*Reb Pinchos Ben Yair* asked Rabbi Shimion to expound something new on the subject of *RED HEIFER*.

Rabbi Shimion turned his son *Elozor* to deliver Torah on the subject.

ביאור הזהר (קעט, ב) רבי פנחס בן יאיר ביקש מר׳ שמעון לומר מילתא חדשה בפרשת פרה אדומה, ור״ש ביקש מבנו ר׳ אלעזר לדרוש.

From The Rebbe’s Father זצ״לTake the following fine spices: 500 shekels of liquid myrrh - *מר דרור*30:23Talmud CHULIN 139b*From where in the Torah can one find an allusion to Mordecai?**He replied:* *As it is written with regard to the anointing oil in the Tabernacle*: “*And you shall also take the chief spices, of flowing myrrh [מר דרור]* (Exodus 30:23); and we translate mor deror into Aramaic as:, *מירא דכיא* which resembles the name Mordecai *מרדכי*.Questions;A) Why is the name hinted in the *Targum*?
