  • For most of his 13+ years at The Playboy Mansion, Deandre Massey worked as a butler during the "graveyard shift". You would think that would be the best shift, with all of the parties and events, and Deandre might not disagree.

It wasn't all fun and games though. Deandre did find time to catch some zzz's. Deandre tells us that one of his favorite spots was the exact spot where we did this interview from, the iconic tiger print coach that was a fixture at Playboy Mansion West for over 40 years. There are pictures of that couch everywhere, including our website rbmayhemshow.com. Host Victoria Fuller even had an extracurricular event happen on that couch. Wonder what that was?

The gang talk about some of the nightly butler duties, besides napping of course. Also, because it was the "graveyard" shift, the group managed to sneak in a few possible haunting stories. Host Brian Olea remembers his with great detail. See if you believe if The Mansion was haunted by one of the former owners...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • Michael Berk, co-creator of the Guinness World Recorded Breaking TV show "Baywatch", tells us all about how the hit-show came to be. But first, we find out how his relationship with Hugh Hefner and Playboy started.

Michael Berk became a regular at Playboy's "Movie Night". He shares the story of how he first got invited to The Mansion and how it was beneficial to get on Mary O'Connor's good side. Don't know who Mary is? Just listen to what Victoria Fuller has to say about Mary and Hef's relationship. The gang then discuss the seating assignments, at the preceding dinner, and who sat where for the weekly movie watching event.

As for Michael's "day job", he has screenwriting and producing in his blood. His uncle, Sherwood Schwartz, was responsible for two of their respective decades biggest hits; "Gilligan's Island" (60's) and "The Brady Bunch" (70's). Michael sold his first movie, to CBS, before he even started high school but one of his crown jewels has to be the cultural phenomenon, "Baywatch". You know, that show that once had over a BILLION viewers worldwide per episode. The whole back story is told with vivid detail, from the slow-motion shots to the casting of Miss February '90, Pamela Anderson.

We'll definitely have Michael back for more amazing stories but he might be busy for a while. He drops a hint that might have fans of red bathing suits a little giddy...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • She's Playboy's Playmate of the Month for June '85. For 25 years, he was Ridge Forrester, on the "Bold & The Beautiful", but together Devin DeVasquez and Ronn Moss make the perfect couple.

We start with Ronn saying "I don't give a rat's ass about fashion" and we end with Ronn singing "Crazy For You", a new song he penned for his wife of almost 15 years. In between, you'll hear all about both of their stories that led them to where they are today and it's been quite a ride for both.

Before she even shot for Playboy, Devin was wooed by late legendary musician Prince. Their first meeting should be made into a movie but Devin gives us plenty of details. After hearing Devin's recollection of her brief romance with the pop icon, you may want to grab her book, "The Day It Snowed In April: A Memoir".

Devin's hubby does it all. Ever heard the opening bass riff in Player's "Baby Come Back"? That would be Ronn. Ever watched "The Bold and the Beautiful"? Then you know who Ridge Forester is. The man even took pictures of host Victoria Fuller when she was 8 months pregnant. Ronn has a new album out called "Surprise Trip Love" and we even get to hear him sing one of those songs.

Between the two, there are too many stories (and scarves) but you have to hear how they reconnected. (They met 18 years before their relationship began filming a movie called "Hot Child In The City")

Needless to say, we're big fans of DevRonn and you will be too after hearing this episode...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • Miss December 2010, Ashley Hobbs, returns to talk about her time at The Mansion, Steel Panther nights, the Bunny House and her fondness for cannabis.

Brian, Jenn, Victoria and Ashley open up this episode talking about the old Steel Panther days, the legendary Metal parody band. You have to hear them discuss some of the bands titles. Brian also asks the two former Bunny House residents, Ashley & Jenn, about "Topless Tanning Tuesdays" and "Fun In The Sun". The ladies clearly took their tanning seriously.

Ashley and the gang talk about the protocol for Playmates at Mansion parties and how they were always protected, by security or staff. You'll have to hear what rule was not tolerated.

Ashley has been keeping herself busy, even though she lives the "Island Life". She has her own podcast "Cocktails With Dimples and the Beard, a new coloring book "Coloring Stoned" (https://a.co/d/1yF3MlU). Cannabis is a big part of her life. After all, you don't get the nickname "Baked Bunny" for nothing...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • Ashley Hobbs started out as one of hundreds of models, for an open Playboy casting call, but before the year was over, she would become Miss December 2010.

Her story is quite remarkable and Ashley shares all the details with us. It started with her California family vacation, which just so happened to be at the same time as that open call. We all know where it ends…in the gatefold of the December 2010 issue of Playboy Magazine. After listening to her story, it’s easy to see why she stood out over ALL of the others.

There are great stories about legendary Playboy photographer, Arny Freytag, who also shot host Jennifer Pershing's centerfold. Ashley recounts what happened at her Centerfold shoot. Then, the gang discussed how Playboy handled tattoos and piercings. Ashley had to actually take one of her piercings out. If you’re squeamish, don’t listen to her go into detail about getting that specific piercing and where it was. There’s also an interesting tidbit on airbrushing.

Ashley will be back for part II. She'll tell us more about “Island Life” and what she's been working on. Mahalo, Miss Hobbs…And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • If you listen to this show regularly, you hear a lot about the Playboy Mansion Butler’s Pantry. This episode will be just like eavesdropping on one of those meetings. Any topic at any time. We have two butlers; host Brian Olea and guest Dann Gibb, and two Playmates; you should know who they both are; Miss March ‘09 and Miss January ‘96.

Dann starts off by talking about how he got hired at the Playboy Mansion and the first event he worked. That event was Easter and Victoria Fuller, the GOAT of the Playboy Mansion Easter Egg Hunts, sounds like she's ready for more competition. Dann also shares the story about the best gift he gave Hef and the origin of "The Worst Butler Ever".

Brian asks Dann about what some of the duties the butlers had to perform which spurs a Rogue Bunny VIP question that Jennifer Pershing asks. Dann's big into history and talks a little about the famous grounds, before and after Mr. Hefner owned the property. There's also a great story about a private tour that Dann gave to a rock icon. It wasn't a "Dream On' either…And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • Audra Lynn, Miss October ‘03, rejoins the show to discuss a variety of Mansion myths, memories and maybe even a ghost story.

The first thing host Brian Olea wanted to do in this episode was put to rest the rumor that the Play Mansion had underground secret tunnels. In his 20+ years there, the man walked every inch of those grounds. Audra even gives a little history lesson about the legendary estate.

The gang even take you deep down into the basement of Mr. Hefner’s former house, to tell you what was really in the cellar. Victoria even comes up with a sponsor.

One of our favorite stories (and Playmates), from past shows, was Miss May '06 Alison Waite’s ghost story. Since Audra got the opportunity to live inside The Mansion, Jennifer Pershing asked Audra if she ever experienced anything similar. The answer is a little spooky. Too early for Halloween? There’s even a mention of a possible séance on “Girls Next Door”.

After all the ghost talk, there is a great conversation about “spiritual warfare” or the battle between good and evil. Audra knows a lot about that too, given that she gives so much of her time to fighting human trafficking. Once again, for information about human trafficking, Audra suggests visiting safehouseproject.org, untrafficked.org or calling 888-373-7888. We’ll let everyone know when Audra's new site godwinstoday.org is up and running.

    …And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • It seems like Audra Lynn spends all of her time helping others. She has a successful business, Famous Skin Care For Dogs, and with whatever free-time she has left she helps combat the rising number of human trafficking cases, not only in the US but abroad.

As host Brian Olea put it, "this won't be your regular Rogue Bunnies Mayhem episode" but we wanted people to be aware of the human trafficking issue that Audra, and many others, are dealing with and fighting on a daily basis. The statistics are utterly alarming.

The Playmate of the Month for October '03 does get a chance to talk about her business, in which she already found a new client. Host Jennifer Pershing is a believer in Famous Growth Shampoo & Conditioner. Yes, humans can use it too. Have you seen Audra's hair?

Victoria Fuller and Audra discuss how serious Mr. Hefner took security and keeping the models safe, at The Mansion and beyond its walls. Victoria mentions that the curfew may not have been popular to all of Hef's girlfriends but the reasons were for everyone's protection.

For information about human trafficking, Audra recommends visiting safehouseproject.org, untrafficked.org or calling 888-373-7888. Be on the lookout for Audra's new site godwinstoday.org.

Audra will be back in the next episode for some more great Mansion stories so we'll be able to tell you...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • La pequeña diosa, Olga Loera, has been featured in publications all over the world but she says she owes most of it to the Playboy Family.

Olga tells hosts Brian Olea, Victoria Fuller and Jennifer Pershing all about her beginnings. Those beginnings, as far as Playboy goes, started by doing hair & makeup at the Playboy Mansion. She says she owes a BIG “thank you” to Miss March ‘02, Tina Jordan. Olga remembers turning Playboy down the first time because, as she says, “I was a pendeja”. She also ONLY had four weeks to get ready for her first photo shoot. Why do we emphasize “only”? You’ll have to listen to know how impressive that feat really was.

Next, the gang discuss body painting, a staple at Mansion parties. Victoria, with a little help from Miss Tina Jordan again, is responsible for the introduction between renowned body paint artist, Mark Frazier, and The Mansion. If you don’t know who Mark is, you’ve probably seen his work since it’s been featured on every TV channel, just about, and hundreds of publications.

With Olga, we couldn’t have picked a better person to launch Rogue Bunny International so stay tuned for more information about that. Viva Olga Loera…Y el caos continúa! Sorry, we got carried away…And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • She's the Playmate of the Month for September 2009. Her husband is a rock star. She's a successful mother of two but we know her as Kimberly Phillips, Bunny House alum.

Brian Olea starts by asking Kimberly about going from Playmate to motherhood. Victoria Fuller and Jennifer Pershing also discuss how that transition went for them, although Victoria's daughter spent a lot of time at The Mansion. Kimberly then talks about the advantages and disadvantages of being married to a successful touring musician, Todd Morse. One day we'll get the happy couple on together. Kimberly does bring up an interesting fact about how she met her husband and that person just so happens to be a host on this show.

Jenn and Kimberly talk about their time together at the Bunny House. That residence almost became a spinoff of The Girls Next Door. But the one story you have to hear is when the girls, and Hef, played around on the website Chatroulette....And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • His older sister moved up to Playboy Mansion just as Colin was becoming a teenager. Colin Wilkinson's first trip to the legendary Mansion, and his sister's new home, happened way before he graduated high school. Just those events alone make his teenage years a little different from others.

Colin talks about some of his favorite Mansion memories, from meeting Hugh Hefner to some of the "+1's" that he brought up to a few of the Mansion parties. He had to be ONE popular guy in high school.

Jennifer Pershing and Victoria Fuller ask him who were some of the favorite playmates that he met and what "Girls Next Door" episodes stand out the most. Colin also opens up about an episode of "Kendra On Top" that he remembers quite clearly. He even tells Brian Olea that he dated a playmate for a little over a year. Find out who that was...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • Julie McCullough, Playmate of the Month for February ’86, is back for part II and does she ever have some strong opinions in this episode. You’ll have to hear her, as host Jennifer Pershing liked to say, ”spill the tea” on those that are attacking Hugh Hefner & Playboy.

Julie openly discusses how she feels about the people that are trying to ruin Hugh Hefner and the Playboy brand. There aren't many people that know Mr. Hefner and the family as well as her. "Miss Julie'' lived with Kim and the boys for almost 10 years. She spent just about every day at or around The Mansion. She respected her “Boss" and talked about what an amazing man and friend he was. She has a hard time with those that are trying to smear his reputation.

Before all of that, Brian Olea and Victoria Fuller asked Jewels about her favorite Halloween costume. Over the years, she went to quite a few of those parties and you have to hear what her favorite costume was. They also talk about Julie's relationship with Kimberly Conrad and the change at The Mansion after Kim and Hef’s separation. It was Julie that packed those early parties with her A-List celebrity friends. As you’ll hear, she had quite the rolodex. (you youngsters will have to look that word up). You'll love the line about the three things she showed in her Playboy pictorial too.

She spills the tea alright...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • Whether you know her as Miss February '86, "The Funny Bunny", "Julie" from Growing Pains or just Jewels, you have to LOVE her. Host Brian Olea even admits to his crush.

Julie spent a lot of time in and around The Playboy Mansion. As she told Victoria Fuller and Jennifer Pershing, "I literally was the real girl next door". Julie shares what she misses most about her time at The Mansion and talks about a few of the animals that she developed a close bond with. Jenn even coined a new nickname for Jules. Not like she needs another moniker. Julie knew the grounds inside and out. She even used that knowledge to help a Hollywood heartthrob take a "secret" excursion. Speaking of celebrities, Julie was asked which ones she met, at The Mansion, that had her in awe (and she met a lot of them).

Julie has so many stories. We couldn't possibly fit them into one episode so she'll be back in our next episode. You won't want to miss that. She has some great words for those who speak out against Hugh Hefner and Playboy...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • It was about time we got Patti Wilkinson to be a guest on our show and she is SO much more than "Kendra's mom".

Patti tells hosts Brian Olea, Victoria Fuller and Jennifer Pershing about her first trip up to The Mansion. She even brought her mom. They wanted to see what kind of man Mr. Hefner was and, like always, Hef did not disappoint. Patti knew, after that meeting, that her daughter was in a great place. Speaking of her daughter, the gang discusses what a "spitfire" she was but she had a hard time keeping her room clean. Then again, as a teenager, who doesn't?

Patti loved coming up for The Mansion parties, especially "Midsummer Night's Dream". In case you were wondering, Patti didn't bring her mom to that one! There's a great story about an outfit that Patti wanted to wear but someone else had other ideas.

Jenn asks Patti who were some of the favorite celebrities that she met. Being an avid sports fan, her list won't surprise you. What might surprise you is the celeb that wanted to marry her, every time he saw her.

Patti holds Hugh Hefner in such high regards and gives such a wonderful answer in her "Homage To Hef"...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • There are no guests this week, it's just hosts Brian Olea, Victoria Fuller and Jennifer Pershing with our version of the "State of the Union". Or should it be "State of the Mayhem"?

We hope you're not hungry because the trio talk about food to start with. All three agree that The Mansion's finger sandwiches are sorely missed. You'll be shocked to hear what Jenn's favorite snack is. (If you listen to the show regularly, it will not be a shock). What may shock you is what Brian used to make himself for a quick bite.

Victoria talks about some of the new ventures for Rogue Bunnies. If you ever wanted to be a Rogue Bunny, make sure you pay attention. Is there another Rogue Party in the future? Victoria addresses that too.

Brian has a very important message to the Playboy Mansion conspiracy theorists out there. He worked at the Playboy Mansion for almost 20 years so he knows of what he speaks.

All three discuss what a kind, thoughtful, charitable and caring man Mr. Hefner was. Like Brian says, "if he was the awful person that some people try to portray him to be, you think I would have worked for him for 20 years?". There's also an interesting fact about a Southern California landmark that "The Boss" had a hand in renovating.

We hope you enjoy our "State of the Union". It HAS to be more entertaining than the one they do in Washington DC every year, right? Plus, you won't have to wait for the applause to stop!...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • She's back! Miss Ava Fabian, Playmate of the Month for February '86, entertains us with more of her amazing Playboy memories.

Ava picks up right where we left off in the previous episode. She tells Brian, Jenn & Victoria all about Hef's relationship with Kimberly Conrad, or "ma'am" as Brian refers to her, from their first date to attending their wedding. Ava remembers the guest list, from the aforementioned wedding, and being honored to be one of only a few playmates that were able to attend. (We think you'll know the other names)

As we all know, that marriage didn't last but guess who was there when the Mansion doors opened again to host the renowned parties? If you guessed "Ava Fabian", well done. You'll hear about the return of the "Midsummer Night's Dream" party and some of the guests that attended, a few came with Ava.

You have to hear the "Wet & F*#king Wild" story too. The crazy thing is, as you'll hear at the end, we only reached 2004. There's still 20 more years of Ava's amazing life. With stories this good, you have not heard the last of this legendary Playboy model. If we have to guess it'll probably be for another two-parter so keep listening...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • Ava Fabian, Playmate of the Month for August '86, has already lived the life that most of us have dreamt of. She's appeared in numerous films and television shows, had her own LA nightclub and "rubbed elbows" with just about every celebrity. Like hosts Victoria Fuller and Jennifer Pershing said, "Ava knows everybody!"

How could we possibly fit all of her stories in one episode? Well, we couldn't. In Part One, Ava tells the story of how Playboy discovered her. Then, we find out all about "Ava's", her nightclub/restaurant that was filled with celebrities on a nightly basis, even Mr. Hefner made an appearance (or two).

Her stories are endless and filled with vivid detail. There's one about a legendary pop icon who used to come and visit her club late-night, smoke bombs and a sportscaster's disposable camera. Ava and Victoria Fuller also recount their 'Bunny Suit World Tour".

If this wasn't enough, don't worry. Ava will be back next week for Part Two!...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • Happy New Year!! We promised you a Part II so hosts Brian Olea, Jennifer Pershing and Victoria Fuller picked out more of their favorite segments from the past year.

In this week's "Look Back at 2023", we have segments about Henry Winkler, Tripping Balls, Denny's and shots with Lars.

You'll hear from Playmates Angel Boris (Miss July '96), Donna Perry (Miss November '94), Carly Lauren (Miss October '13), Alison Waite (Miss May '06) and Terri Harrison (Miss October '02). We would never leave out that memorable segment with Dr. Butler Bryant Horowitz either.

Thank you for taking this journey with us. We hope you've enjoyed your peak under The Playboy Mansion curtain. We plan to keep entertaining you throughout 2024 and we hope you keep listening...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • Happy Holidays to everyone! We could not do this show without all of our listeners so here is a little token of our appreciation.

Hosts Brian Olea, Jennifer Pershing and Victoria Fuller picked out their favorite segments, from the past year, and we've created two shows for you.

In Part One, we have segments from Marston Hefner, Alison Reynolds & Joel Berliner (Hef's Party Posse), Amber Campisi, Miss February '05, and Playmate of the Month for May '98, Miss Deanna Brooks.

You'll hear great stories about Christmas at The Mansion, Eric Clapton, underwear and "Yoga for Sex". How's that for eclectic?

Enjoy Part 1 of our "Best Of Compilation" and make sure to hear more stories, in Part 2, which will come out next year. (that's only a week away)...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟

  • This week's show is our final recording from the Rogue Bunnies Mansion 2.0 Party, from Vegas back in September, and we saved the best for last.

Let us preface this by stating that this episode was recorded after 2a (the party started at 8:30p). Hosts Brian Olea and Jennifer Pershing had been talking ALL night and possibly imbibing with a few cocktails. There, you've been forewarned!

All-in-all, there were 17 Playboy Playmates (NEVER say "former Playmate"), and current Rogue Bunnies, at the inaugural Rogue Bunnies Bash. We got 6 of those beauties to come on and recap the night's festivities, that's including our two hosts Miss March '0i9 and Miss January '96. Do we really need to tell those two names still? Okay, we will. Joining Jennifer Pershing, Victoria Fuller and Brain are Raquel Pomplun (Playmate of the Year 2013), Alison Waite (Miss May '06), Carly Lauren (Miss October '13), and newcomer to the podcast, Playmate of the Month for June 2001, Heather Spytek.

If you want to hear why this show has "Mayhem" in the title, listen to this episode. We couldn't think of a better gift for our audience. Please stick around to the very end to hear Miss Alison Waite lead a cheer, especially if you're a mom...And the Mayhem continues! 🤟
