater than Ever Before,” Trump may mean more free than ever before. He is not a fan of regulations and cryptocurrency fits that bill. Trump's team may even be converting some of their treasury into Bitcoin.

    Libertarians love freedom. Does Trump have libertarian leanings? Rand Paul does.

    A Free Market Currency?

    Kurt Wallace of the Rand Paul Review discusses the free market solutions that cryptocurrency provides with Anthem Hayek Blanchard of CryptoCurated.

    Blanchard was named after Ayn Rand’s novel Anthem and the free-market economist Friedrich Hayek. Both Ayn Rand and Hayek would have welcomed cryptocurrency because it undermines the corruption inherent in administrative states.

    In the interview, Wallace said, “Tyranny is corruption, the use of force against freedom. It's an obstruction of human interaction and natural rights.”

    Administrative states–take the D.C. Swamp for example–necessarily obstruct human interactions and their natural rights.

    That flies in the face of the Founding Fathers who insisted, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”

    Liberty, by definition, demands unimpeded human interactions so long as they are not trampling on others' rights. Happiness demands the same.

    Cryptocurrency un-obstructs human interactions.

    “I think that's why it's so interesting for people that really love freedom and want to have the most liberty-style world,” Wallace continued. Crypto is “a form of communication.”

    “Anyone that likes free market capitalism may want to consider having a form of exchange, a form of communication, that's totally free and doesn't have the restrictions that a federal reserve system might have.”

    That all sounds good, but what exactly is cryptocurrency? Is it a philosophical concept or an actual asset? As it turns out, it is a bit of both.

    Utopian Pragmatics?

    The interview goes into depth about what crypto is and what it can do. Blanchard characterizes crypto as the great leveler that frees people from the corrupting influences of the administrative state.

    It is a great leveler because technology–the internet–is ubiquitous. Almost everyone in the slums of Mumbai has access to the internet just like tech elites in Seattle. That’s a game-changer.

    Crypto has the capacity to defang the centralized power of bankers and their control of the economic future of individuals. Blanchard says as much in the interview.

    With Trump on the crypto bandwagon, the sea change in the way the world does business might become a tsunami.

    The Future of Crypto

    “Could you give us an analysis of what's happened over the last year, including Trump's shift and his evolution toward cryptocurrency?” Wallace asked Blanchard. “Could you talk about what's going on here and where we're going after the 20th? That's a big question.”

    “My understanding is that cryptocurrency lobbying donations this last election cycle outnumbered all other donations of all commercial industries combined,” Blanchard said. “We're talking defense spending, we're talking pharmaceuticals, we're talking banking.”

    That’s huge. If you still think crypto is a fad, that should convince you otherwise.

    “I think,” Blancard continued, “it's over 270 members of Congress who are now pro-crypto. This is massive.”

    “And it could really be a crazy panacea for a lot of this quote-unquote perceived out-of-control debt, you know, maybe at the very least having a more soft landing or transition as our world is totally digital in terms of the way that we do commerce.”

    A totally digital world. That sounds like either a utopia or a brave new dystopian world. Earlier in the interview, Blancard pointed out, “The problem with the internet is it encourages abuse.”

    Virtual reality and reality are not the same. A “totally digital” world would, by Blancard's logic, continue to encourage abuse. It’s human nature and no amount of virtual reality can change that.

    Maybe that’s why cryptocurrency is still considered risky.

    According to Fidelity, “Crypto as an asset class is highly volatile, can become illiquid at any time, and is for investors with a high-risk tolerance. Crypto may also be more susceptible to market manipulation than securities.”

    Risky or not, First Lady Melania Trump is getting in on the action. She launched her own cryptocurrency just ahead of her husband’s inauguration.

    We live in interesting times.

    “So yeah, it's exciting times,” Blanchard said. “So very, very exciting. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw, you know, taxation changes, you know, during the administration. I wouldn't be surprised. The strategic reserve idea, I wouldn't be surprised if there was something that legally got enacted. I think those are all on the table.”

    It looks like they are on the table and being played and will inevitably be regulated. There’s a thin line between regulation and obstruction of human interaction. It can be so thin as to be invisible.

    The Closing or Opening of the Financial Frontier?

    In 1893, Frederick Jackson Turner presented his thesis, "The Significance of the Frontier in American History" to the American Historical Association.

    "Up to and including 1880 the country had a frontier of settlement, but at present the unsettled area has been so broken into by isolated bodies of settlement that there can hardly be said to be a frontier line," Turner said, quoting the Census of 1890.

    Turner’s point was that it was the frontier that had made the United States unique. Frontier life was tough and the people who dared to live it were forced to become resourceful and self-reliant. They personified the "rugged individualism" which was central to the development of American democracy.

    Cryptocurrency may be the twenty-first century’s frontier that will bring out the best in investors. Maybe. It's hard to tell what will happen on the edge of a frontier.

    No matter what happens, it doesn't look like cryptocurrency is going away. In that sense, it may not be a frontier at all but the new sheriff who comes to tame the corruption inherent in the administrative state.

    Hopefully it won't be a new boss who is just like the old boss.

  • One of the nation’s top constitutional lawyers, Jonathan Emord “FDA Dragon Slayer” and Robert Verkerk, executive director of the Alliance for Natural Health recently joined the Kurt Wallace Show on Rand Paul Review.

    They delved into several important topics including lawsuits filed against the FDA, Rand Paul’s take on healthcare liberty, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s plans to Make America Healthy Again (MAHA).

    Powering the Push for Better Health Outcomes

    To say Americans are unhealthy would be an understatement. Americans have never been fatter, less active or more dependent on Big Pharma medications. ANH representatives, Jonathan Emord and Robert Verkerk are actively pursuing legal actions against the leviathan to coincide with incoming HHS secretary RFK Jr.’s call for widespread health industry reform.

    The “Compassionate Freedom of Choice Act” (H.R. 6342) that Emord wrote on behalf of Ron Paul called for easier access to terminal drugs without going through FDA. The law was originally introduced by Ron Paul then passed on to Rand Paul after failing to pass into legislation.

    Access to Medical Treatment Act

    Sen. Paul’s modification of the legislation inserted language guaranteeing Americans ability to bypass the FDA. The sidestepping of the FDA would ensure the agency could not stand in patients’ way when attempting to access drugs designed for the terminally ill.

    Though most Americans don’t know it, access to drugs when dying of terminal illness is partially blocked in the United States. Emord has aligned with Paul to ensure access to experimental drugs to terminal individuals.

    The ANH is Writing Policy to Improve Americans’ Lives

    The Alliance for Natural Health is pushing to broaden the language with legislation, guaranteeing treatment can be provided to those willing to try experimental drugs still being researched and perfected. The overarching theme of the discussion was getting government out of the way to better the human condition.

    Verkerk noted that 85% of the diseases plaguing Americans are preventable. The hope is that RFK Jr’s leadership will vastly improve the quality of the food we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe.

    “We need a [new] system that is disruptive. The existing system is heading 100 miles per hour toward a brick wall.” – Verkerk

    The Trump administration will push for the development of policies that open up new lines of communication, triggering a shift away from the current “pay to play” setup. However, as Verkerk noted, there is a well-organized effort to block RFK Jr.’s confirmation.

    The FDA is Standing in the Way of Progress

    Emord points out the FDA’s prior restraint on the communication of health information constitutes an egregious violation of the First Amendment. The FDA is required to mandate drug industry licenses, governing the businesses that make the foods and other dietary substances Americans consume.

    In short, statements regarding the effect of marketplace nutrients on disease cannot be made unless approved by the FDA. The end result of the FDA’s shortsightedness is a blocking of hundreds of thousands of solutions fully backed by scientific evidence yet not allowed on the marketplace.

    The ANH is supporting Kennedy to take on the FDA, end censorship, and create health information communication transparency through legal action. The burden of proof is on the federal government to prove supposed false statements about products based on the language of fraud law.

    At the moment, there is an administrative roadblock preventing substances from reaching the market. A petition has been filed to unleash 350 federal government statements linking specific nutrients to disease risk reduction.

    During the podcast they discuss the controversial folic acid neural defect claim. The FDA prevented the use of folic acid when 800 micrograms of the substance used in dietary supplements had the potential to significantly decrease the risk of spinal defects.

    The end result was NTD-related spinal injuries and even some abortions.

    The Feds Want You Dependent on Big Pharma

    The conversation then shifted to the federal government standing in the way of alternative drug combinations to prevent Alzheimer's Disease. It appears that three high-dose vitamin B supplements can decrease the risk of the disease when taken in combination with Omega-3. Yet Big Pharma Alzheimer's drugs are still on the market even though they are ineffective.

    “The drug industry has captured the agency without question. The protectionist regime is robbing us of health substances in the food supply far safer than drugs. It is better to rely on calcium and micronutrients such as boron to ensure bone health and stave off effects of osteoporosis. Yet government has approved phosphorate drugs, putting women on them at young ages relatively speaking, causing bones to become brittle, creating higher likelihood of breakage – bones have mineralization on exterior, increasing the risk of fracture.” – Emord

    The FDA has become a pathetic lapdog for Big Pharma’s largest players. The barrier to market entry is too costly and significant to surmount. As a result, innovation has been stifled.

    The hope is that RFK Jr. will end such protectionism, implementing government transparency while bolstering freedom of choice. As Emord noted, the bureaucracy affects three-quarters of all dollars spent in the United States.

    Rand Paul to the Rescue

    Emord described the country’s flawed drug approval process as irreparably broken. The Right To Try Act, written by Rand Paul, was meant to address people in pain.

    “There are many thousands of people across the United States who would have died an unfortunate death who are alive today because of Rand Paul's bill.” - Emord

    The bill’s language is tailored to the needs of the terminally ill in need of experimental drugs recommended by physicians. Emord pitched in, writing the Access to Medical Treatment Act to help prevent horrific outcomes for the terminally ill.

    As an example, the use of experimental medication could prevent the growth of brain tumors. Such experimental treatment would easily slow, reverse, or cure diseases ravaging the body.

    Fauci and COVID-19 are Still Hot Topics

    The trio discussed the efficacy of Ivermectin, once demonized during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ivermectin treats the virus and even cancer. However, the medical establishment including Dr. Anthony Fauci, has limited access to the treatment.

    “Rand Paul is like a dog on a bone when it comes to Fauci. There might be criminal prosecution in his future. He colluded with an enemy of the USA - the communist Chinese, to make a bioweapon that came out of a Wuhan lab that is one of the institutes of virology in China that had an association with biologists for decades to use a bioweapon. We developed a horror with our dollars to develop this weapon.” – Emord

    The disturbing truth is that Fauci made millions of dollars from Big Pharma. Precious few in the beltway but for freedom fighters like Rand Paul have exposed Fauci.

    Paul valiantly called out Fauci’s gain-of-function research. The money paid to Fauci through the middleman that is the federal government should not only be cut off but repaid.

    “It was the greatest betrayal in the history of our country. Benedit Arnold is nothing compared to Anthony Fauci.” – Emord

    The bottom line is the COVID-19 vaccinations did not work. The federal government and Fauci lied, insisting Big Pharma’s jabs prevented the virus from infiltrating the body. In reality, the shot did not do any such thing; nor did it prevent the transmission of the virus.

    Verkerk has written 300+ reports on Big Pharma vaccines. He noted how there has been a lack of studies as well as provable facts.

    “Fundamentally, if you recall with genetically modified organisms, I’ve been for 25 years debating this as a scientist I was with many years the Imperial College of London I wrote release of GMO publications contesting the notion that the outdoor release of GMO, possibility that the novel genetic information could be put into another organism.” - Verkerk

    Members of Congress touted Big Pharma’s mRNA yet the promises fell flat considering the negative health outcomes that occurred during and after the pandemic.

    The industry’s much-hyped mRNA technology contains instructions that turn the human body into a drug factory. The body makes a protein that then generates a protein similar to that developed in the Wuhan lab where COVID-19 emanated from.

    Verkerk went on to note how the mRNA jab is injected intramuscularly yet skeptics knew it would move into the bloodstream. As soon as the injection is made in the muscle, transmission begins progressing toward the capillaries, heart, and liver.

    Tens of thousands of innocent people are now battling permanent disability and death following mRNA clot shot injections.

  • Legendary World Wrestling Entertainment wrestler Kane recently sat down with Kurt Wallace for a discussion about California’s wildfires, Trump, Dr. Fauci, and more.

    Chances are you’ve heard of Kane, whose real name is Glenn Jacobs and who has also had a successful political career as Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee.

    Jacobs Contrasts California’s Liberal Approach to Firefighting With Tennessee’s Approach

    Jacobs offered his thoughts on the wildfires ravaging southern California, noting that his Tennessee county handles things a bit differently than Californians.

    Knox County isn’t plagued by the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies in effect throughout Southern California. The focus on these hiring practices may have led to incompetence leading to fire hydrants that didn’t have any water.

    Empty and under-filled reservoirs left Pacific Palisades residents helpless as fire spread throughout the region.

    There wasn’t even sufficient pressure available to get water out of fire hydrants to combat the flames.

    Poor resource management brought death, destruction of property, and drastically upended the lives of so many Southern Californians.

    “Here in Knox County we don’t have a government fire department. The city of Knoxville does but the rest of the county uses a subscription based private company. They do a very good job for us.” - Mayor Jacobs

    In other words, private firefighting forces and everyday people are perfectly capable of putting out fires if need be. In Knox County, the private sector has proven to be more effective than government bureaucrats who put identity politics above basic safety.

    Jacobs Understands the Importance of Liberty in Economics

    When asked about his favorite economist he said

    Favorite economist, obviously, Hayek, Mises, Rothbard, Thomas Sowell, all the Austrians.

    He went on to recommend some of his favorite intellectuals and pundits such as:

    Ron Paul, Judge Napolitano, John Stossel. So many of these people have been incredibly influential on my thinking.

    Jacobs is also an avid reader, particularly of economists like Mises and Rothbard.

    Behind my bookshelf, copies of Human Action, Man, Economy, and State. I've been on a kick lately with inflation and spending.

    It's great to see politicians like Jacobs taking up an interest in budgets, spending, and their influence on inflation.

    So, I've been on extra recommending that every year it reads, What has Government Done to Our Money. It's only about 100 pages, but you read that, you understand inflation.

    Jacob's is one of the few in politics who understands that government causes inflation.

    It's not a natural phenomenon. It is a monetary policy, which basically Congress shouldn't be spending all this money. Our fiscal policy is only possible because of our monetary policy.

    But you understand that inflation is not a natural phenomenon. It is caused by bad policy and frankly it's a hidden tax, which hurts people.

    So, I would encourage people to [learn], in your spare time, Austrian economics is not what you think of when you think of conventional economics, but it gives you a much better model of how the world really works and how economics really works than Keynesian economics does or any other sort of mainstream economics.

    Jacobs is a Steadfast and Passionate Libertarian Leaning Republican

    Jacobs highlighted how his region in Tennessee leans libertarian, and emphasized that it is individual liberty that makes the country great. He juxtaposed our personal freedoms with those of the Chinese and other foreign countries who suppress freedoms and civil liberties.

    Jacobs would know. He’s traveled the world with WWE.

    So he’s seen a lot.

    Jacobs on Inflation and Fauci

    Mayor Jacobs points out that America’s monetary policy is the primary cause of inflation. Excessive money printing constitutes a hidden tax on Americans. Rein in the Federal Reserve’s wanton currency printing and inflation will lessen.

    It really is that simple.

    Wallace eventually asked Jacobs the most important question: Which wrestling move should Rand Paul perform on Dr. Fauci?

    Jacobs replied, “all of them.”

    Nice.

    The Knox County Mayor also blasted White House Covid team member Deborah Birx, who along with Fauci essentially defrauded the American public, with many indicators pointing toward money being funneled to China’s Wuhan lab to fund gain-of-function research.

    "COVID-19 was a microcosm of what happens when the government scares people into submission. People were so frightened they willingly gave up their rights. Fauci was the main perpetrator of that. He [Fauci] played semantics, saying it's not gain-of-function. Fauci was the face of COVID. Birx was the architect." - Glenn Jacobs

    Birx’s silence on the issue combined with her pushing of jabs and masks constitutes negligence. The “scarf lady” as some call her, is now stoking fear about a potential bird flu pandemic.

    The Role of the TSA

    Jacobs sounded off on the Patriot Act implemented by George W. Bush’s administration after 9/11, and the many abuses of Americans’ rights that came in its wake.

    That legislation wasn't as much about terrorists, but served as a pretext to investigate the private finances of everyday Americans.

    The TSA should not have the authority to delve into Americans’ personal business.

    Jacobs would prefer that private airlines handle airport security.

    Not the government.

    In fact, he had an amusing quip but what the agency was actually good at:

    “The TSA doesn't catch terrorists. It catches bottles of water.” - Glenn Jacobs

    Though critical, Jacobs believes most people in government are hardworking and well-intentioned.

    It’s the system that’s the problem.

    About Those “Little Green Men
”

    UFOs also came up, also referred to as UAPs, short for “unidentified anomalous phenomenon.” Jacobs insists the government isn’t telling taxpayers the entirety of what it knows about mysterious activity in the sky.

    But Jacobs is doubtful that little green men are roaming around.

    Jacobs wants the federal government to come clean - to be transparent - on this front.

    Jacobs shared a story about how he attended a roundtable get-together at a Trump fundraiser, in which former president expressed regret over trusting supposed confidantes in his first term.

    The mayor said those mistakes won’t be repeated in his next presidential term.

    Puppies and Political Future

    One thing learned that many don’t know about Glenn is that he has worked extensively in animal rescue.

    Dogs in particular. There were times in the past where he would have 15-20 rescue dogs in his yard.

    What might be next for “Mayor Kane?” With his political experience, iconic pro wrestling career and stellar reputation as a leader, in addition to his charity work, anything is possible.

    Maybe even becoming the next Governor of Tennessee as he admitted he was considering in May.

    Amazingly, that would make him the second pro wrestler turned governor in American history, after former Minnesota governor and WWE star Jesse Ventura.

  • Thomas Buckley, the former Mayor of Lake Elsinore, California, recently joined the Rand Paul Review to discuss January 6th. The conversation explored the differences between coups and insurrections.

    Buckley insists January 6 was not a coup. Here’s why.

    The Definition of Coup

    A coup is a highly complicated, well-organized endeavor that takes extensive planning to execute with any modicum of success. January 6 wasn’t a coup as it was a comparatively simple and spontaneous event.

    There wasn’t extensive planning or organization leading up to the storming of the Capitol. Rather, patriots concerned about the fate of their nation used social media as a tool for social assembly.

    In contrast, coups are also defined by their in-depth intricacies. Coups often include code words, plenty of guns, and even control of the media. Coups must be perfectly executed to “kill the king” as Buckley stated during the podcast.

    Above all, January 6 was not a coup as the legacy media remained firmly intact throughout the day and its aftermath. January 6 rioters didn’t have control of the media.

    If the day were a legitimate coup, rebels would have stormed all media outlets but for Fox News, One America News Network (OAN) and other conservative media outlets. That didn’t happen.

    January 6 was More of a Riot Than a Coup

    Listen to Buckley and you’ll walk away convinced January 6th was not a coup but a riot. The next step beyond a riot is insurrection. January 6 was more of a disorganized riot than an insurrection as it ended in time for dinner.

    As Buckley highlights in the podcast, January 6 protestors called Capitol-area buildings the day after the event, looking for personal belongings such as lost coats. Angry rioters made their voices heard at the epicenter of the beltway without killing a single politician. Therefore, January 6 was not a coup in the slightest.

    There is an Ongoing Active Disinformation Campaign

    Buckley’s conversation with Kurt Wallace makes it crystal clear that there is an ongoing disinformation campaign. That campaign is relatively easy and simple to dispel. The political left is portraying the events of January 6 as a coup simply because it is politically advantageous to do so.

    Democrats have been ranting and raving about January 6 for years. The day served as the perfect slight on the political right, serving as a talking point that could be fleshed out all the way until the next election cycle.

    The comical irony is that the left lost the ensuing presidential election to Donald Trump. Such is poetic justice in the aftermath of what amounts to a far left smear campaign.

    The Left Worships Three-letter Agencies

    Buckley pointed out that the Dems were once the harshest critics of the three-letter agencies. Rewind to the 90s and it was primarily the Democrats who portrayed the FBI and CIA as problematic.

    In the years leading up to January 6 and the event’s aftermath, the Dems flipped.

    The Democrats of yesteryear are now Republicans and vice versa. This flip-flopping is evidenced by Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and Tulsi Gabbard converting from Democrats to Republicans.

    It is today’s Republicans who are fearful of power being concentrated in three-letter agencies.

    The Theme? January 6 is Being Overblown

    January 6th was much to do about nothing. Justifiably furious patriots protested at the Capitol to make their voices heard. Fights broke out, the Capitol’s walls were scaled, and politicians escaped unscathed.

    No government buildings were burned down. January 6th was essentially a highly publicized spectacle that provided the political left with an opportunity to frame Republicans as violent.

    The key takeaway from the January 6 discourse is that it would only be a coup if the rioters killed federal lawmakers. Members of Congress escaped the building through underground catacomb pathways designed for such emergencies.

    No one is quite sure what would happen if Americans killed Congress members in an actual coup. Such a “mob rule” scenario would likely be quite chaotic, similar to the aftermath of the French Revolution.

    The years that followed the French Revolution were characterized by famine, uncertainty, and violence. That’s a fate Americans should try to avoid through peaceful debate and democratic government.

Doubt breeds malleability and when people are confused to the point of despair, they will accept the “truths” delivered to them by propagandists and their masters. Think of it as a psychic war.

    PSYOP stands for psychological operation. It is defined as “military activities that involve trying to influence the enemy's beliefs and state of mind.” For the U.S. government–especially under the Biden administration–the enemy is patriotic Americans. The military forces fighting against them are Leftist government officials in collusion with mainstream media.

    What happened at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, is ground zero for a Leftist PSYOP designed to convince mainstream Americans that Donald Trump and his MAGA base are the epitome of evil.

    The poster child for the PSYOP was supposed to be Jacob Angeli Chansley–aka the Q-Anon Shaman–who entered the Capitol on J6 wearing a headdress complete with buffalo horns and coyote tails. His face was painted to resemble the American flag and he was shirtless sporting numerous tattoos.

    Chansley stuck out of the crowd as a symbol of American freedom and independence. The Leftists noticed and decided to turn him into a symbol of hardcore right-wing terrorists bent on overthrowing the U.S. government and establishing Donald Trump as a dictator.

    The Left despises individuality, so they painted Chansley as a lunatic character who stepped out of a graphic novel in an attempt to destroy his individualism.

    Chansley, 34 at the time, was eventually sentenced to 41 months in federal prison for his role in the J6 riots. That’s over three years of hard time for what amounted to trespassing–peacefully and patriotically–to protest what he–and millions of others nationwide–saw as a rigged 2016 presidential election.

    If the sentence seems a bit harsh for a guy who volunteered to help police inside the Capitol to keep the peace, it is. That’s the point: don't mess with the Leftist overlords or else. It doesn't matter who you are. Ask Jacob Chansley or Donald Trump. Mess with the Left and they are coming to get you.

    Always on the lookout for a crisis to exploit, the Left–headed up at the time by the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Liz Cheney, and the rest of the sycophantic cabal–elected to sacrifice a young man’s future on the Altar of Unreality and put into play a grand PSYOP that would forever crush the MAGA movement.

    Too bad for them that Chansley (let alone Trump) refused to die on the altar. What did not kill him only made him stronger.

    The Chansley Interview

    What unfolded in Chansley’s interview with the Rand Paul Review was a tale stranger than Franz Kafka’s 1925 novel The Trial. When reality reads more absurd than Kafka, something’s about to break.

    If Chansley’s freewheeling interview is any indicator, it’s not going to be Chansley who breaks. Since being released from prison 14 months early, he has already run for Congress as a Libertarian. During the interview, he tosses his hat in the ring to become the next Speaker of the House of Representatives.

    Chansley–who had nothing to do with coining the nickname of Q-Anon Shaman–freely admits to trespassing inside the Capitol on J6 and was willing to own up to it. It could have ended there but for the Left’s determination to make J6 into something it simply was not: an insurrection fomented by Donald Trump and carried out by rabid MAGA loyalists.

    In the interview, Chansley called out white-supremacist, anti-semite provocateur Nick Fuentes for being in the J6 crowd with a megaphone and spurring people to go inside the Capitol. Fuentes did not do time for his part in fomenting the J6 riot–though some of his compatriots did.

    Likewise, Ray Epps, an ex-leader of the right-wing Oath Keepers who was rumored to be an undercover federal agent, avoided being arrested for his part in fomenting the riot by urging the crowd to enter the Capitol.

    The New York Post reported that Epps said “I’m gonna put it out there. I’m probably gonna go to jail for this. Tomorrow, we need to go into the Capitol! Into the Capitol!” The statement caused onlookers—and later Republican lawmakers—to accuse Epps of being a “fed” charged with instigating the riot.

    Why would Fuentes and Epps walk free while people like Chansley–who promoted peace and even stopped people from stealing food inside the Capitol–be sentenced to prison?

    It was, according to Chansley, an attempt to create a false reality. The Left wanted a riot so they could transmogrify it into an insurrection using smoke and mirrors. If it had worked, the CCTV footage showing Chansley peacefully strolling through the Capitol accompanied by police might have never been released.

    Why would they think they would get away with it? Hubris.

    Prophetic Fiction

    The Left just doesn’t get it. You can’t use reality to create a fiction that then replaces reality. It never works. The truth always comes out. That doesn't stop them from trying.

    Fiction can, however, predict a future reality.

    There are lots of references to George Orwell’s novel 1984 these days and for good reason. Orwell depicted a nightmarish dystopia of a totalitarian society that eerily resembles what we have been living through for at least a decade.

    In Chansley’s case, Kafka’s The Trial is more apt. The tale opens with. “Somebody must have slandered Joseph K., for one morning, without having done anything wrong, he was arrested.”

    Sound familiar? Being sentenced to over three years in prison for non-violent trespassing is akin to being arrested for not “having done anything wrong.”

    Joseph K., in his 30s at the time, never finds out why he was arrested or what he is charged with. He never figures out the principles of justice governing the bureaucracy that condemns him to death. Defeated by the absurdity of it all, he does not resist his execution.

    Chansley does understand the principles of the Left. They use PSYOPS to create a false reality where they–and they alone–hold the reins of power. If they are successful, we will all be subject to the fate of Joseph K.

    The internal fortitude of patriots like Chansley–unlike K.–do and will resist power-mongering governmental officials who seek to force-feed citizens a false reality. They are heroes of the psychic war and should be treated as such. That's why Trump has vowed to pardon the non-violent men and women who were convicted for being at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

    Spiritual Struggle

    What we have at base, according to Chansley, is a spiritual problem

    “I'm a spiritual activist more than a political one,” Chansley said in the interview, “I believe that our socioeconomic and geopolitical systems are so corrupted and distorted because our spiritual systems and our spiritual perspective has become so corrupted and so distorted.”

    Indeed.

    The Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that school-mandated prayers in public schools are unconstitutional since 1962. Take prayer out of schools and you take God out of culture. That is the root of the problem. Marxists hate God. You get the picture.

    Picking up on the spiritual angle, Wallace told Chansley, “[F]rom what it sounds like to me, you're just saying, listen, be a good person, have morals. You know, have a standard of principles that you live by looking at yourself first.”

    Exactly. But a Leftist might tell you that their morals and principles dictate that they be in charge of reality as your overlords. Men like Chasley (and Trump) will never agree to that.

    Morality and goodness without God are like a mother without milk for her newborn babe. No good can come from it. Leftists–who are all derivatives of Marxism–hate God. The spiritual chasm between Conservatives and Leftists is too wide to be bridged.

    Chansley’s sense of a transcendent good responsible for human morality will seem nebulous to many, but it is better than the alternative: abject relativism where morality equates with desire.

    The transcendent good keeps Chansley afloat on a sea of PSYOPS out to wreak havoc on truth.

  • The re-election of Donald Trump combined with the formation of DOGE is putting libertarianism back in America’s spotlight.

    Austin Petersen recently joined the podcast with Kurt Wallace to dissect America’s changing political landscape. The conversation focused on the dynamics of libertarian narratives.

    Petersen’s vision is to transform the United States into a bastion of liberalism that stresses individual empowerment. Here’s a recap of the podcast discussion.

    America is Moving in the Right Direction

    The election of Donald Trump is a bullish sign for the country. Though Trump isn’t a traditional libertarian like Petersen, he’s close enough. The podcast discussion touched on how Trump and DOGE head Elon Musk were both Democrats in the 90s. Tulsi Gabbard, a member of Trump’s cabinet, was a Democrat in the 90s.

    Musk has since converted to the Republican party yet he’s made no secret of the fact that he favors libertarianism. Petersen even took the initiative to run for president on the libertarian ticket. Though he didn’t win, he carved a niche in the political space, serving as the host of Wake Up America.

    Petersen’s Libertarian Nationalist Manifesto

    Do some digging into Petersen and your due diligence will turn up quite the prize: his libertarian nationalist manifesto. As Petersen notes, there are upwards of 10 schools of libertarianism including constitutionalists, minarchists, classical libertarians, and anarcho-capitalists.

    If Petersen and fellow libertarians were elected into office, we’d pivot to a hyper-individualistic nation. Listen to the podcast and you’ll find Petersen points out that libertarianism has no shortage of critics. None other than Ayn Rand is on the record as stating the political sect is full of hippies.

    Though Elon Musk enjoyed “hippie lettuce” to get a buzz on the Joe Rogan show, he is anything but a tree-hugging hippie. Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, the leaders of DOGE, are true inspirations for libertarians. Ramaswamy has referred to himself as a libertarian nationalist.

    Petersen also highlights how some Trump supporters were previous supporters of Bernie Sanders. Sanders, a Democratic Socialist, has far left economic views that don’t jibe with libertarianism. However, Petersen, Sanders, and Trump all enjoy common ground in their support of DOGE.

    The DOGE heads and Petersen agree that the government that governs least is the one that is the best. At a bare minimum, DOGE is necessary to accomplish minor victories, essentially kicking up enough dust to build momentum that eventually creates a tornado of change.

    Decentralization Vs. Centralization: That is the Question

    The battle for the future of the nation, the planet, and the entire species boils down to two ideas: centralized power versus decentralized power.

    As Petersen notes, fans of decentralization including Musk are constantly hamstrung by red tape and regulations. Musk, a self-described empath, insists markets work if government gets out of the way. In contrast, Ramaswamy is more of an intellectual libertarian compared with Musk’s instinctual libertarianism.

    Trump deviates from Petersen’s libertarianism when it comes to tariffs. Tariffs certainly help protect the nation yet free marketeers are opposed to tariffs. In this one instance, Trump sides with central planning as opposed to decentralized markets.

    Petersen’s commentary on centralization extends to the military. Government’s role is to protect its civilians from foreign threats. Unfortunately, nearly every government throughout history ends up killing its own people or unjustly penalizing them.

    If Petersen had his way, the military would remain privatized, similar to the current system in which defense contractors compete for government contracts. The antithesis of the decentralized approach is the Soviet system in which the government manufactures the entirety of military equipment.

    The sole caveat to Petersen’s decentralized approach is the potential for Eisenhower’s military industrial complex. If there is a revolving door leading to and from government and defense contractors, private industry essentially becomes government.

    Such a military industrial complex scenario makes war profitable. Some argue we are currently in that exact position. There is hope in the form of President-elect Trump who passionately calls for non-intervention, peace, and isolationism.

    Let People be Themselves

    The overarching theme of Petersen’s libertarianism is to get government out of the way, allowing individuals to live as they desire.

    For example, Petersen questions why government should dictate the ingredients used in our food when some desire unhealthy treats? Fast food restaurants and grocery stores alike have plenty of unhealthy food that tastes delicious.

    One should be allowed to poison him or herself with self-destructive behaviors including eating chemical-laden food. Though the outcome of such behaviors is a net negative for society, those “positive liberties” prevent tyranny.

    Our liberty is fragile and will forever be under attack by authoritarians operating under the guise of utilitarianism.

    Along with Russia’s own push for a Bitcoin reserve, these developments have fueled speculation that Bitcoin’s price could skyrocket to $800,000 by the end of 2025, driven by its fixed supply and rapidly growing institutional acceptance. But make no mistake, what we are experiencing now is bigger than Bitcoin. It’s about reshaping the power of individuals within the global financial order.

    Bitcoin: The antidote to monetary debasement

    Bitcoin emerged as a response to the failures of traditional financial institutions and central banks, challenging the cycle of monetary debasement and inflation. Fiat currencies like the U.S. dollar are subject to unlimited printing. Gold mines mean that the gold supply increases with demand. Bitcoin, in contrast, is founded on absolute scarcity. It has a hard cap of 21 million coins. This fixed supply, along with a predictable issuance schedule, makes Bitcoin a robust store of value, a reliable hedge against inflation, and a decentralized system where users control their network and value.

    Bitcoin mining: Securing the network, one calculation at a time

    Bitcoin mining is the mechanism for both creating new bitcoins and validating transactions on the network. It’s more than just the creation of new coins, though; it's what ensures that the Bitcoin network remains secure and tamper-resistant. This isn’t achieved through brute force but through a computationally intensive process known as proof-of-work. Miners use specialized computers to solve complex cryptographic puzzles and verify transactions. Successful miners earn new bitcoins and transaction fees, incentivizing the maintenance of network integrity.

    The Switzerland of payment networks

    Bitcoin's potential extends beyond being a digital asset; it functions as an unstoppable, neutral payment network. Think of it like the “Switzerland of payment networks.” In an era of global volatility and shifting power dynamics, Bitcoin offers a system free from the control of any single government or corporation. Unlike the traditional SWIFT system, primarily dominated by the U.S., Bitcoin provides a decentralized and impartial platform for transactions, allowing anyone to transact freely, irrespective of their political, national, or personal affiliations.

    Taking it to the States

    With the rise of Bitcoin, it is becoming increasingly risky to be an anti-crypto legislator. This became clear in the 2024 Ohio Senate race, where blockchain entrepreneur Bernie Moreno defeated incumbent Senate Banking Chair Sherrod Brown. Brown was criticized by crypto supporters for opposing pro-crypto legislation and backing anti-crypto policies.

    Crypto PACs poured an estimated $40 million into defeating Brown in Ohio, making it the largest target of crypto funding in this election cycle. Moreno’s victory was a huge victory for the crypto community, with figures like Tyler Winklevoss and Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong celebrating the election of pro-crypto candidates. More than 219 pro-crypto candidates were elected to the House and Senate in 2024. The price of Bitcoin surged past $75,000 following the election results, as optimism soared with prospects of a more pro-crypto Congress.

    Satoshi Action Fund

    Then there are organizations like the Satoshi Action Fund. In June 2022, Founder Dennis Porter felt a growing unease among Bitcoin advocates about potential government overreach. He started Satoshi Action Fund with a strategy of concentrating on state-level advocacy.

    As seen in the widespread adoption of pro-cannabis laws across the country, states have immense power to shape U.S. law. Inspired by the success of cannabis advocates, Satoshi Action Fund works to educate lawmakers on Bitcoin’s potential to strengthen state economies through financial resilience, grid stabilization, clean energy development, rural job creation, and budget protection.

    In its first year, Satoshi Action Fund secured wins in Montana and Arkansas, protecting Bitcoin mining and ownership. Last year, they expanded their efforts and secured additional legislative wins in Louisiana and Oklahoma. These laws establish crucial rights for miners, self-custody, and peer-to-peer transactions.

    These efforts are about influencing national policy, and their success with the GOP is only one piece of the puzzle. Many Democratic politicians, realizing they want to avoid becoming the next Sherrod Brown, are getting on board as well. That’s a good thing. As Satoshi Action Fund’s CEO Dennis Porter says:

    “We don't want one party trying to get rid of it all the time. We want both parties supporting it, endorsing it, and doing everything to make sure that the United States is a leader on Bitcoin.”

    A federal Bitcoin reserve?

    We need more leaders like Wyoming Senator Cynthia Lummis, who became the first American legislator in history to mention Bitcoin on the Senate floor when she said, “Thank God for Bitcoin!” Lummis has introduced a bill to acquire 1 million Bitcoins over five years as a strategic asset, potentially easing the U.S. national debt burden. And it looks like she’ll have a supporter in incoming President Trump, who sees the value in cryptocurrency—especially Bitcoin.

    At the Bitcoin 2024 conference, Trump boldly predicted Bitcoin could one day surpass gold’s $16 trillion market cap. Now he has confirmed interest in creating a federal Bitcoin reserve, which could serve as a shock absorber against financial and geopolitical instability, strengthening the nation’s financial position and signaling a new era of economic innovation and dominance.

    We can be encouraged by the idea of a potential executive order from a Trump administration, but any meaningful change will require legislative backing. Executive orders can be reversed by subsequent administrations. Creating a Federal Reserve through the legislative process can solidify a permanent system of Bitcoin investment.

    Crypto capital of the planet

    There’s one good reason why the U.S. should create a federal Bitcoin reserve: to protect American interests. We already maintain reserves of vital resources—oil, medical supplies, rare minerals, even cheese!—to guard against unforeseen crises. A Bitcoin reserve serves a similar purpose, functioning as a financial shock absorber during economic turmoil.

    The time is right to take action. Global power dynamics are in flux with the rise of economic blocs like BRICS. And pro-Bitcoin politicians in the U.S. may only be temporary, with another authoritarian Biden-type presidency always looming on the horizon. Bitcoin offers a hedge against both external and internal threats.

    By pushing for Bitcoin reserves at the state and federal levels, the growing pro-crypto movement in America is building the foundations for a more resilient and competitive USA. As Trump said in July at the Bitcoin 2024 conference in Nashville, he wants the United States to be the “crypto capital of the planet.” Indeed, the crypto moment is now.

  • Flunky Fauci has spent years lying to the world, after playing an instrumental role in creating the Covid crisis. However, it appears that he will not be prosecuted even after Rand Paul proved that he lied to Congress. This outcome is not that surprising, given Dr. Fauci’s very controversial history, which individuals like RJK Jr. have gone to great lengths to expose.

    Fauci, along with other federal agencies, ran one of the world’s largest medical psyops, which made people rush towards an experimental mRNA job when there were plenty of other treatment options available, including both established drugs and natural treatments. These deep state actors abused some of the lax pharmaceutical laws from the 1980s to dodge accountability. They used fear and propaganda to push this toxic vaccine on the population, and sadly there have been many devastating health outcomes because of this.The silver lining from this event is that it exposed some of the corruption of the deep state, which the world may have not witnessed if Trump had served during the last presidential term. However, this will only be helpful if people never allow themselves to be ruled by corrupt factions of the government ever again. If not, this lesson was a waste and the next attack on personal liberties will likely be much stronger.

    Robert Scott Bell on Fauci and the Crazy Covid Crisis

    In a recent interview, Robert Scott Bell discussed how there were so many signs from the beginning that showed that the Covid crisis was artificial and nefariously constructed.Even before the pandemic started, researchers in the UNC Chapel Hill area such as Baric were already conducting gain-of-function research, paving the way for additional bioweapons research abroad. With this knowledge in mind, it was clear from the beginning that the lab leak theory was the most plausible theory for the origins of covid.When Robert saw that Anthony Fauci was going to be placed in a leadership position during this manufactured crisis, another layer of deception became evident, as Dr. Fauci had engaged in the dangerous promotion of a failed chemotherapy drug AZT for people with failing immune systems (AIDS) in the late 80's and early 90's resulting in untold suffering and iatrogenic death. Many of his misdeeds are revealed in the the book The Real Anthony Fauci by RFK Jr., which highlights a myriad of Fauci’s corrupt practices while at NIAID.He also discussed how the PCR testing methods that they planned to introduce were not correct. Dr. Kary Mullis, the inventor of the PCR testing method, has been very vocal about how Fauci does not understand anything and that he shouldn’t be in the position he is in. Kary has noted that people like Fauci have an agenda.Trump was also criticized for pitching alternative treatments, which also showed that it was clear that Fauci was going to push something nefarious on the population. The media even tried to convince people that ivermectin was horse medicine, when in fact it was a Nobel Peace Prize drug that humans have been using for decades.

    Denying Other Treatments

    The main objective of the government from day one was to get emergency authorization for the new mRNA vaccines as soon as possible. Reagan created laws in the 1980s that gave pharma companies immunity, and these companies knew that they could boost their profits if they could demonstrate that vaccination was the only way to deal with Covid. This legal framework perfectly explains why the government and pharma companies were so quick to lie, censor people, and bury credible treatments.

    Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine were two effective treatments for Covid, yet Fauci and the pharmaceutical complex had to do everything they could to bury these treatments. Hospitals also failed to push other types of natural options, like Zinc and Vitamin C, which could have helped to alleviate symptoms. Hospitals even displayed no curiosity in copper, which has also been shown to have a positive impact on Covid patients.

    Fauci once again showed his deep corruption when he pushed Remdsivir, which can cause kidney issues, on patients, while simultaneously repressing relevant off-label treatments. Robert talked about how Remdesivir is a terrible drug that killed many people.

    “ I don’t know if you heard the phrase built on that name, run, death is near. If you heard a Remdesivir diagnosis, you know, say we’re going to give you Remdesivir, run, death is near because this was destroying the kidneys of those who received it. And that would result in death faster than any so-called virus component. So they had to fight against any alternative option. And then the hospital protocols that emerged were perhaps, in fact, more deadly than the so-called Covid as well.”

    As a result, many people who sought medical attention during Covid may have ended up being worse off if they took Remdesivir or were put on a ventilator. This fact is very concerning, especially since many individuals attempted to warn the general public about these actions, but were in turn only censored and demonized. Individuals like Fauci, on the other hand, continued to change their guidance and deceive the public by telling them that their only options were to get vaccinated, isolate themselves from their families, and wear a mask.Robert Scott Bell discussed how it was ironic that his channel was censored, even though he ended up being correct later. Meanwhile, the so-called experts would get things wrong, and simply post an update without addressing it.

    " And that’s the irony of me and others being banned on these various channels, is that yes we disagreed with the WHO and CDC and Fauci, but it turns out we were right about everything. And in fact, you know, the authorities would eventually acknowledge, they wouldn’t say we were right, but they would just go to the position we had, and just say well of course that’s the way it is. But no apologies. No, I’m sorry, here’s your channel back. Nothing like that.”

    Fauci and other individuals have gotten away with lying for years, yet people who were demonized or censored for speaking the truth during Covid have not received any acknowledgment of what happened. In many cases, they continue to weaponize attacks against people like this, such as RFK Jr., by calling him a dangerous anti-vaxxer.

    Social Consequences of Covid

    Another very devastating impact of Covid was the social damage that it created. Some of the half-baked guidance, about wearing masks and staying 6 feet away from each other, was very divisive and dehumanizing. Fauci later admitted that the 6 feet rule was made up, and not based on science, yet many people blindly believed this statement for years. Robert Scott Bell also discussed the social damage that happened to society during Covid, even from the seemingly innocent activity of wearing a facial security blanket. The CDC has now even admitted that younger children during this period have suffered from developmental delays, simply because they chose to wear a mask and isolate themselves from a virus that posed a minute health risk. There was also a massive wave of suicide and depression due to the isolation and uncertain economic conditions. People were even arrested for attending church services, an environment that offers massive social support for communities.Robert and Kurt also discussed how the movie V for Vendetta was an excellent analogy, as it shows how citizens voluntarily surrender their freedoms and subject themselves to enslavement by the government. This quote from the movie sums up this analogy.

    Luckily, the tyranny we experienced in the early 2020s can be reversible and could be a good lesson for the future. However, if we are unwilling to learn from this past pandemic, then we can only blame ourselves for what happens next.

    Too Much Power

    Sadly, government officials gained way too much power under the guise of public health, and have been able to stand up to and defy the president and Congress. Rand Paul, in particular, has been very diligent in going after Fauci, proving that Fauci lied to Congress, yet the deep state has still been pushing back and making it difficult to go after him. Meanwhile, some medical doctors even lost their autonomy, as they had to fear losing their licenses over promoting the wrong views. These factions of our government should not have the power to defy Congress and to over-regulate doctors and other professionals who want to voice the truth and question the integrity of our federal agencies.On a positive note, Covid was likely a massive wake-up call for the global population, one that the population likely would not have understood if Trump served during 2021-2024. Moreover, there have also been many positive changes that should help us avoid repeating the future in 2025.The Supreme Court’s Chevron Defense ruling is a massive victory for liberty, as it will rightfully strip away power from federal agencies. Moreover, RFK Jr.’s role in the government is a major positive step, as he will attack some of the corruption in the FDA and CDC. This setup could help us ensure that the WHO, FDA, and CDC do not abuse their power again under the pretext of public health.

    Robert Scott Bell also discussed his thoughts on whether Biden would pardon Fauci.“ Recognize there’s a broad unconstitutionality of that level of pardon that’s not authorized in the constitution with the pardon powers of the president. However, even if he were to do that on the state level, you know, it does not preempt the ability to go after him on state violations of state law. And there are plenty among the various states that could go after Fauci even if he were pardoned on a federal level.”

    The Biden crime administration was able to pardon Hunter Biden and may try to pardon other individuals. However, it may not be able to do the same thing with Fauci, and even if it does, other states could still go after Fauci.It has been very demoralizing to watch Fauci get away with his crimes and lies during the past few years, and it’s hard to have faith that the next administration will succeed in holding him accountable, as the deep state has protected him too much. However, individuals like RFK Jr. are uniquely positioned to tackle this challenge and may be able to expose Fauci. On top of this, it appears that many people learned from the covid psyop and may be less likely to comply next time. Hopefully, more people will come to learn of the covid hoax, so that history does not ever repeat itself.

  • Rand Paul Review’s Kurt Wallace interviewed podcast sensation Monica Perez about the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic final report, released on Dec. 2.

    A central topic of the interview focused on whether or not COVID was intentionally released as a bio-weapon and if the vaccines were used to spread the disease rather than retard it.

    Though the 520-page report, titled “After Action Review of the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Lessons Learned and a Path Forward,” doesn’t directly delve into the intentionality of the COVID pandemic, it does show that the weaponized virus “most likely emerged from a laboratory in Wuhan, China.”

    The conclusion that the virus was not natural and so necessarily came out of a lab was based on a synthesis of these five arguments:

    * The virus possesses a biological characteristic that is not found in nature.

    * Data shows that all COVID-19 cases stem from a single introduction into humans. This runs contrary to previous pandemics where there were multiple spillover events.

    * Wuhan is home to China’s foremost SARS research lab, which has a history of conducting gain-of-function research at inadequate biosafety levels.

    * Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) researchers were sick with a COVID-like virus in the fall of 2019, months before COVID-19 was discovered at the wet market.

    * By nearly all measures of science, if there was evidence of a natural origin it would have already surfaced.

    Unless the virus was injected into the human population by aliens from outer space, it came out of the Wuhan lab. Why? Because all the evidence points to that fact.

    But we already knew that.

    Here’s another fact: Dr. Fauci and crew made a concerted effort to demonize the lab leak theory as a “conspiracy theory”–though Fauci’s National Institutes of Health helped fund the experiments at Wuhan–opened the door to speculation concerning not only the origins but the intended purpose of the weaponized virus.

    Perez, who has a talent for “pulling back the curtain” on propaganda, provides a reasonable theory that not only was COVID-19 intentionally let loose on the world but that the vaccines introduced in the thick of the pandemic were designed to spread the virus, not stop it.

    Why on earth would anyone intentionally unleash a deadly virus on the world and then work to spread it? To cull the human herd. A virus would be a lot less trouble than a war to get rid of people. If the virus was engineered to target the weak and vulnerable, so much the better.

    If that sounds like a Saturday late-night black-and-white science fiction movie rerun, you need to get up in the morning and start watching the news.

    It is beyond doubt that Fauci and his minions did their best to run a misinformation campaign and suppress criticism about their handling of the pandemic. In one example, the Great Barrington Declaration–co-sponsored by President-elect Trump’s new NIH pick Dr. Jay Battacharya–was signed by scientists and medical doctors from around the world, including Nobel laureates. That didn't stop Fauci and his side-kick Francis Collins from trying to discredit the effort.

    Did they do it because they were trying to cull the herd, cover their stupidity, or a combination thereof? Whatever the case, they did a lot of damage on a lot of levels to a lot of people–physical and psychological.

    Irreparable Damage?

    The final report on COVID also makes clear that the NIH's response to the pandemic was “deficient, unreliable, and pose[d] a serious threat to both public health and national security.”

    Here are just a few examples of the report’s findings:

    * SOCIAL DISTANCING: The “6 feet apart” social distancing recommendation—which shut down schools and small business across the country—was arbitrary and not based on science. During closed-door testimony, Dr. Fauci testified that the guidance, “sort of just appeared.”

    * MASK MANDATES: There was no conclusive evidence that masks effectively protected Americans from COVID-19. Public health officials flipped-flopped on the efficacy of masks without providing Americans scientific data—causing a massive uptick in public distrust.

    * LOCKDOWNS: Prolonged lockdowns caused immeasurable harm to not only the American economy, but also to the mental and physical health of Americans, with a particularly negative effect on younger citizens. Rather than prioritizing the protection of the most vulnerable populations, federal and state government policies forced millions of Americans to forgo crucial elements of a healthy and financially sound life.

    There is no question that the government screwed the pooch when it came to dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Imposing random, unscientific rules to lock people down caused alcohol and drug abuse to skyrocket. We’re still dealing with this.

    The pandemic also had devastating impacts on student learning. It will take years if not decades to recover.

    A survey conducted by the Partnership for Public Service showed that America’s crisis of public trust in government continues to grow. The handling of the pandemic didn't help. Can the trust be regained or is the damage irreparable? Time will tell but things aren't looking good.

    Was the pandemic intentional? There is some evidence to suggest it was. Bill Gates spilled the beans in a Ted Talk when he said, “If we do a really great job on new vaccines, healthcare, reproductive health services we could lower [the population] by 10 or 15 percent.”

    Vaccines and abortions to cull the herd? Only godless men with enough power to play God would dream up such abominable ideas and then attempt to bring them to fruition. Did they do it? The jury’s still out and the verdict may never come.

    Whatever the case, reason suggests–as Perez lays out in the interview–that the intentionality of the COVID-19 virus and the vaccines that appeared in its midst may have been intentional. It’s is a viable theory until proven otherwise.

    Does It Matter?

    Were Fauci and crew merely members of a deadly idiocracy or did they know what they were doing?

    It may not matter. The pandemic proved Lord Acton’s pronouncement, “All power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

    Governments–breaking your leg so they can give you a crutch or just plain incompetent–crave power. The pandemic is a testament to that fact.

    Was the pandemic a black swan event engineered to hand over unimaginable power to the government in a Great Reset? At this point, it’s reasonable to believe so. Monica Perez makes a good case for it.

    Did an incompetent government simply seize power given the opportunity provided by the pandemic? That’s a reasonable assumption as well.

    Choose your poison. As long as the powers that be continue to hide and hold back information, reason is your best weapon. Use it.

    Governments will seize as much power as they can. They’ll even engineer occasions to do so if they need to. So far, the Constitution has proven to be an effective deterrent against such power grabs, but it’s under constant attack.

    The Constitution’s last line of defense isn’t the government. It’s We the People. That’s who it was written for. The People better keep that in mind or they’ll be herded like swine to the butcher’s block.

  • Ron Paul’s failure to be elected president in 2008 may have been one of the most disappointing political outcomes in the past few decades.

    However, there is no doubt that Ron Paul sparked a massive revolution in the American political system, which is slowly beginning to creep its way into other parties. In particular, the Republican party has been undergoing a massive shift, attracting out of the box people like Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr., and deterring warmongers like Cheney.

    Ever since Ron Paul lost, Donald Trump has been our closest shot at implementing libertarian ideals at the executive level. Moreover, Trump has grown much bolder now, as he has already brought in a lot of brilliant cabinet members who are a major threat to the political establishment.

    Trump picked up a lot of libertarian support this election, but sadly not everyone is on board. He may continue to face hesitation from some libertarian members, as seen by their strong opposition to him during the last libertarian convention. However, Trump has an excellent shot at implementing many policies that libertarians have been passionate about for decades. Libertarians should be ecstatic about America having a chance to take on the deep state this term, even if it's nearly two decades too late.

    Trump Produces Mixed Views Among Libertarians

    Why are some libertarians still on the fence?Trump may be poised to surprise many libertarian voters who are either indifferent to or opposed to his policies. In a recent interview, Kurt Wallace and Jack Hunter discussed the libertarian response to Trump’s victory and explained why Trump’s presidency could be one of the most exciting terms in American history.

    Most of the libertarians who are still opposed to Trump were a part of the 2008-2012 Ron Paul revolution, which sadly did not result in Ron Paul becoming the president. However, Trump has arguably created the closest thing this country has ever seen in terms of a successfully elected candidate with libertarian policies. Despite this success, Trump has still met massive resistance from some libertarian voters and candidates, who may continue to be skeptical even after he delivers on his promises.

    While many people may have been on the fence about him before he began constructing his cabinet, it is very clear now that Trump has assembled a strong team of patriots that will have the resilience to take on the deep state during the next four years. These new members have already indicated that they will begin implementing libertarian values from day one, even though the members are not officially members of the libertarian party. The collective rage from the DNC and select Republican members should be a very positive indicator of the disruption potential of these individuals.Trump immediately announced he would appoint Elon Musk to lead DOGE. Elon spared no time in securing the council and vote of confidence from Ron Paul, one of the most qualified members of our government in this area.

    Many people rightfully feel that Paul was robbed of his 2008 election, which is fair, but he can still bring a lot of his expertise by advising Elon and Vivek. Luckily, many people caught sight of this trend before the election and chose to believe that Donald Trump would deliver on his campaign promises.During a recent video interview, Jack Hunter commented on the changes he believed occurred during the 2024 election cycle.

    “ So on the right you have this broad ideological coalition that can include libertarians. I haven’t seen polling on it Kurt, but my gut tells me that more people who identify as libertarians, small L and some big L, probably voted for Trump in this election than Chase Oliver, who I think ran a fine campaign. I have nothing against him, but we’re just in a different world with this election, different context. There’s a lot to work with there. This is the first time I’ve been optimistic about who won the general presidential election in my lifetime.”

    There are many reasons to be excited about a Trump victory, as he may deliver on many promises that the libertarian party has been passionate about for decades. For the first time, some hot libertarian topics, such as ending the Department of Education, have made it to the executive level.

    Examining Hesitation Areas and Likely Outcomes

    Trump’s presidency may be a mixed bag for many libertarians. He may deliver on many promises that the libertarian party is passionate about, while simultaneously still functioning more in line with standard republican candidates in other areas. Trump ran on a broad-based populist plan, which included some measures that many libertarians opposed, but overall he will do more for libertarians than any other president has in decades.Many of the concerns that libertarians voiced are relevant, but it is very clear now that the incoming Trump administration will not mirror the US government in 2016-2024. One has to love and respect how Donald Trump was able to candidly speak with Joe Rogan about how some of the cabinet picks he ended up choosing in 2016 were horrible choices, and that he had learned a lot from the process.During a libertarian convention in 2024, many libertarian politicians and party members booed Trump when he spoke. They even did the same thing to Mike Lee when he voiced his support for Donald Trump, which reflects that some voters still deeply oppose his policies and would prefer a pure libertarian candidate.Many people were upset about some of Trump’s actions during Covid. In hindsight, Fauci was a terrible pick, and Trump was distracted as he was focusing on supporting the economy and dealing with political attacks and other key issues. Unlike Biden, he did not implement Draconian COVID measures and vaccine mandates, and he has even taken other serious steps such as issuing an apology and full back pay for military members who were kicked out for refusing a COVID vaccine. As some of these evil individuals continue to lurk about, with the gall to lie and resist Congress, we are still in the safest hands with an anti-establishment candidate like Trump, who has strongly voiced his confidence in political leaders like Rand Paul and RJK Junior.Many people chanted about ending the Federal Reserve when Trump called on libertarian voters to not waste their votes this election. While Trump’s actions against the Federal Reserve may be tamer than libertarian aspirations, it is still crucial to note that Ron Paul will be advising DOGE as they cut government spending to reduce our debt. He may also be able to help our government take on the Federal Reserve. This is a serious issue that has been going on for decades, and Trump is the first elected president to seriously tackle this issue. The Federal Reserve chairman has also been openly defying Trump in recent months, which indicates they may also feel threatened by a Trump presidency.Another area where Trump will likely shine is when he potentially pardons Ross Ulbricht, founder of the Silk Road. This would be a huge move towards justice, and potentially allow Trump to gain more confidence from some libertarian voters.

    However, Jack Hunter noted that some libertarians may be split on this issue, even if Trump follows through. He noted that some would be very happy with Trump, while others would think he was trying to fool them. Jack astutely noted that libertarians should be focused purely on Trump’s outcomes during this term, and ignore their personal feelings about Trump.“ Let’s talk about foreign policy and ending the war in Ukraine and a diplomatic peace in Gaza and Israel and what's going on there. Let’s talk about getting away from the government forcing platforms to censor. Let’s talk about wrecking corporatism and some of the stuff RFK Jr. talks about. Do I care if RFK Jr. is a pure libertarian? That would be cool, but he’s not. The closest in the administration so far is probably Vivek Ramaswamy, but that’s not what’s important to me. What’s important to me is what they do, the results we get.”Trump has a decent shot at taking down the military-industrial complex, cutting government bureaucracy, reclaiming free speech, taking on the Federal Reserve, and implementing other key libertarian agendas. Trump may not achieve all of these goals, especially when facing resistance from his own party, but this is by far the best shot America has had at implementing libertarian values.

    Opposing Trump Isn’t Logical

    Are both Democrats and Republicans being pulled toward libertarian ideals?

    The democratic party has been launching more severe attacks against Trump week after week, especially after he has begun to pick new cabinet members with some libertarian values. This should be edifying for Trump, yet somehow not all libertarians are fully on board.It is also imperative to note that the libertarian party has been gaining a lot of influence in US politics, even though Ron Paul was not elected. Many Republican candidates have strong libertarian values, and there is obviously a massive difference between people like Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell, who are technically members of the same party.

    Many people have seen the madness involved in both parties and are slowly shifting towards libertarian values. The DNC recently lost two of its strongest members, Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Junior. Are these candidates pure libertarians? Definitely not, but they now have the power to take on the military and pharmaceutical industrial complex. Libertarians should be celebrating.Even other left-leaning people have begun to see how this new administration will tackle new issues that both parties have ignored. Are both Democrats and Republicans being pulled toward libertarian ideals?Cenk Uygur recently tweeted about how he was happy about some aspects of the election, as Trump will be taking on the establishment. He has talked about how he would love to work with Musk to audit the Pentagon.

    Bernie Sanders has even voiced his support for Elon Musk taking on the Pentagon. Libertarians and Republicans should welcome these individuals with open arms, regardless of whether they join one of their parties.

    America would be a much better country if Ron Paul had won the election in 2008. However, we still have a very strong chance of taking on the deep state under a Trump presidency in 2025.

    Biden and the left claim to be antiwar yet their in-office performance proves they are anything but


    Joe Biden is one month away from riding off into the sunset. He might set the world ablaze before leaving office.

    Biden has lead the United States into a proxy war with Russia. The president recently rushed nearly a billion dollars worth of weapons to Ukraine.

    Biden has also supplied Ukraine with long-range missiles, authorizing their use against Russia’s interior. Though Russia is moving its most valuable targets away from those missiles’ range, their use constitutes a significant escalation.

    There’s a chance Russia’s despot, Vladimir Putin, will eventually respond with a nuclear strike on Ukraine.

    Biden is Steering Us Toward World War III

    As detailed in Scott Horton’s book, Provoked: How Washington Started the New Cold War with Russia and the Catastrophe in Ukraine, Biden is picking a fight with Russia.

    The plot twist most Americans are unaware of is that our leadership has agitated Russia for decades. The Biden administration and the legacy media insist Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022 was unprovoked.

    Russian leaders insist the offensive is an attempt to reclaim land that it once owned and occupied. Moreover, NATO extended its alliance toward Russian territory, breaking a prior promise that it would not expand in Russia’s direction.

    Horton and fair-minded individuals are intellectually honest enough to consider Putin’s motivation for waging war on Ukraine. The author’s book delves into our nation’s passive aggressiveness when pressuring the Russian Federation in the post-Soviet Union era.

    The uncomfortable reality of the situation is that several U.S. presidents including Biden agitated Russia following the end of the Cold War. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is the end result of that agitation.

    The expansion of NATO beyond its promised extent in Europe combined with economic “shock therapy” policy provoked Russia.

    “No Russian leader could stand idly by in the face of steps toward NATO membership for Ukraine. That would be a hostile act toward Russia. We would do all in our power to prevent it.” – Vladimir Putin

    Factor in the wars in Chechnya and the Balkans combined with Russiagate and there was a perfect storm.

    Biden is now attempting to act as a metaphorical “port in the storm” to protect an increasingly vulnerable Ukraine.

    Our Proxy War With Russia is Pointless

    Though Ukraine is not a NATO member, it rests on fertile land that some call the breadbasket of Europe. Add in the fact that Ukraine’s land is rich with valuable metals and there is all the more reason for nations to battle over it. However, the war between Russia and Ukraine isn’t our fight.

    Horton, Rand Paul, Donald Trump, and other justice-seekers are questioning why we’ve spent a single penny of taxpayer dollars on the war in Ukraine. Instead of remaining neutral, we’ve stepped into a central role in the war.

    There is no guarantee Ukraine will return the favor in the form of wheat, minerals, or money after the war eventually ends. There is also a chance that Russia wins the war and steals the entirety of Ukraine’s resources for itself.

    If such an outcome occurs, we will have spent billions of taxpayer dollars defending a nation that is not one of our 50 states nor a NATO member.

    The Potential for US Isolation

    Give Horton’s book a read and you’ll learn about how one president after another poked and prodded Russia into warfare. If the provocation continues and the United States refuses to back out of the war, it will be rendered the redheaded stepchild of international relations.

    With each passing day, there is an increasingly greater chance that the United States will end up alienating much of the world. There is also a chance that the United States goes full isolationist after yet another mishap on the international stage.

    Our role as the world’s policeman might soon be coming to an end. Horton, Paul, and Trump agree that now is the time to stop funding Ukraine.

    If we don’t put America first, it will eventually be too late.

    American Government Must Stop Spending

    The worst possible scenario is continued funding for Ukraine and an expansion of the national debt to the point that paying its interest chews up tax revenue. Such an outcome would lead to a default on the debt, a reduced credit rating for the collective of the country, and potentially crippling austerity.

    What would austerity in the United States look like? We might see a gutting of “entitlement” programs. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, student loans, and food stamps might all be eliminated.

    We can avoid such an outcome through financial restraint. Moreover, it would be wise to force Ukraine to pay back the entirety of assistance lent to the nation.

    It doesn’t matter if the recompense takes the form of wheat, rye, barley, precious minerals, or money. What matters is that the United States enjoys reciprocity with Ukraine and every other nation it lends assistance to.

    Hope is on the Horizon

    If you feel dismayed about the state of the world, don’t fret. Donald Trump is here to make it right. If all goes as planned, Trump will halt the Russia-Ukraine war’s escalatory spiral by brokering a peace deal.

    “Biden was saying all the wrong things. When I listened to him speak, I said, this guy’s going to start a war. As you know, for years there was never even talk of Russia going into Ukraine. That would have never happened. Then all of a sudden, they attack. I said, ‘What’s going on here?’ But if you look at the rhetoric from Biden 
 he’s still saying it. This would have never happened if I were president.” – President-elect Donald Trump

    Though a Trump-brokered ceasefire might annex some Ukraine land to Russia, it would end the bloodshed. Such a deal would also build momentum toward Ukraine eventually paying back the entirety of the financial assistance provided by the United States.

  • Over 181 sex crimes, 128 drug offenses, and 148 business offenses, but Hunter Biden will escape the ramifications of his actions with a corrupt DOJ and Joe Biden’s pardon, but there’s more. . .

    Most people go to jail if they’re caught with crack cocaine. It’s five years in the slammer for this drug offense, but Hunter Biden has served zero hours in jail. Most people also spend multiple years in jail if they commit gun crimes. It’s a federal offense. Even though jurors found Biden guilty of lying to a federally licensed gun dealer, making false claims on a gun application that he wasn’t a drug user, and illegally holding guns for 11 days, he’s spent zero years in jail.

    Every crime that Hunter Biden has committed in the last ten years has been pardoned by former president Biden. And there are more pardons to come, with the Department of Justice working to create a list of crimes for which Hunter Biden will escape, Scott free.

    So far there are over 191 sex crimes, hundreds of drug offenses, and 148 business offenses, yet Hunter Biden is apparently above the law. Biden’s laptop exposed more than 450 state and federal violations of the law, but Biden’s new pardon will dismiss it all, including trials that have already found Hunter guilty.

    Why is Joe Covering for Hunter?

    Joe is covering Hunter through a full and unconditional pardon set to start January 1, 2024. Why? Is it just family protection? Is it to absolve his favorite son of his ill deeds? More than likely, Joe is covering his own hide. In 2014, the Deep State and the CIA took over Hunter’s biolab company in the Ukraine, Metabiota, which funded and researched COVID-19 viruses. Joe is running cover for Biden because the money trail and backroom bribes likely also lead to him.

    Two months after Hunter’s company gave a $500,000 investment to Rosemont Seneca, the investment firm that financed the biolab Metabiota, they won a $23.9 million dollar contract from the Department of Defense. Who has to sign off on those contracts? Joe and those who pull Joe’s strings. You can review the contract right here. This is part of the entire Biden family’s pay-to-play scheme, and likely why so many of our taxpayer dollars went to Zelensky and Ukraine. More than $2.4 billion has gone to Ukraine under Biden-Harris.

    Metabiota Worked with NIH, DoD, and EcoHealth Alliance in a Program Called Predict to Anticipate Corona Virus

    There’s one for the Department of Government Efficiency to investigate, for starters, but the crimes Hunter is being absolved of are worrisome for many reasons. Primarily, Metabiota was part of the Deep State’s plan to bring Coronavirus to the people of the world so they’d be forced to take a deadly bioweapon in the form of vaccines contracted out to Pfizer and Moderna. It’s not just money laundering, cocaine use, and sex trafficking that Hunter is part of. He’s part of the murderous plan to eliminate millions of the population through vaccines, as elaborated upon by Bill Gates.

    Isn’t it odd that the founder of Metabiota called his company’s work, “VIRUS HUNTERS”? His program colluded with Fauci and the NIH, the DoD, and EcoHealth Alliance as part of a team to predict Corona.

    The Bidens knew exactly what they were investing in via Rosemont Seneca and Metabiota. They were part of the government's homicide against the world. There was nothing to predict. It was all premeditated.

    As one article accurately states, Metabiota worked with government agencies, bilateral donors, banks, and the private sector to figure out how “probable” a pandemic is. It shouldn’t be determining public policy on virus control when it was helping to create the very problem that Pfizer and Moderna would be paid to “solve.”

    Hunter’s Worst Crime

    With Hunter’s rap sheet as long as Michael Phelp’s arm, it isn’t the sex, drug, and business pardons that are the most troubling. If Joe Biden’s pardon stays firm, then Hunter will get away with literal murder.

  • Before MAGA voters came out in force to vote for President-elect Donald Trump in a landslide victory, there was another kind of American hero–those who fought for freedom, the freedom that relies on fair elections. For their efforts, the federal government hunted these men and women down and put them in jail.

    No matter what you think about J6, it obviously wasn’t an insurrection. For one thing, no one was charged with that crime. For another, why would a group of insurrectionists in the most armed nation on earth show up at the Capitol armed with megaphones and umbrellas?

    And why would they bring grandmothers and kids along?

    That’s what Treniss Evans conveyed in an interview with Shemane Nugent on Real America’s Voice. Nugent had Evans on to talk about his new book Call It Insurrection, Comrade: January 6th—None Dare Call It Justice.

    Treniss Evans was there on J6. He made his way inside the Capitol. Was he trying to overthrow the U.S. Government? If you think about it, the proposition that J6 was an insurrection is absurd and the people who promote it are obviously trying to dupe the American public.

    Retired General Michael Flynn–who knows a lot about the weaponization of the Department of Justice and the lawfare it relies on–wrote, “Treniss Evans stands as an unwavering beacon of truth in the tumultuous aftermath of January 6th.”

    Americans have been thirsting for truth for a long while, and some have died from it. Jesus thirsted too. Leftists hate truth as much as the Pharisees who wanted Jesus dead and are as clueless as the Roman soldier who gave Jesus vinegar to quench his thirst for the salvation of souls.

    Simply put, J6 was a demonstration that got out of hand because the truth had been obscured. The election was, in fact, unconstitutional. States such as Pennsylvania changed election rules without legislative approval, which is against the state's constitution. That fact alone could have changed the election outcome by making it unfair.

    No matter which way you slice it, the 2020 election was–at the very least–highly suspect. Government officials and judges put their heads in the sand and caused distrust to breed like a sexed-up colony of rabbits. The demonstration at the Capitol on J6 wasn't only warranted, it was necessary. That it got out of hand is unfortunate, but that doesn't make it an insurrection.

    No law enforcement officers died in the line of duty on J6. There was property damage, but it was nowhere near the scale of the BLM riots in 2020 that caused $1-2 billion in damage.

    During the BLM protests, “574 were declared riots with violence and other criminal acts.” Over 2,000 law enforcement officers were injured during the first weeks of the “protests”.

    According to The Hill, “Capitol Police reported 114 officers were injured on Jan. 6, 2021.” Granted, that’s 114 too many–the demonstration got out of hand due to the historical and emotional gravity of the situation and the fact that Vice President Pence failed to abide by his duty to ensure a fair election had occurred–but it pales in comparison to the BLM riots that look a lot more like an insurrection than J6 ever could.

    In short, J6 looks more like a minor scuffle than the all-out warfare of the BLM chaos. So why all the attention on J6?

    Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland vowed to relentlessly pursue people who participated in J6 "whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally responsible for the assault on democracy."

    Garland went so far as to compare J6 to the War of 1812 when the British Army burned the Capitol, the President’s house, and other public buildings in 1814. Garland’s sense of history is as delusional as the FBI going after Traditional Catholics for being radical right-wing threats to America.

    And Then There Was Pelosi

    Why has the government gone to great lengths to paint the J6 riots as an insurrection? Trump Derangement Syndrome has something to do with it, but could hatred and fear of Trump cause big-level government officials to engineer a riot so they could call it an insurrection? Ask Treniss Evans.

    The biased J6 Committee was so brazenly committed to creating the illusion of an insurrection that newly appointed U.N. Ambassador and former House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik said, “As I said from day one, Nancy Pelosi’s sham January 6th Committee was illegitimate and unconstitutional. It should come as a surprise to no one that Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney’s fake committee illegally deleted records of their sham investigation and obstructed justice.”

    Over at the FBI, they can't even remember how many paid informants it had on the ground on J6. Do you believe that?

    Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi even admitted that it was her fault the National Guard wasn’t at the Capitol on J6.

    These actions taken together look more like a combination of Maoism and Stalinism tempered by Critical Theory and cooked over a fire of Trump Derangement Syndrome. Can you say, “Hello, Comrade”? The Leftists seem to be demanding as much.

    If it smells like a fish and flip-flops like one when it is pulled out of the swamp, it’s fishy for sure. The Left’s subterfuge and shadow play around the 2020 election and J6 are on their own enough to cause American unease to boil over. We are a free people and we aim to keep that way.

    People who are lied to for too long either acquiesce and fall into a kind of stupor or they demand the truth. Patriots demand the truth. It’s that simple.

    KISS

    Treniss Evans was sentenced to 3 years of probation, including 20 days of intermittent incarceration, and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine and $500 in restitution for “knowingly entering and remaining in a restricted building.”

    The sentence does not reflect the hell he went through for showing up at J6 to demand the truth. Armed FBI agents raided Evans’ family and put guns to his son's head because he was there on J6.

    For what? Trespassing.

    On J6, while outside the Capitol, Evans spoke through the megaphone: “I don’t support looting, I don’t support violence, I support a peaceful protest to put them on notice that we the people demand justice,” he told the crowd. Justice and truth go hand in hand. Without one, you can't get to the other.

    Evans then stepped through a broken window into the Senate Wing of the Capitol building. Does that deserve having a gun put to your son’s head?

    Evans still has a megaphone. This time it's the written word. The truth is a simple matter more often than not. Evans tells his story in Call It Insurrection, Comrade: January 6th.

    DOGE Might Hire Ron Paul to SAVE America

    The trio of Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Ron Paul might be enough to cut government spending to the bare minimum

    The newly-formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) might soon include none other than Ron Paul. Paul, the father of Kentucky Senator Rand, is famous for his third-party presidential run back in 2008.

    Ron Paul to the Rescue

    Though Ron Paul lost his presidential bid, he is permanently seared into the memories of Americans ages 30 and older. Paul’s unconventional approach to governance is characterized by minimalism, pragmatism, and refreshing honesty.

    It looks like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will consult with Paul when operating DOGE. Paul has valuable insight and ideas into how to pare back federal government spending.

    Though there is some bureaucratic red tape in the way of major spending cuts, DOGE’s suggestions are guaranteed to save Americans plenty of money. Alterations to federal outlays will pave a path toward reduced spending and possibly even a balanced budget.

    The pressing question is whether DOGE will eventually be able to make a dent in the nation’s ever-expanding debt. The DOGE trio might be able to convince lawmakers to reduce spending on three-letter agencies, especially if Paul makes the pitch.

    Paul, a beltway renegade, just might have enough political cachet to change minds in the hallowed halls of Congress.

    Ron Paul Deserves a Second Chance

    If Americans elected Paul to the presidency in 2008, the United States would be a completely different place today. Paul’s ideas range from ending the federal reserve to returning the nation’s currency to the gold standard, and axing a wide array of government agencies.

    “I thank President Trump for making sure that Elon Musk and I are in a position to start the mass deportations of millions of unelected federal bureaucrats out of the D.C. bureaucracy." – Vivek Ramaswamy

    Ideally, Paul would highlight the most egregious forms of bureaucracy ripe for elimination and Musk would take a chainsaw to them. The American government reformation project of 2025 would be similar to that occurring in Javier Milei’s Argentina.

    Paul Remembers When America was Great

    Born in the 1930s, Ron Paul has a unique perspective. Paul remembers the days of limited government interference, tariff funding of government, and the nuclear family.

    America was great all the way up until the early aughts. We’ve been in a tailspin since 9/11 and the Great Recession of 2008. If Paul were elected after the recession hit, we would no longer be tethered to a corrupt federal reserve.

    Ideally, Paul would convince Musk, Ramaswamy, and D.C. lawmakers to end the federal reserve altogether. The elimination of the federal reserve in combination with all three-letter agencies would provide a golden opportunity to cut taxes. Tax cuts stimulate the economy.

    Paul’s ax-chopping of the federal bureaucracy might eventually culminate in decentralization of power to the states. Such a federalist approach in which state governments have more power would reduce the federal tax burden and address the nation’s $35 trillion debt.

    Individual states could easily handle the work of the FBI, ATF, and possibly even the NSA. Though the CIA appears to be necessary for gathering foreign intelligence, it is one of the few essential three-letter agencies.

    Paul Might Recommend Moving Lawmaking out of DC

    There are some rumblings that President-elect Donald Trump is fond of the idea of shifting America’s federal lawmaking body out of the beltway. Trump reportedly likes the idea of relocating portions of the federal government to the Midwest.

    Paul might recommend a transition of federal operations to his home of Texas or a nearby state in the “heart of it all” such as Ohio, Kansas, or Arkansas. Such a shift would be cost-effective as land, buildings, operations, and life in general are cheaper in the center of the country.

    More importantly, a relocation of the federal government to the nation’s center would put lawmakers back in touch with everyday Americans. Federal lawmakers would reconnect with the backbone of the country that works in manufacturing plants and grows the crops.

    Such a reconnection would foster a better understanding of the average American’s perspective. Ron and Rand Paul are among the minority of politicians who understand what average Americans value: individual agency, personal liberty, and most importantly, small government.

    Be Patient as DOGE Takes Shape

    Though Ron Paul might not end up working for DOGE, he can inspire it from afar. Paul will indirectly transmit ideas through his son, Rand, or even by way of social media.

    As is often said, patience is a virtue. DOGE might not make a meaningful impact in its first year or even across Trump’s next term. However, as long as the agency remains in existence, it will gradually reshape America in the vision of Ron Paul.
