Dr. Tessema has received numerous awards for his excellence in research and has multiple publications and presentations in his field. He studied advanced medical and surgical care of complex sino-nasal conditions. and has clinical interest in the endoscopic management of advanced frontal sinus disease and skull base tumors.
Dr. Tessema serves on the advisory board for Global ENT outreach, a nonprofit organization committed to train doctors from developing countries to become self sustained in basic ENT related surgical care. Dr. Tessema also serves as the Associate Director of the Ayer Neuroscience Institute Skull Base Center at Hartford Hospital.

Dr. Daniel Leon is a physician who specializes in preventative medicine. “I chose this profession to help others achieve better health and quality of life, especially our seniors,” he says. Dr. Leon strives to provide personalized care by learning about his patients’ families and personal lives, in addition to their health concerns. If Dr. Leon could make any changes about healthcare today, he would prioritize the value of care and reduce patient volume. “Whenever I can deeply impact the health and wellbeing of any patient, it drives me even more to keep helping people in need,” he says.
In his free time, Dr. Leon enjoys doing mechanical work on cars and fishing. He also loves spending time with family and friends

Jennifer S. Capezzuti, D.O., M.P.H., M.B.A. is a primary care physician who is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She has almost 20 years of experience working in the Fort Lauderdale area. She has a special interest in preventative medicine and in treating patients over 65 years old. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and her Master of Public Health degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. She received her Master of Business Administration degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. She completed her undergraduate degree at Penn State University in University Park, PA. She also completed a Fellowship in Health Policy, as well as the Florida Physician Leadership Academy.
She is Vice President of the Broward County Medical Association and a member of the American Osteopathic Association. She joined Palm Medical Centers in 2023.
