  • Nineteen years after their hit series first aired, Matthew Horne and Joanna Page reunite with their Gavin and Stacey co-stars Larry Lamb and Alison Steadman for the Table for Four podcast.

Over Spanish omelette, roast chicken and plenty of custard, Alison and Larry look back on nearly 20 years of Gavin & Stacey, sharing memories from their first auditions, cast dinners in Barry, and the chemistry that made Pam and Mick one of Britain's favourite TV couples.

The conversation takes some surprising turns, from passionate debates about the perfect cup of tea and washing-up habits to Larry's extraordinary journey from the oil industry in Libya and Canada to becoming an actor.

Alison opens up about the emotional family discovery she made while filming her recent DNA journey, while Larry shares one of his moving original poems.

Expect laughter, nostalgia, heartfelt moments and plenty of behind-the-scenes stories from two of television's most treasured performers. Plus: bread pudding, extra custard, and why David Attenborough and the Obamas would make the perfect dinner guests.

  • Ever wondered what national treasure Gary Barlow and his mate, author and wine expert, Olly Smith talk about over dinner? Turns out, quite a lot.

Hosts Joanna Page and Mathew Horne sit down with celebrity duos for honest conversations over proper food. Each episode pairs famous friends and lets them talk about what actually matters: friendship, work, wine, the occasional existential crisis, and why nobody should ever cycle outside.

This isn't your typical interview show. It's warm, funny, and refreshingly real. Joanna and Mathew create the kind of atmosphere where guests forget they're being recorded, which means you get the good stuff. The stories behind the headlines. The friendships that keep people grounded. And yes, occasionally, a debate about whether Jaffa Cakes count as cake.

With resident cook Samuel Goldsmith cooking up something delicious each episode, it's less podcast, more dinner party you actually want to attend.

    Pull up a chair.

  • Hosted by Mathew Horne and Joanna Page, each episode of Table for Four brings two hosts and a celebrity duo around the table for an honest, funny and revealing conversation. Whether they’re a married couple, an on-screen pairing, lifelong friends or creative collaborators, the format stays the same: four voices, one table, and no rush to leave.

Across the series, Mathew and Joanna invite some of the most recognisable partnerships in entertainment to talk about how they really work together. From first meetings and shared successes to tensions, misunderstandings and moments that changed everything, the conversation goes far beyond the surface. Expect laughter, candour and the occasional curveball, as guests open up about what it takes to maintain a partnership in public, private and everything in between.

There’s no formal interview, no press-junket polish, just relaxed conversation guided by curiosity and warmth. Food acts as the backdrop rather than the focus, creating a space where guests can settle in, let their guard down and talk freely about their lives, careers and relationships.

At its heart, Table for Four is about connection: how partnerships are formed, how they survive change, and what happens when two people choose to keep showing up for each other. It’s a celebration of collaboration, companionship and the stories that only emerge when you sit down together and stay awhile.
