3.) Participate in conversations. Your point of view matters and you have a right to participate in any conversation. The more you speak, the more you will learn about who you are and how you feel about things.

It's easy to get distracted rather than doing what you know you should be doing. If your day is going by and you don't feel like you're achieving what you want, you might want to ask yourself these questions.
1.) What are my distractions? - Get crystal clear on what exactly is taking your attention and focus away.
2.) When am I getting distracted? Is it before something hard? Right before you hit the finish line? A certain time of day?
3.) Why am I getting distracted? What and why are you avoiding something?

Do you ever feel like you're lacking inspiration or motivation? I like to call that a funk and we all go through them. I have noticed that on the other side of my funks comes massive growth or leveling up. Sometimes it can be hard to push through but here are 4 tips to get through your funk.
