Tara Lee shares her yoga, meditation & sound journey experiences. The practice became a source of balance & strength at a time where life presented many difficulties (Episode 4). Many yoga teachers over the years have helped Tara on her path & ultimately on the healing journey she is going through today.
This episode is dedicated to those very special yogi's who bring beauty & positivity into their classes & have had a significant impact on my life journey. At times you have bought me to a place to face the darkness too. Through it all I am a stronger version of myself. Thank you for the work that you do. Tara Lee continues to share her story & her healing journey. The imprint of a toxic parent has had a lasting effect into adult life. In this episode, the discovery of a sex offender in the family results in personal values being tested & ultimately sees the family divided in the worst way. Tara's mother realises that she needs to let go of a toxic child relationship. Sadly, this jeopardises the relationship with one of her granddaughters, who is caught in the middle.
A family wedding brings some moments of joy at a time when relationships are fracturing. The day was marred by two small words. Tara's forgiving heart is waning when it comes to her father.
The onset of the pandemic made stress levels at work increase. This coupled with the stresses of family life becomes overwhelming. At a point of burnout & dysfunction, Tara makes the choice to take some time out from the world to recover. Here past traumas are linked to current day behaviours, so that the recovery & healing can begin.

Tara Lee continues to share her story & her healing journey. The next part of the story starts to see the power of love emerge & life now has new purpose & meaning. The birth of a child & emergence of love & support sees the light start to shine through the clouds of the early & teenage years.
These years are a time of growth as focus turns to her own family, career & financial freedom. All of hard work is starting to pay off. Her father still manages to cast a shadow at times of joy & achievement.

Into the teenage years verbal abuse led to mental health challenges & an erosion of self-worth. Her father's commitment to the marriage also came into question. These years embedded emotional damage. It is now time to release the trauma on this healing journey.

Tara Lee starts to tell her story. Ghosts from the past have shaped who she is today. Teenage years were spent in a haunted house with loads of paranormal activity. At a young age she witnessed many things that were outside normal possibilities of what we can see, touch or generally understand. These encounters were repeated & witnessed by many residents & visitors to the home. Over time the disturbances became angrier & more violent. There were also encounters with the Ouija board & a spirit attachment. This first-hand encounter makes many TV shows recordings of hauntings seem timid. Tune if it you dare!
