In a new lawsuit he filed yesterday, Dan Schneider (the man behind shows like âZoey 101â and âThe Amanda Showâ) is accusing the âQuiet on Setâ production team of defaming him. The ID docuseries details alleged abuse and misconduct at Nickelodeon, with a lot of the showâs focus on Schneider. But while Schneider recently apologized for some of his past behavior, heâs now claiming that the doc and its trailer imply that he was sexually inappropriate with some of the child actors on his shows. Schneider wants a jury trial to clear his name, but weâll have to see if this all plays out in public.

Come on Aunt Babs, let's get you to bed. On Monday, living legend Barbra Streisand asked her friend (and former duet partner) Melissa McCarthy if she was using Ozempic. But the problem for Babs is that she asked the question in the comment section of one of the âBridesmaidsâ starâs Instagram posts - for everyone to see. Oops! And people had a field day with it online. Now, both Melissa and Barbra are speaking up about the singing iconâs accidental flub. And from the looks of it, "funny girl" Melissa is not letting it ârain on her parade.â

Britney Spears has finally closed the book on her conservatorship. Last Friday, the âToxicâ singer settled with her father, failed gym owner Jamie Spears, and agreed to pay him a rumored $2 million to help cover his legal fees from their conservatorship battle. That payout comes at a time where her friends are worried about how sheâs handling her money. Sources tell Page Six and TMZ that Britneyâs burning through her money at an alarming rate. And theyâre worried that #FreedBritney might be on her way to becoming #BrokeBritney.

Looks like Ellen DeGeneres is trying to stage a comeback...whether we like it or not. The comedian - once known for her âbe kindâ message - has been off the grid for the last couple of years after being accused by staff members of some pretty unkind behavior on her now-defunct talk show. But now Ellen is going back to her roots and performing stand-up again, even joking about being âkicked out of show business.â Thereâve been mixed reactions to Ellenâs return to the stage. So will she be able to "dance" her way back into relevance, or will her comeback fall flat?

Last year, Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell starred in the rom-com, âAnyone But You.â And despite so-so reviews, it turned out to be a legit box office smash, raking in more than $200 million in ticket sales. The movieâs success might have had something to do with their off-screen chemistry, which was on full display during the promo push for the movie. Sydney and Glenâs flirtiness was off-the-charts on red carpets and photo shoots, and it got people thinking they were romantically involved (even though they were both in relationships). But now, in a New York Times article, Glen and Sydney are both giving us the inside story on whether the heat between them was real or just acting.

Are Kyle Richardsâs days on âThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsâ numbered? A source told the Daily Mail that Bravoâs had it with Kyle being so cagey about her relationship with country singer, Morgan Wade. That source seems to think that if the OG cast member doesnât start dishing about it soon - on camera - she may get the axe. Enter former RHOBH cast member Lisa Vanderpump! When she was asked about Kyle and Morgan, she gave us plenty to âmunchâ on. And sheâs not the only one. Rihannaâs got Kyleâs "love (life) on the brain" too, and has her own theories about whatâs going down with Morgan.

Is Chris Pratt the neighbor from hell? The âGuardians of the Galaxyâ star and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, recently plopped down $12.5 million for a 1950s home in ritzy Brentwood, California - and then promptly tore it down. And now the couple is facing a ton of online hate for razing what SurveyLA called a âpotentially historic homeâ and replacing it with a huge 15,000-square-foot two-story home. Looks like someoneâs not a "guardian" of mid-century architecture.

Over the weekend, Taylor Swift dropped a new double album, âThe Tortured Poetâs Department,â and her Swifties lost their minds. Theyâve been examining the lyrics for clues as to who sheâs singing about. Theyâre calling attention to references about two of Taylorâs exes, Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy, as well as her current man, Travis Kelce. And a lot of people are sure that the album also includes a callout to her beef with Kim Kardashian. Dropping a double album in the midst of a massive world tour is definitely a flex. What can we say? God works hard, but Taylor Swift works harder.

Kanye West is making headlines...again. The controversial rapper - who now goes by Ye - allegedly got physical late Tuesday night at the infamous Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. According to police, Ye slugged an unidentified man in the face after he âpushedâ and âgrabbedâ Yeâs wife, Bianca Censori. But a rep for the âFlashing Lightsâ rapper says it was more than just pushing and grabbing - it was more like full-on physical and sexual assault. This isnât the first time Yeâs been accused of physical violence, but with those other incidents, he didnât face any criminal charges. But will he this time?

Movie producer Carol Baum (âFather of the Bride,â "Buffy the Vampire Slayerâ) probably wishes sheâd just kept her mouth shut. Last week, during a Q&A sesh after a screening of âDead Ringersâ - a movie she produced in the 80s - Baum started ripping into Sydney Sweeney for her performance in the rom-com, âAnyone But You.â She called the âEuphoriaâ star ânot prettyâ and pointedly said she âcanât act.â After Carolâs comments were made public, it didnât take long for Sydneyâs supporters to clap back. Looks like in the future, Carol should watch what words her mouth âproduces.â

Courtney Love is pulling no punches! In a new interview with the UKâs Evening Standard to promote her BBC series, âCourtney Loveâs Women,â the former Hole frontwoman seems to be showing anything but âloveâ for some of todayâs music queens. Sheâs dragging Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey and BeyoncĂ© - a pretty bold move considering just how devoted their fanbases are. Looks like this is just Courtney being Courtney. But the question is, with all the shade sheâs throwing, is she just digging herself a âhole?â

Coachella is off and running. The two-weekend SoCal music festival kicked off this past weekend with headliners Lana Del Rey, Tyler the Creator and Doja Cat. Gwen Stefani also reunited with her band No Doubt - for the first time in almost a decade - and brought out special guest Olivia Rodrigo. And speaking of surprise guests, during her performance, RenĂ©e Rapp called Kesha to the stage to sing her banger âTiK ToK.â And while the stars were doing their thing onstage, A-listers in the crowd gave people plenty more to talk about. Tayvis was there in full lovey-dovey mode, and were not the only celebs packing on the PDA. Both Billie Eilish and actor Evan Peters were seen smooching people. So we wonder what weekend #2 has in store for us.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are headed to court. Even though the âStep Upâ stars announced they were divorcing back in 2018, they still havenât finalized things. And it looks like the hold up has been over money. A lot of it. Jenna says sheâs owed a big piece of Channingâs profits from the âMagic Mikeâ franchise, since it was their marital moolah that helped finance the first flick. But Channing says heâs grown the franchise a ton after they split up. This high profile celebrity divorce trial is on the books for December, and theyâll be calling each other as witnesses. So buckle up, Richies, and get ready for their legal âlast dance.â

Are Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright headed for divorce? Back in February, the husband and wife cast members from Bravoâs new reality show âThe Valleyâ announced that they were separating. This isnât the first time theyâve hit a rough patch. A few years back, when they were both on âVanderpump Rules,â Jax cheated on Brittany, and they split up for awhile. This time around, rumors of infidelity are once again front and center - and Brittany and Jax are setting the record straight. So will the reality couple reunite, or will Jax get the ax?

O.J. Simpson is dead. His family announced the news this morning on his X account, saying he lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday. He leaves behind a complicated and controversial legacy. While he initially gained fame as a football great who segued into several movie roles, he became better known for his murder trial. Back in the mid-90s, he was put on trial for the murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman. That trial - which was televised - captivated the nation and ended with an acquittal that shocked almost everybody. And now - with his death - people are weighing in online with their thoughts. And Richies, those thoughts are decidedly mixed.

JoJo Siwa is all grown-up, and she wants you to know it. On Friday, the former âDance Momsâ cast member dropped her new song âKarma,â along with the music vid. They show a new look and sound for JoJo, who has ditched her signature bow and family-friendly image for an edgier vibe. While out promoting her music, JoJo told Billboard she wants to start a new genre of music she calls âgay pop.â People online reacted strongly to this, pointing to the many LGBTQ+ artists who came before her. (Elton John, Frank Ocean, Boy George, Lady Gaga anyone?) So far, JoJo doesnât seem too bothered by all the backlash. Looks like she might really be in her âbad girlâ era.

Morgan Wallen is living up to his reputation as country musicâs bad boy. On Sunday night, the âLast Nightâ singer allegedly tossed a chair off the sixth-floor roof of a Nashville bar. It landed very close to police officers, who promptly arrested him on felony reckless endangerment charges. This is hardly his first run-in with the law. (Remember his 2020 arrest for drunk and disorderly conduct?) But sources are saying this public meltdown has everything to do with news about his ex-fiancĂ©e (and baby mama), KT Smith. It all sounds like prime inspo for Morganâs next country hit.

Sacha Baron Cohen is making more news. On Friday, he and wife Isla Fisher publicly announced that theyâve filed for divorce after 13 years of marriage. This comes just days after Sachaâs former âThe Brothers Grimsbyâ co-star Rebel Wilson released her memoir, in which she writes about what an âassholeâ he is. The timing of the divorce announcement is definitely sus. So did all that drama with Rebel have anything to do with Sacha and Isla spilling the divorce news?

Jennifer Lopez has been busy. Sheâs been pushing her new album, âThis is Me...Now,â a music video-movie-musical (???) and her documentary, âThe Greatest Love Story Never Told.â But reviews on all three are mixed, with plenty of people online roasting her. And, to make matters worse, ticket sales for her upcoming tour have been so poor that shows are being canceled. So we gotta ask, is the tide turning on Jenny from the Block?
