Sometimes our minds (brains) play tricks on us holding us back from what we want to do or even something we are really excited by, just because our brains revert to an emotional memory where you felt scared or worthless. Our brains stop us in our tracks by distracting us, faffing, making us hide, staying in our ‘comfort zone’ - this week take the time to be aware of where your mindset blocks are holding you back by using the exercise in this episode.
