Margo earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she was a Goodrich scholarship recipient. A strong advocate for transparency in government, Margo worked for both the Social Security administration and the Internal Revenue Service before retiring. The mother of two children and four grandchildren, Margo has been a passionate community volunteer and supporter of education. Margo was appointed to the Omaha Public School Board in 2021 and reelected to serve in 2022.
