Chris Grenzig, founder of JAG Capital Partners, brings a wealth of multifamily real estate expertise to the Jacksonville and Orlando areas. From 2016 to 2020, Chris worked with Toro Real Estate Partners, helping acquire over 4,000 units across 23 properties. During his last three years there, he expanded the companyâs Florida portfolio from 0 to 1,000 units across seven properties in Jacksonville.
In 2020, Chris launched JAG Capital Partners as a vertically integrated real estate company focused on value-add multifamily properties in Jacksonville. Since then, he has acquired and managed over 150 units, currently holding 51. Clay Hepler is a seven figure land investor with over a hundred transactions completed. His company buys, sells and develops rural recreational land across the US. He is the founder of Landman, a leading podcast and newsletter in the land investment world. He is also the founder of the Landman Accelerator, the top course and community on how to build a six figure land investing business.
He became a land investor out of necessity. This was never a side hustle for him. In 2022 his wifeâs company went under the day before Thanksgiving - a company that paid the bills as he was building a multifamily real estate portfolio in Pittsburgh. And as he approached one of the most important years of our lives - having to pay for our wedding, his honeymoon, a new house, our daily lives and a newly purchased vacation rental property with a huge overhead staring us in the face, he had to make lots of money, very fast.
Through land investing he was able to âbuild the plane on the way down,â as he and wife were plummeting toward what seemed like inevitable bankruptcy. He was able to pay for my life, and more - and set his family up for financial stability. Realizing financial stability and ultimately - financial freedom, is possible through land investing.
