KEY TAKEAWAYS
My dream in 1993 would have been to be a hedge fund manager, managing other people’s money. It took me 15 year to achieve that dream, mostly because when I asked people how to become a hedge fund manager they gave me massive doubt, a ton of rejection. Final I found one person who gave me his route & I followed it mostly. But along the way I still had a lot of doubt. Now, when I coach my clients, I teach them #doubtthedoubt, have faith in your dream, not your doubt. It doesn’t need to take you 15 years. That’s why I’m here; so my long road can lead to your short cut. My big ‘why’ is to help at least 100,000 people become financially free. That’s what gets me up in the morning. I visualise & meditate every morning, b ut then I get out into the world & take action, I meet people, because I believe the only way to help is by taking action. The shortcut is mindset. Not just visualisation & meditation. It’s when you believe in your mission, your purpose, yourself & others you will come at your work from a completely different point of view. What do you believe about money? Can you be spiritual & rich? Do you have to work really hard to be rich & successful? You could be creating resistance when you think you have to do all this stuff, it’s better to be in the flow. You have a relationship with money whether you know it or not. I met a woman last year who told me: “I don’t care about money.” If you don’t care about money, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t care about you. Think about it as a person. It’s not going to flow to you if you use those words, so care about it. You don’t have to be greedy, but it’s good to be rich. If you had $10 million you could give $1 million away to your favourite charity or create your own charity.BEST MOMENTS
‘There are a million ways to become rich, not just options, it could be stocks, real estate, even your own business.’
‘Work out your passion & your purpose & I believe you’ll be more prosperous doing those things than by doing something you feel you’re required to to pay the bills.’
‘I don’t know any billionaires who sit at home all day & meditate & visualise. They visualise their dreams (& I’m sure most of them do meditate), but they’re also getting out into the world & taking inspired action.’
‘Money is just energy. By putting it out there it will come back to you.’ABOUT THE GUEST
Joel Salomon is a prosperity coach who helps others overcome obstacles standing in the way of their financial freedom.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
Many people I work with on their voice, including me, have some kind of trauma that held them back or kept them small & not free to express themselves. For me it was growing up in a house of oppressive silence. When I started to explore my voice, I was freer & able to move forward. I love helping people discover the true version of themselves. Take clips from Steve Carrell or Jim Carey films and mimic them to get yourself out of your comfort zone & play with your range. Before you’re going to do some public speaking go up and down your range to get out of your monotone. Record the first paragraph of your signature speech & play it back to yourself. Listen to if you’re monotone, & really be critical. If you can do that and listen from the point of view of your audience. It’ll feel weird, but try it. You sound better than you think. It takes practice, but you’re allowed to be as ‘big’ as you want. Be the character of a person that never had trauma, who was never told not to sing or quiet down. That’s the version of you you’re allowed to get to. Everybody is unique, it’s one of the things I love about the voice & the work that I do. I don’t know who the true version of that person is, once we find that & let it out into the world it’s so exciting. Find your weirdness and greatness and watch the world open up to you.BEST MOMENTS
‘It’s all about bringing the full version of you to the table every time you show up, & your voice is that key.’
‘My background is in music so I like to bring a sense of musicality to your speaking voice.’
‘We get silly to get serious results.’
‘Music connects people & breaks down boundaries.’ABOUT THE GUEST

KEY TAKEAWAYS
Most people function from their headspace, they’re very analytical, they overthink things, they’re in a crowded mind space, they find it difficult to get things done & often reach burnout. That’s an energetic imbalance. When we reconnect back to the heart centre it sends more electrical signals to our brain that the brain sends to the heart. I use a unique methodology called the ‘energetic alignment method’ which uses the body sway to get feedback on that energetic imbalance. It’s very uplifting to see how this changes people. It’s very powerful. We really get to the root/core of the problem very quickly – often in one session, sometimes longer. But, once we get into alignment we can use it to tap into our higher selves in terms of getting more lucid decision making that sits in alignment with their purpose. It’s a gradual progression, it takes time to stretch the muscle of self-belief, but once you do you’ll find that people are magnetised to you & they will reach out. But it all starts from the idea that you need to start thinking that not everyone else’s way is the better way, start focussing on who your are & feeling into the core of your message & connecting to that. We forget that we are part of the world and the cosmos, it is an abundant environment, we are led to believe it’s scarce because we’ve been brainwashed or indoctrinated to believe that. But, you have to take the steps forward while being in alignment and the universe will meet you half way & offers such great pickings.BEST MOMENTS
‘The heart is the source, or the centre, of our intuition (it’s 5000 more powerful than the brain).’
‘I get people out of the doldrums, from low frequency to high frequency energy which makes all the difference in the way you feel, move through the world, & how you think & feel.’
‘A lot of people don’t really understand who they are & why they’re here which brings self-doubt. Once you get clarity it’s a game changer & helps you move your business forward.’

KEY TAKEAWAYS
3 years ago, the world shut down and everyone was forced into a digital space. I took it very seriously that my clients weren’t going to be victims of the unexpected, which is why you build networks; to have the resources you need when the unexpected happens. You could call it networking, but networking is an activity, like cooking or running, something you do to accomplish a greater goal. The purpose of Crusaders Networking & being a strategic connection coach is the greater goal and the multiple paths that you can get there, which is not after-hours mixers, passing a business card, listening to sales pitches and drinking… not that there’s anything wrong with drinking! There are 4 goals that professionals need on a consistent basis for long-term success. 1) Creating & maintaining relationships. 2) Finding & leveraging opportunities. 3) Attracting strategic partners & mentors to help introduce you to larger rooms. 4) A measurable action plan so you can pay attention to what is working & needs more of you time, & what is not working & needs less or to be adjusted. You see people who are ‘natural’ or ‘comfortable’ doing something & you think ‘I could never do that’ when the reality of it is it’s a skill & they’ve practiced it for so long that it looks like art. But, at some point they were students learning it. Making mistakes is natural & normal.BEST MOMENTS
‘I create environments where businesses can come to get to know each other, become referral partners, & grow.’
‘When times are good, it’s easy to dismiss the necessity to build network, but when times are bad it’s too late, you already needed it in place. That was the seed that created Crusaders Networking.’
‘The best way to find the results that you are seeking is to go into it with strategy, intention & the right mindset.’
‘Be true to who you are. When the person you are on the inside shows on the outside, it’s like a beacon and brings in your tribe – your vibe attracts your tribe.’
ABOUT THE GUEST
Wendy Caverly excels at consulting, strategy planning, as well skills training for individuals & groups. She sees what makes people amazing & loves sharing them with others. Wendy doesn't want her clients becoming copies of her, but she strives to give them the ingredients of their success & encourages them to find their own combination to become the best them possible.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
It starts with recognising where you were in your life, where you are now & where you want to go. It’s that simple. By recognising the thigs that have held you back in the past, why they’ve held you back, how you can change them to help you move forward & shift your mindset from lack, complaining, worrying to one of abundance, appreciation, looking for opportunities instead of looking for problems. When I was 10 years old I had a tragedy in my life that affected me for the next 40 years. My brother Michael was hit by a school bus & died from his injuries. I realised that my parents were distraught & I took it upon myself to make sure my parents were always happy. That was my defining moment, I became a people pleaser that day. As a people pleaser, I took things personally, & I was a control freak with a short temper. I needed the recognition & approval for the things I was doing to please the others. For the next 40 years I would try to please everybody, & you can’t, but I would rationalise that I was doing it for the greater good only to come back later to recognise that the word ‘rationalise’ is really two words: ‘rational’ & ‘lies’. You lie to yourself that it’s rational to do things that go against your core belief because you want to please somebody else or your ego. Now, I ask myself if what I’m doing is telling a rational lie. We are all living in instant gratification mode of life, we want things to go from A-Z overnight instead of recognising you’ve got to go A-B-C-D. I didn’t lose 65lbs in 1 day, that first month of working out was a killer, but my ‘why’ was big enough that I wanted to change where I was going. Every time you say “I can’t” you’re admitting to yourself that you’re not worthy instead of saying “how can I?”BEST MOMENTS
‘I’ve yet to meet somebody who hasn’t had adversity in their life.’
‘In 2008 during the financial crisis I went broke overnight, I lost everything, I stopped paying my mortgage, my car payments & I got repossessed. It took me about a year to recover from this, emotionally & mentally.’
‘Take care of yourself first as long as you’re not hurting anybody else.’
‘You have good as well as things that are holding you back. Recognise what’s what.’ABOUT THE GUEST

KEY TAKEAWAYS
I lost my entire family at the age of 13. I realised that as much as I was hurting over the loss of my family I was about giving back & that I was hear for a reason & a purpose. I was very lonely, of course, it was devastating but I kept asking god/source/whatever you want to call it what was next for me & what I could do to make an impact and a difference. Grief is all around, it’s inevitable, everyone goes through it. It doesn’t matter how it happens, but it’s a shock to the nervous system so the nervous system needs to be validated, but most of all cared for & gently taken care of. Letting go has to be first a step in the direction of allowing yourself not to feel that it’s going to be the end for you. I believe when I first gealed through my shamanism background that letting go made me feel like I was freefalling and nobody was there to catch me. Because I’d lost my entire family I went through that lonely period wondering who was going to support me & the best person to support myself was me. Only I could pick myself up & I had to look outside of myself for love, approval, compassion & support that wasn’t superficial & was long-lasting. I knew that I was here for a mightier purpose & that I was saved for a reason & that my deeds here on Earth were not done. I realised that I was the gift to them that I was still here, & that the trauma in my past was my ability to become the catalyst to help others heal. I turned my pain into purpose & I became a messenger to other to not be a mess but a victorious survivor thriving in a world where letting go is not always that easy or supported. Finding peace within was the journey that I went on and what I speak of in my books.BEST MOMENTS
‘I always thought that if I touched 1 life & made a difference my purpose on Earth was fulfilled. Now I’m on a mission to save a million lives from the downward spiral that grief can cause.’
‘Our loved ones aren’t suffering, we don’t need to be suffering, they want us to live on in their legacy that they weren’t able to live on.’
‘You have to heal yourself in order to get out there and help heal others.’
‘I help to shed light on the power of forgiveness & the power of letting go as well as leaning into self-compassion.’ABOUT THE GUEST

KEY TAKEAWAYS
We think that everybody else can have faults or can screw up sometimes, but us? No. I asked my partner to do something, he texted me back saying: “It might come across nicer if it were more of a suggestion rather than a command”. I thought, oh no, I’m a terrible partner, an awful communicator, I suck. I suggested having these conversations face-to-face rather than by text & it was a totally different experience. I don’t allow myself to make mistakes, that’s how I learned to be safe as a kid. But now I’m learning, at the age of 61, that I get to make mistakes, or even make them mad (not on purpose) & I’m still loveable. Spirituality is bringing in the highest good through my inner knowing, through what my body tells me. My intuition comes through me auditorily, I hear my voice. I’ve had to build up that. There’s a whole lot of knowledge & intuitive knowing in me more connected to spirit than all the wonderful theories I’ve learned, but using them both together will be a lot better for everybody. It made me much better in all aspects of my life. I used to hate affirmations. It was like trying to prove or make ourselves think a certain way. When I first graduated and was studying them, I would say “I am wealthy!” but I was over $50k in debt. My whole body went: “liar” & I felt it tense because there was nothing in me that could hold on to any of that as true. What I discovered was that when I practice gratitude or say about getting more of something in my life, I will tweak it ‘til it makes me feel a little expanded, hopeful & good. I can totally get behind saying: “I want to get out of debt or have more money”.BEST MOMENTS
‘Something I say to myself and my clients every day is: “I’m allowed to be human”.’
‘So many people work with me & think that I’ve got everything figured out, but oh no!’
‘Not once have I ever followed my intuition & regretted it. When we listen to our intuition, it can actually save us a lot of time & trouble’
‘There are 6 gazillion experts out there that want to tell us what’s good for us & what they’re really sharing is what’s true for them, it may or may not work for us.’ABOUT THE GUEST

KEY TAKEAWAYS
Most change in transformation is spiritual. Any time you’re healing through something, dealing with something, going through something, it changes something in you not only cognitively, but it changes you in that deep place that’s hard to explain. Spiritual life coaches tap into that, we focus on it, what is changing? Do you feel more inspired, motivated, like you’re waling in purpose? I was young when I knew who important purpose was. I sat around people who would say: “I remember when I was young and I used to play sports/dance/sing” and their eyes would light up. They’d walk around angry, frustrated and bitter all the time, but when they talked about this thing, something came alive in them, and I thought you myself: I never want to live life without that thing. I’m probably not going to stumble accidentally into living in purpose, I may stumble into discovering what’s included in my purpose or reveals a part of your purpose and think “Oh my god, I love this!” But, living in your purpose is about daily habits, daily mindsets, daily interactions, it’s about the small things. Sometimes you see clients really want to change/transition, but what happens is they leave something (addiction/bad habits) but don’t go towards new habits/life/meaning. That’s always going to leave you empty.BEST MOMENTS
‘Things that you would do without getting paid to do are probably pretty close to your purpose, the things to which you add value and meaning, and they add value and meaning back to you.’
‘You do need relief and release from this pain, the question is what relief or release.’
‘My mind is my greatest critic telling me what I can’t do or be & what I’m going to screw up.’
‘If you’re only 1 drink away from courage, it’s not that far away. You just have to figure out how to reach in & get it to come out without alcohol or whatever you turn to.’ABOUT THE GUEST

KEY TAKEAWAYS
If you don’t have a healthy body it prevents your soul from fully shining. That’s why the prevention of abuse is so important, because when a child goes through abuse, neglect, or trauma, they put barrier up and never get to experience full pleasure in life. If we can protect children from that that’s a huge help towards happiness. My latest book, ‘Don’t Read This Book’ teaches children how to recognise the voice in your head that’s trying to get you to do the wrong things and use its tricks to bring you happiness in life. It took me many years to realise that that voice doesn’t want you to listen to it, it wants you to overcome it. We’re just here for a little while on this Earth to do the best with the souls that we were given. We have one job here: To experience gratitude. This world was made for our enjoyment, we’re here to enjoy all these blessings as much as we possibly can, but we’ve come so far out of the garden that we’ve forgotten what we’re here for. There’s an emptiness in all of us and the more we feel that emptiness, the more we try to fill it with external things but it just makes the hole get deeper and deeper. It’s not a physical hole it’s a spiritual hole that needs to be filled up with gratitude.BEST MOMENTS
‘We’re spiritual beings that need spiritual nourishment every day as much as we need physical nourishment.’
‘Life is but a blink, so leave a lasting impression.’
‘Any moment that we’re being grateful is a moment we’re not being miserable.’
‘I’m not really writing these books, I’m just taking dictation. I’m just a vessel, it really channels through me.’ABOUT THE GUEST

KEY TAKEAWAYS
The body and the mind share all kinds of signals. If you’re having depressing feelings, if your sleep starts to be worse, if you’re super tired even when you’ve had a good rest, these are all signs. Burnout is dangerous and can take years to recover from, so it’s super important that you check in with yourself and ask if what you’re doing is sustainable. We’re not robots. Be intentional about the thing you’re creating as well as the life you’re living and how you want to feel in the process. It’s not just about building your business as big as possible, it’s about why do you want to build this business and how to do you want to feel during the journey. If you ask these questions to yourself constantly it’s really hard to derail.BEST MOMENTS
‘It was shameful to have to step away from the business for 5 months and be a nobody. People didn’t understand, it wasn’t common to have burnout and be open and vulnerable.’
‘In 3 years I experienced the things that most entrepreneurs usually experience in 10-20 years.’
‘In business no one is really going to save you but yourself.’
‘Co-founding a business is like being married, so it’s really important that you align on values.’ABOUT THE GUEST

KEY TAKEAWAYS
I help people close the gap from where they are to where they want to be, and I do that by helping them codify their knowledge, experience and expertise into a signature programme so they can stand out – be outstanding. Most people have gone through experiences, they’ve had challenges, trouble, they’ve created errors or errors have been created for them and they survived through it. There are other people out of the 8 billion people in the world who are probably, right now, in the same direction, on the same path but not as far along. The people who have been there and done that can teach others who are just beginning on that journey. Being where you are is not as important as where you’re going. To be going someplace you’ve got to be learning. Think about what you like to do, want to do, and where you’re passionate, what would you not get bored with if you had to study in that area 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, then research it and become an expert in that topic/niche. You can learn just by watching YouTube or taking a course, you don’t have to spend a lot of money, begin where you are and go forward from there. Talk with friends and family, find a coach or mastermind group, there are free and low-cost groups out there, and just talk and work through it. Then find out how to make money with it. Some people are risk takers and some aren’t. To start your own business you have to take on a little bit of risk. You can mitigate that risk: If you’ve got a corporate job and you’re financially stable then you have a good base to start from, so start part-time, don’t leave your corporate job thinking your idea is going to catch on and that you’re going to replace your income, that’s very risky. Start part-time, get it going, find out where the kinks are refine your system. When it takes over and you’re making money and it’s going forward then it might be time to go full-time. But, it may also always remain a part-time activity.BEST MOMENTS
‘Everyone is an expert in something.’
‘You’re always learning, and challenges are opportunities to learn.’
‘The world is always changing and you need to keep learning to keep up with it.’
‘Become the best at whatever you want to be, there are people who will pay money to learn from you.’ABOUT THE GUEST

If you’re working in McDonalds you probably can’t say that job + savings = wealth. But, maybe that person is doing a different sum which can equal C. Why do we think it has to and can only be one outcome? What about different factors that can shortcut or supplement that result, like investments, inheritance, lottery wins? If you look at it logically with your mind, it can’t be anything other than 100% right. But, what if we use our imagination, creativity, and what if we created an alternate reality? One where a slightly different outcome to one where our mind is accustomed to determining exists. This is basically manifestation.BEST MOMENTS
‘If you don’t have people in your friends and family that you can consult with, that’s a rotten thing because those are the very people that we should be able to be open with, vulnerable with, and courageous with our thoughts, ideas and perspectives.’
‘A + B = C is natural. How do we become supernatural? By not signing up to the ideology, programming, conditioning of the mind.’ABOUT THE HOST

There’s something so rewarding, so fulfilling about not caring what others think about who you are, what you do, what you have, what you can achieve. Even for oneself to choose just to be you and put the goals away from a minute. The people who are just themselves without thinking or being float through life like a ballet dancer, with grace and style. Doesn’t that sound good? Wouldn’t we all like that?BEST MOMENTS
‘How often do you simply just honour yourself, honour your being? It’s a practice and something we need to practice much more frequently – almost daily.’
‘What do you do to honour yourself? Honour who you are?’ABOUT THE HOST

For my cross channel swim I had to put on weight to protect from the cold. Whilst it was a necessity for the goal I wanted to achieve, it wasn’t a healthy one. I was back in the world of not caring about my body and making the right decisions, I was having double hamburgers and stuff like that. Ever since that swim challenge, I’ve found it tough to take weight off. My half-hearted desire is that I was on medication for hypertension and one of the side effects was that the chemicals were bloating me and blowing me up. I’ve had my medication changed recently and I don’t feel like that anymore, though there’s always the chance things could change in weeks or months. I don’t mean to judge people on their weight, but it happens when you look around and I’m trying to train myself out of it. But then I think, if that’s how my eyes recognise them, how do their eyes recognise me? Now there’s a body image issue. Because I have the awareness I have the ability to change it.BEST MOMENTS
‘It’s a lot easier to put weight on than take it off.’
‘We need a full heart to fulfil any desire.’
‘There’s eating for the sake of eating, eating out of habit, eating to fuel emotions – which is probably the number one thing that I do.’ABOUT THE HOST

Less than two weeks ago a law firm in London was put into liquidation because two of the partners had syphoned money from a client’s account to the tune of £60 million. The staff that work there are now faced with a sense of insecurity by now not being able to provide for their loved ones or having the safety that job gave them. There’s no professional fulfilment because it turns out they were working for crooks. Time is the one thing we don’t get back. Time is the most valuable asset we have and there’s a lot of senior directors and executive board members out there I know that who want more time in their lives. One of the things I help people do is create time. However, if you allow for these instances to occur you leave yourself helpless. We all think that it’s a great thing that we have so much ability though the tip of our fingers through technology, but trust me, when it comes to running a company, if you’re new to this, make sure you have an accountant involved, make sure that they’re liable, make sure that they have insurance, and make sure that you have 2 factor authentication.BEST MOMENTS
‘If you are in any leadership position, regardless of if it’s just a directorship, the company structure, the ability, agility, adaptability that someone alone can have is frightening.’
‘It can seem like it’s arse-covering, and I think that’s why there’s a lack of enthusiasm and a sense of reluctance to use 2 factor authentication, but it’s there to benefit us all.’
‘It’s a checks and balances.’ABOUT THE HOST

We’re having to postpone because there aren’t enough participants. Postponing isn’t such a bad thing, however about 4-6 weeks ago I decided to put everything in the bucket: Health, wealth, you name it. What happens when we throw it all on the bucket where 2 things can happen; they can sit there or they can overflow and get out. Flow is what we really want from this bucket. I’ve looked back at year and seen I’ve literally just thrown it all in the bucket. I had hope, belief and faith, I was manifesting. Sometimes when you manifest it comes, but not in the way that we thought, perceive, expect or anticipate. I’m not beginning to experience the tiredness that comes from throwing it all in the bucket. I’m literally exhausted. But the lessons I’ve learned are beautiful. Time isn’t the relevance, your actions and how you do it are. Just remember: Consistency over intensity always in order to build yourself up from a strong foundation and not let yourself fall below your own expectations. Little and often is steady and fast. If you put it all in the bucket it’s no better than a 50/50 outcome.BEST MOMENTS
‘A little bit often will get you further than a big bit once in a while across all things in life.’
‘Do we want 50/50s in our lives?’

KEY TAKEAWAYS
Like many coaches I burned out really badly with stress while struggling to climb the corporate career ladder and I realised I was on the wrong path and needed to make some changes in my life – not just work but how I showed up in my own life and dealt with my circumstances. That brought me to coaching and wanting to help people change their lives for the better A problem with corporate burnout is that the middle management are all super stressed. What happens physiologically when we’re swimming around this stress cocktail for a long time is that we lose our capacity to think long-term and see the broader picture, we get into tunnel vision. I believe we have to find a big solution, because it’s a structural problem in our part of the world. The problem is here now, and we need to empower employees with individual practical strategies, so they know how to cope with their day-to-day stress. Stress is a circumstance that we need to deal with. We’re talking about stress as though it’s a disease and it’s not, it’s a natural response that we all have every single day. Stress in itself is not a problem as long as we have the capacity to process the stress response in our bodies. You may not be sick from stress, but you’re still affected by it and your performance is affected by stress long before it becomes a problem where you get the symptoms we think about when we think about stress. We need to change the narrative about what stress it. On an organisational level we need to talk about stress more as a preventative thing and including this talk into how we increase performance and teamwork so that it becomes a integrated part of how we talk about business. Maybe we shouldn’t use the term “stress” and instead use “well-being”, maybe that would make it easier to talk about in that way.BEST MOMENTS
‘You can’t outrun a negative pattern or something painful. It will always come back and with more intensity and scream louder until we have to listen.’
‘It’s about knowing ourselves, self-awareness, and understanding how is my own behaviour right now making me feel even more stressed, and how can I relate to the fact that I have a huge workload and organisational changes in a way that is more caring for myself?’
‘I believe most companies do want to reduce the levels of stress, but there’s not a ‘how’.’
‘I was totally in denial until I burned completely out with stress. That’s what happens; the more stressed you are the more counter-intuitive it is for you to slow down, that’s the tricky part.’ABOUT THE GUEST
Rebekka Andresen: It is my joy and passion to support women in creating a life and career without burning themselves out like I did BIG TIME some years ago while climbing the corporate career ladder.
Today I’m a certified coach, building my 100% online business where I support women that are deeply committed to doing their best to create results and value for other people.
But despite doing well they never feel good enough or fulfilled.
Instead, they feel exhausted and trapped by their current circumstances...
They struggle to be present, and enjoy what they do because their minds are so busy going through endless mental to-do lists…
They often feel guilty for not doing enough and feel selfish if they even think about saying no or putting their needs before others.
I teach these women that putting themselves first and standing up for what they want does not make them selfish bitches...
It means they are embracing their own power, taking full ownership, and taking the freedom to create and live life on THEIR terms...
My mission is to inspire as many women as possible, It benefits not only the individual woman but also the people in her surroundings...CONTACT METHODS

I gave been in the people development space for about 26 years (all of my career). I began in corporate doing personal development and after 12-13 years I decided that there was more to life and around that time coaching was starting to emerge. Little did I know that I’d actually been doing it all that time, it just hadn’t been called coaching. I can tie in my purpose to it and support people. I don’t think you need to worry about finding a purpose. Just keep doing what lights you up and I think that’s your purpose. I also don’t think there’s one purpose, just like there’s not a job for life, you can have many purposes in one lifetime as long as you just keep following what gives you joy and lights you up in that moment you’re living your purpose. Listen to what makes you happy. Have a non-negotiable about walking the dog every day, doing a sport or hobby that you really enjoy, dating your partner, spending time with you kids. What that does is allows you to remember what it feels like to follow joy, feel good and not too busy in the moment or juggling too many balls. It’s about re-training yourself to look for what actually makes you happier and re-connecting with yourself. Most CEOs or managers I’ve worked with love people who are enthusiastic about heir work or are motivated. They want an organisation that’s full of people like that because they’re great to be around, they’re great for culture, they’re great for everything. Don’t let the assumption that “it’s not allowed” or the people around you dictate that, you get to behave how you want.BEST MOMENTS
‘It’s easier than we think to find our purpose.’
‘Once we feel better we stop doing the thing that made us feel better, we need to commit to the fact that we want to keep feeling better, why would we compromise on feeling great, positive, motivated and all that good stuff?’
‘Between home and work you are the common denominator: If you can do this at home you can do it at work. You need to set the intention.’
‘Celebrate every single piece of success, it doesn’t have to be huge: I sent that email today, I landed that new client, I made this much money today. Celebrate the heck out of them because it’s all about the journey not the result.’ABOUT THE GUEST
Barbara Nixon I’m here to help ambitious Business Owners and Leaders, get out of their own way, and get the results that they really want in their business, and life.
Over the years I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with thousands of people from business owners at the very start of their journey through to CEO’s and Managing Directors and everyone in between, and I know from experience that sometimes we can make things a lot harder than they need to be.
Whether this is getting super busy so it feels like everyday you’re running on a treadmill, to over thinking and second guessing there are loads of ways we can get in our own way.
But the thing is that it doesn’t have to be this way.
Your version of success is absolutely yours for the takingCONTACT METHODS

KEY TAKEAWAYS
We, as human beings, are already connected spiritually and yet we have so much trouble making connections with other human beings. It fascinates me that we meet people at an event and we get awkward and we start interviewing them right away about what they do for a living for example. Our hearts and spirits are already all connected, all we have to do is remember we are and to connect casually, sensitively, softly, and then we can take it wherever we want. My 3 words are connection, collaboration, and community. At the start of a workshop I say it takes a village to raise a child, but do you know that it takes a community to grow a business? We’re not going to get very far trying it on our own. A lot of us have tried and we didn’t get very far. Community is a big moving force in today’s world. If an entrepreneur doesn’t understand the value of community I believe they will feel left out and isolated and fallen behind and stay in this loop, like in Groundhog Day. One of my clients was very good financially but had started a business that just wasn’t getting off the ground. I asked her why that is and why she was investing so much money into something that wasn’t bringing a return on investment? We looked at her other businesses and I realise she hadn’t activated this business, she was going by her own agenda and what she thought the world needs and how she wanted to be perceived in the wider market, her visibility, reputation and image. Is that what the clients need? SO I asked her to find 1 client and talk about their needs, then start doing this on e a 1-2-1 basis with 5 clients then come back and tell me what they need rather than starting with her. Within months she was making tons of money on a course and picked up many more clients. For me, getting to know your customer and their needs is all customer service is. Many times we transform the meaning into today’s meaning, which is looking good, having an imagine and the customers will come. They aren’t customers. They’re simply people that are curious, so what? It doesn’t mean that you’re going to convert them to a customer. Are you looking for more eyes on you or are you really looking to serves?BEST MOMENTS
‘It’s appalling to see these wonderful entrepreneurs doing the card game – exchanging business cards – and listening to some of the coaches tell them it takes 7-12 touch points before you make a connection or get a sale. Who’s got time for that these days?!’
‘It really depends on the level of connectivity you have with a human being as to what sort of relationship you will develop, and whether or not you make a sale is irrelevant to the relationship.’
‘When any one of us is stuck in a loop nothing happens, there’s no fizzling or sizzling happening around us and we wonder what’s keeping us stuck. It’s simply a pattern in our own mind that’s keeping us stuck because of some memory of something I couldn’t do or didn’t happen.’
‘My word for this year is: Activate.’ABOUT THE GUEST
Rosabelle Lokaisingh: For the last 20 years, I have been known as a Connector, teaching networking skills, and bringing people together with synergies, which is what led me to become the Matchmaker. Most of that time has been about building networks for professionals, entrepreneurs and communities so that everyone wins.
Being a Business Matchmaker is not much different from being a Relationship Matchmaker. Success is all about relationships. Who you know, who you need to know, and who you don’t know yet, but will need to know soon will all show up when you learn how to make the right connections at the right time and you leverage your network, as if you’re mining for gold.
And that’s where I come in…

ABOUT THE HOST
Gavin Scott is a born entrepreneur with a passion for start up and scale up. He has over 20 years real estate experience in investment and development.
Gavin says: Over the years I have discovered that mindset is everything. Now, that might sound obvious, but it is! You see the number of awoken minds are very few in reality. Whilst acknowledging mindset is key it is absolutely different from utilising, influencing, impacting and effecting great change, for yourself, your loved ones, friends, colleagues and the wider public.
Why?
Like most of us I have had many ups and downs. I want to share the lessons learnt and promote a better environment for all, internally and externally!
How?
Through sharing my own experiences and hosting some fabulous individuals including some big household names to discuss key topics around mindset and the success formulas I hope the listener will become inspired to create space for change for betterment in their lives. I aim to inspire change by encouragement, not by force. I intend to inspire by education, not by regulation.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
I did a shamanic journey and I followed my one of my power animals, the main one, which is a bear. I was running after it through the woods, came to a knoll and there was a Native American guy whose name was Running Bear (interestingly enough), and he told me to use the name Dancing Bear for myself and my company. The spirit world – whether that’s an aspect of you or to me it’s real but is anything real? – knows what to do and what to say to the client. They know what the client needs. I’ve done a lot of tarot readings, though I’ve stopped because people wanted me to give them answers, and the advantage of this over tarot readings is that you get very specific details and you see it, feel it, experience it, and in some cases (if part of their soul was taken by a trauma and you know who took it) sometimes you have to help the person who took it to heal in order to get the soul part back. Humanity’s energy has changed, the energy is shifting, everything is different, all those old energies including reiki are obsolete, their energy is wrong, I need a new energy system. Instantly I got it and it’s called divine source light, I created a web page divinesourcelight.com and on my podcast I show people how to use it. You don’t need empowerment for it, but if you want one there’s another episode of my podcast that will help you with that. The connection between humanity and the mind source is now very, very strong and can be used for everything including chakra balancing. I like to study people because everybody’s the same and everybody’s different – and I’m one of those people that’s really different. Less than 1% of the population is like me, that’s how different I am, and I’ve know it all my life that I didn’t fit in. I’m not a human design specialist or do the readings, but if you find out what your type of human design is it will help you.BEST MOMENTS
‘More [power animals] will come to you in your life if you need help. But, when I’m doing healing it’s always a bear.’
‘I’ve noticed lately that I can look at someone’s nose and I can feel the type of [power] animal.’
‘Because I can’t do needling through the internet, I do essential oils and flower essences and show people how to rub it on acupuncture points.’
‘Space and time is fluid, and if you really understand that internally and you believe it, you can connect to the energy at the time the session was live.’ABOUT THE GUEST
