We now have our Conference finals set up and we go in depth over the 76ers issues moving forward, the chances the Clips and Suns have to advance and what we consider the barometer of responsibility of coaches in the NBA. We certainly look forward to the rest of the NBA playoffs if this is the kind of drama we can expect. More please.

Today's episode is a smaller in capacity, but large in scope. Myself and Lorenzo go in depth with a full run down of the entire first round of the NFL draft and discuss the sleepers, steals, and outright absurdity of some of our picks. While there is some agreements in some spots, there are just as many confusing if not outright ludicrous picks by the both of us. Tune in to see what we think your favorite and most hated teams are going to be picking up in this years draft!
-
To say the least, the NBA has an injury problem going on right now. We discuss which teams are in the most trouble with their injury issues, the retirement of LaMarcus Aldridge and what his legacy will be as he now awaits the possibility of the Hall of Fame. Then we give a quick preview of the NBA draft, yes the NBA version, as next week will be big NFL draft special. Finally we discuss where the Browns are with the signing of former #1 overall pick in Clowney and if Stephon Gilmore is worth the trade risk.
-
Sean Miller's firing makes a very bizarre question rise in its wake: why did it take so long? Then we discuss the NCAA final, the current state of the NBA playoffs, and we sadly have to finally discuss the Deshaun Watson situation as it finally has reached a head. It was also very late for us. Let us know which of us sounded the most tired during the call, because I'm probably at least a 2 seed in that conversation. Enjoy!
-
The Super Team of the Sports Corner collect again as we get into the Final Four teams and predictions. Then we get into the latest on the NFL's 17 game schedule as well as the current status of the draft with the 49ers making a big move into the top 3 of the draft board. Returning to the old form of this show, back in the college days, we have the rest of the original Sports Corner team along for the ride today. We discuss the recent firing of an NHL official due to a hot mic. Then we take a look at the upcoming trade deadline for the NBA and the current market for wide outs in the NFL. To cap off the evening though, we discuss the viability of the NCAA during the #NotNCAAProperty controversy going on in the tourney this year. Enjoy folks!

So the cap casualties just keep coming and it is hard just to keep up with how many of them there are. But a main focus is the Las Vegas Raiders continued dismantling of their offensive line and the cap hell the Cowboys could be in for with Dak's new deal. Then we take a look at the further reloading of the Nets, the terrible and horrendous Meyers Leonard situation, then finally the Basketball Hall of Fame pool of finalists. Enjoy the show this week folks!
-
What is the state of things with JJ Watt going to the Cardinals, the first rounds of cap casualties in the NFL and of course how we have to address the fact that while the Suns are doing well there is one thing that needs to be said for their fans. SHUT UP ABOUT IT! It isn't like this team has disappointed come playoff time in the past anyway. Enjoy the show this week folks!
-
The whole All-Star game controversy for Devin Booker gets addressed as well as the nonsense related to the Minnesota Timberwolves firing and hiring of their newest head coach. Plus we take a quick look into a bizarre situation in the NHL where the Russian government seems to be starting some kind of smear campaign against a player for the Rangers.
*Note: The audio is a little off today due to a microphone issue. Will be back to normal by next week I hope.

Today it is time to discuss where in the world the Bucks currently sit at with the current losing streak they have been slogging through. Then the discussion about how the Nets have had some success, but mostly without the entirety of their Big 3 on the court at the same time. And again, time to complain about the NHL COVID issue and the latest nonsense that has been plaguing the league. Tune in and enjoy folks!
-
We get a recap of the Super Bowl victory we all dreaded would be coming, why it happened, and what is in store for the NFL in the coming weeks. A revisit to the Nets is in order, as well as a look at the current rookie class and how LaMelo Ball might just be a real thing here. Also the remaining lapses in the NHL's Covid policies seem to have reached full tilt as well as how one Mr. Laine is not endearing himself to one John Tortorella. Enjoy the show this week!
-
Time for the run down on the Super Bowl this Sunday. Will it be the Chiefs or the Bucs? Also a look at the recent trade of Goff for Stafford and what that means for both players and teams moving forward. Finally a quick look to the NBA and what is up with the Mavericks.
-
There's a week before the Super Bowl so we shall go over those who lost and what they are clearly missing from that Super Bowl equation. Also the difficulty of the baseball hall of fame voting and why it seems like it'll get WAAAAAAY muddier before it gets and nicer moving forward.
-
As we prepare for the Conference Championship games coming up this weekend, it is best to discuss some of the big surprises that came out of those more marquee matchups. Also a look into the NBA's COVID concerns, the NHL's first major break in their protocols, and finally I give out for a good long while about why the touchback rule doesn't need to be changed. Regardless of what others may say, sometimes having a moan about something really CAN relieve stress. And you'll see what I mean if you listen in today!
