After some weeks of therapy, Mark has received a diagnosis. Evan disagrees with said diagnoses and re-emphasizes the need for Mark to take more action in response to the conclusions he comes to. He needs to trust himself.

Evan spends so much time on things that may not seem efficient.
Rather than judging himself for doing things like playing League of Legends, he uses it as a superpower. He thinks more people should apply that mindset to things they view as personal weaknesses.

Mark doesn't feel Coaching can be taught, but Evan does. Evan thinks that most people are bad at coaching, but that all can learn how to.
Evan still doesn't like Mark going to therapy. He believes it will keep Mark in a fixed mindset.
Mark has been working on developing more of a sense of self-awareness, connecting the dots. Evan is excited about that but doesn’t think that Mark is anywhere near turning his weakness into a superpower.
