Steph Douglas - Founder and CEO of Don’t Buy Her Flowers - chats frankly with a guest about LIFE and staring down the ‘rush hour’ that many of us feel we’re living in. The day to day overwhelm, juggling careers, relationships and families, parenthood, not looking like a dog’s dinner, the expectations and the big, tough bits that come with being a grown up.

Its my emotional journey behind the facts and practicalities. This podcast is for you if you are exploring your options to protect your future fertility because you want to give yourself the best possible chance of a baby someday, but (for whatever reason) you feel like you need to take a choice now to keep your options as open as possible.I hope this helps you feel less alone and better armed to make this important, potentially life changing decision.*Please note, I'm not a medic so please do seek a medical professional's input*

This podcast is about the work we do outside of "Where Should We Begin" sessions with Esther Perel ;) One real couple sharing a bit of hindsight while mostly navigating the current conflict and curiosities of the daily grind. This is a collection of conversations and the connections we make that help us grow and evolve within our relationships and families. As relaxed as a Saturday coffee in bed, with the added bonus of friends.

Going to lunches you don’t want to go to? Staying in relationships you don’t want to be in? Working insane hours to cover for colleagues you don’t even like?
Then you are in the right place.
People Pleasing is a dilemma. Get what you want and feel guilty, give others what they want and feel resentful. Both mean a miserable life. But how do you stop without upsetting others?
I’ll show you.
Listen in weekly and see your life go from people-pleasing hell to a life filled with everything you want. And the best bit? No one gets upset along the way. -

Trish O'Dwyer primarily solo hosts an informal, 20-30 minutes, fortnightly on Friday mornings podcast for parents of autistic and/or neurodiverse children (all ages), their families and friends plus anyone wanting to understand what it's really like and how to support. The aim is for listeners to be able to take a breather, listen to someone they connect with, who knows what they are living and to feel validated and less isolated. I hope you laugh, you may cry, you may even gain some valuable real-life information and help. Above all, you will know that you are supported and that you are not alone. It is story telling in an honest & uplifting way, purely from the perspective of a parent who is learning on the go and making mistakes every day. I am parent to a wonderful nonspeaking autistic and adhd boy called Henry plus his two siblings Ben (adhd) and Abi. Topics to be talked about in a wholly non-academic fashion will be things like beginnings and diagnosis; meeting needs; judgement; relationships; transitions; regulation; sleep & sleep deprivation; literal minds; real autism awareness & general family life - teens, holidays, ageing, the works! Take this time for yourself and enjoy. Let’s keep the conversations going.

We are Simon & Lorra. A married couple. Mum & Dad to three kids... Two teenagers and a tween (literally had to Google that). We love each other to bits but we also realise that we want to kill each other a lot. One day that quote will probably be used against one of us in a court of law. Each episode, we'll chat about life and allow each other one 'issue', which we'll then discuss in a nice, calm manner... Like cats & dogs.

Helmed by Hollywood Black power couple Ryan Michelle Bathe and Sterling K. Brown, We Don’t Always Agree offers an elevated view of learning and growing together even (or especially) when we don’t see eye-to-eye. This dynamic duo explores topics that we weren’t discussing openly 20 years ago and the debates we’ve been hearing since the beginning of time. This show inspires belly laughs, may ruffle a few feathers, and sparks conversations as profound and affirming as they are entertaining.
