Through Raw, Grilled, Boiled I aim to share my life in rural Japan, what it’s like to live in Wazuka as a tea farmer while being obsessed with regionality and hyperlocal foods. Here, I am sharing my journey as told from the local wisdom and local environments, immersing myself in the Japanese food culture.
