So many of us who grew up in the Catholic Church do not know the WHY behind the parts of our faith that are often misunderstood and sometimes attacked. Occasionally, that leads to uninformed Catholics leaving their faith instead of researching answers.
Canadian award-winning recording artist Chris Bray found himself being asked questions he couldn’t answer while ministering in vibrant evangelical churches. This sent him on a fact-finding mission that led to his book, 'Resounding Truth.'
Chris reflects on his personal journey, detailing how his experiences in various Christian denominations have broadened his perspective on worship, community, and God’s grander plans.

Feeling God's call to ministry can be exciting! But what happens when you feel that your time in your ministry role is coming to an end?
Discerning whether to stay in ministry or step down is an important exercise. In ministry, we're called to be on mission. If we're going to be effective in achieving that mission, it's essential that the right people are in the right roles. If someone is in a role that's not a good fit, we have to be willing to make a change!
Stepping out of a ministry role can often be confusing and can leave people feeling lost or hurt. But staying too long can lead to a painful exit. Whether the role isn't a good fit due to the person's abilities or simply because the culture and personality aren't aligned, navigating these transitional periods can be incredibly tough on both the person leaving and the employer.
On this week's podcast, Ron is sharing his perspective on how these transitions out of ministry can be handled with care from both the employer's and the employee's perspectives. This episode will equip you to have honest conversations and navigate the transition in a healthy way for everyone involved.
