Why are Africans always late? They always think another African will be late too. Many Africans have a very relaxed attitude towards time, especially when it attending events. Many things start late and there is so much complacency around being late. It is accepted with the commonly used term “African time”. People have accepted it as a cultural phenomenon. One of the most notable characteristics of someone is the ability to be discreet, not hiding anything but more so just living a happy private life.
