  • Let's talk about holistic value creation. It’s not just about material success; it’s about balancing material value, emotional energy, and spiritual connectedness. When these are in harmony, life feels fulfilling. But when one is off, especially emotional energy, it becomes tough to find true happiness.

There's a big difference between chasing happiness and pursuing fulfillment. So many people get what they think they want, a new job, a bigger house, even a big payday, only to realize they’re still unfulfilled. Why? Because they’re focused on external happiness rather than internal fulfillment.

In my own journey, fulfillment has become my most important number. It’s not always easy to measure, but I can feel when I’m moving in the right direction. Struggle has played a huge role in that. The hard things, the ones that stretch us—often bring the deepest sense of fulfillment.

I also share my experience leading Dinner Table and how building a community of over 32,000 parents focused on raising kids to create value in the world has been one of the most fulfilling, yet challenging, projects of my life.

If you’ve ever felt stuck chasing happiness and still ending up unfulfilled, I encourage you to listen and reflect. I share a simple exercise that’s helped me: writing down what makes you feel fulfilled and what doesn’t. It’s eye-opening and can guide you to live a more meaningful life.

    In this episode, I cover:

    - The real source of emotional energy and how it impacts happiness
    - Why fulfillment should be your most important number
    - The role of struggle in creating lasting value
    - How building community can combat feelings of isolation and disconnection
    - A practical exercise to help you identify what truly fulfills you

Let’s dig deep into what it really means to create value, not just for others, but for ourselves.

  • Most people looking to 10x their income are searching for shortcuts, hacks, or quick wins. But let me be clear—sustainable, exponential growth doesn’t come from luck or gambling. It comes from building a rock-solid foundation of value creation.

In this video, I break down the exact principles that allowed me to grow my income by 10x—multiple times—without relying on tricks or schemes. I’ll take you through my journey, from working odd jobs as a kid to building and selling multiple companies, and the lessons I learned along the way.

The key? Value creation. Not just financial, but emotional and spiritual value as well. The people who truly accelerate their income don’t just chase money—they lean in, solve problems, and constantly find ways to create more value for others.

I’ll also expose the dangerous mindset that keeps people stuck—believing they can do the least amount of work for the highest return. That’s not how wealth is built. I’ll show you why real success comes from a commitment to growth, learning, and surrounding yourself with the right mentors, peer groups, and environments.

If you’re serious about increasing your income in 2025, this is the blueprint. But ask yourself: are you ready to lean in and do the work?

  • In this episode of Show Your Value, I sit down with Judah Taub, a brilliant investor and thinker, to explore a concept that every entrepreneur needs to understand: local maximums—why most businesses and leaders get stuck making incremental improvements instead of taking the bold leaps that truly change the game.

    - Why the most successful startups in history didn’t just optimize—they revolutionized.

    - How to train yourself to recognize when you’re climbing the wrong mountain in business and life.

    - The coming wave of AI, why it’s lowering barriers to entry, and how entrepreneurs can use it to gain an edge.

    - The single biggest difference between founders who make it and those who don’t.

    - A powerful lesson from Blockbuster’s downfall and how to avoid the same mistake.

    - We even dive into an unexpected parallel between music, startups, and AI, revealing how creativity and strategy go hand in hand.

  • As we dive into this new year, let’s talk about something that impacts every single one of us: struggle. In this short episode, I break down how to reframe your perspective on struggle and use it as a tool to grow, evolve, and create more value in your life.

Struggle isn’t inherently good or bad—it’s how we approach it that matters. Whether it's:
    - Healthy struggles that build our character and capabilities,
    - Unhealthy struggles we need to overcome without letting them define us, or
    - Intentional struggles we design to push ourselves toward growth,

...we can all learn to embrace struggle in a way that transforms our lives.

    Ask yourself:

    - Are you avoiding struggle, or using it as a tool for growth?
    - How can you better organize and develop your life to maximize value creation?
    - What’s holding you back from living and leading at your fullest potential?

Let’s rethink how we approach challenges. By elevating our “struggle comfort zone,” we can stay calm under pressure, unlock new levels of success, and make a positive impact on those around us.

  • Today I’m revisiting one of the most important concepts I’ve ever applied in my life and businesses: holistic value creation. For most people, “value” often means money—profits, income, and material wealth. But to me, it’s so much more. True value is about creating balance across three dimensions: material, emotional energy, and spiritual (or connectedness).

In this episode, I’ll share how I’ve approached value creation as an entrepreneur, a leader, and a family member. From building and selling 8 companies at industry-leading multiples to helping families strengthen their legacies, the framework of holistic value creation has been a game changer.

    Here’s what you’ll hear:

Why emotional energy is the scarcest and most powerful resourceHow to foster connectedness and relationships in businesses, families, and communitiesStrategies for increasing material stability in businesses and householdsLessons from my journey—from starting with nothing to building multigenerational wealth

I’ve seen firsthand how applying this model leads to stronger businesses, healthier nonprofits, and thriving families. Whether you’re growing a company, leading a nonprofit, or building a family legacy, I hope these insights inspire you to think differently about how you create value in every area of your life.

Take a moment to reflect: What does holistic value creation look like for you? How can you apply these principles in your decisions, relationships, and daily life?

Let’s dive in and make value creation a way of life.

  • I want to tackle an urgent question: What comes after the election? It's not a time to rest, to lean back, or to let others take the wheel. The real work begins now.

I share my thoughts on why value creation behaviors must be relentless—why we cannot afford to stop building, improving, and demanding accountability. Too often, those who rig the game to take value out of the world never rest. Why should we?

Governments should exist to improve the conditions for us to live, work, learn, and play—at a lowering cost. Yet, time after time, we see the opposite. We settle for mediocrity and let distractions like tribalism and name-calling steer us away from what matters: better outcomes for all of us.

This episode is about responsibility, accountability, and shining a light on what's broken. It’s about rejecting the status quo and fighting for progress—not by waiting for leaders to deliver miracles but by holding them to a higher standard.

I’ll walk you through the mindset that’s helped me in business and in life: holistic value creation. From material and emotional value to the critical importance of connectedness, these principles apply not just to entrepreneurship but to our roles as citizens, family members, and community builders.

We’ll talk about uncertainty—why it’s inevitable and why embracing it, rather than fearing it, can propel you forward. From voting to starting a business, from leading a family to shaping a nation, the principles remain the same: always move forward, always create value, and never settle for less.

Whether you’re one person casting a vote or a leader guiding a team, this episode challenges you to step up, stay vigilant, and stay committed to creating net-positive outcomes. One person can make a difference. Let’s talk about how.

  • Why do so many CEOs fail, even when their teams are hitting all the right goals? In this short episode, I want to break down the biggest reason businesses falter. It’s not enough for everyone to just do their job well—what’s critical is ensuring that every leader understands how the business is designed to create value.

I’ve worked with countless CEOs, and time and time again, I see the same problem. In this video, I explain how the most successful businesses align their leadership around four core areas:
