What does it mean to be a man, and human, in the world today? This Webby-nominated audio & video podcast explores what it means to be a man today and how rigid gender roles have affected all people. The show creates a safe environment for a range of perspectives to meet and stay at the table, exploring how the messages of masculinity show up in relationships, body image, privilege, fatherhood, sex, success, mental health and so much more. Instead of polarizing and demonizing men and masculinity, it invites all humans to participate and thrive in the world.
The weekly series is hosted by filmmaker, actor & author Justin Baldoni, author & journalist Liz Plank, and President of Wayfarer Studios & award winning music producer Jamey Heath. It’s currently in Season 2 and is in the top 1% of most followed and shared podcasts on Spotify, beloved by men, women and people of all genders.
If you’re interested in learning in real time, deepening your understanding of yourself and others, and being reminded that you are enough, this is the podcast for you.

Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed? Burnt out, feeling stressed and pulled in every direction. Constantly comparing yourself to other people? Lacking in confidence, looking for ways to get motivated? Eager to find balance. All while, driving in the express lanes to make it to the next part of your day as you chug your second (or third) cup of coffee? Not to mention you are the queen of long-winded to-do lists with an ambitious dream, if only you had more time in your day.
Welcome to the Best Day Podcast. The podcast for encouragement and motivation. To equip you with the pep talk you need to live your best life. To give you the tools to embrace a positive mindset and live a life you can feel good about. This podcast will help reduce the stress in your life and establish healthier habits so you can stop feeling scattered and disorganized 24/7.
Hey, I’m Haley. Wife, mom, high school history teacher, and encouragement blogger over at @gracefulandfree. For the last several years, I struggled to find a healthy work-life balance. I was overcommitted, refused to say no, and worked a lot. Sacrificing my sleep and my joy, just to hustle harder, all while feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed. And then, I became a mom, and I knew something had to give.
Through embracing a positive mindset, I have found balance and established boundaries to protect my peace, so that I can live every day as the best version of yourself. So what do you say? It is time to stop feeling unmotivated, and time to say YES to living confidently, every single day, no matter what may come your way.
Ready to have your best day as the best version of yourself? Well friend, grab your iced coffee and let’s get encouraged! -

I’m your host Wendy Jones, Founder of Be Better Media, mom of four, storyteller, and lifelong athlete passionate about human connection. I believe that the greatest gift we can give to the next generation is our own self-awareness. The goal of this podcast is to connect us through the visions, stories, and life lessons of people rising in sports, business & life and uncover the optimism that is sometimes front and center, and other times under the surface. Throughout my journey, I have experienced many ‘What I Meant to Say’ moments, but since life doesn’t give us do-overs, I’ve created a space to reflect and tell our stories again, with a little more grace for ourselves and the hope that we can help others, and all get a little better for having listened.

Hello, I am a marital therapist, communications trainer and author. I have thirty-five years helping couples and individuals make better relationships. I have written twenty-plus self-help books which include the international best-sellers ‘I love you but I’m not in love with you’ and ‘How can I ever trust you again?’ My books have been translated into twenty languages. I trained with RELATE the UK’s largest counselling charity.
Perhaps it has been turning sixty but I have become interested in spiritual as well as psychological questions. Who am I? What are my values – as opposed to my parents, my teachers and the wider society? What makes my life meaningful? What do I believe about life, the universe and everything? Although my clients might come to me because of destructive arguments, falling out of love and infidelity, they are also interested in having more meaningful relationships and a more meaningful life.
So what is the meaningful life? Why do we so easily lose our way and get lost in depression, anxiety, doubt, addictions and obsessions: the swamplands of the soul? One thing I know for sure is that there is not one answer. Each of us has to find out for ourselves what makes our life meaningful. But we can learn from each other, share our experiences of how to navigate the journey, how to endure and learn from the swamp, and finally how to find solid ground.
I have decided to use my original training in radio and journalism to interview witnesses for what makes life meaningful. Each week, I invite someone who is a therapist, academic, self-help coach or who has an enlightening personal story to share their knowledge or experiences. I hope our discussions will help you discover what makes your life meaningful and find more purpose and contentment. -
