In this episode I interview Michael Daly, co-founder of Being Yoga. Based on The Sunshine Coast, Australia he has trained over 1000 new yoga teachers in his 12 years of running yoga teacher trainings around Australia and overseas.
He has developed a system of meditation he calls The Calm Living system, which is a simple, yet extremely effective way of being able to drop into that meditative space in a very short amount of time.
He has also developed a yogic system of Self-Development based around the 7 Chakra System in which he calls Chakra Vinyasa. A powerfully transformative way of evolving yourself through breathing techniques, yoga, meditation, and self-enquiry.
In this podcast we end up delving deep into yoga philosophy, meditation techniques, ideas of the afterlife and reincarnation, the chakra system, consciousness, quantum physics, plant medicine and many other exciting topics along the way.
